Overall the apartment was fine to stay for a few days but I would not book again. The positives were the location, the infinity pool and the responsiveness of our contact Qasim - when we asked for more toilet paper he was quick to get us more, which we appreciated. The negatives were the hordes of people in the lobby at every time of the day and the wait for the elevator - it was like an airport! The room itself was small which is ok but the bed was uncomfortable and had none of the things you would expect in a hotel for example no tv channels (you had to connect your own Netflix), one towel only to use for both shower and pool, no mini fridge to keep things cold, a missing bedside table, hooks to hang wet towels etc. For me, I would rather go to a hotel instead and pay a similar price but get a much more comfortable and elevated experience.

This is our honest review of our current stay here. There are always pros and cons for any hotels. Let’s start with the pros first. The location is great, located near Conlay station and the view is amazing as well. We used the washing machine and dryer several times which is nice. The room is big enough for two to four people. Now it’s time to talk about the things that were a bit disappointed. The main reason that we booked this hotel is because the pictures shown for Premium 2 Bedroom. We thought that we would be getting the bathroom with the view of twin tower as the background . If not because of this view, we would stay at other places. One more thing, we need to pay at the hotel. The guests will be charged 3% if pay by credit card. We’re with this because we need the the bathtub with the amazing view of twin tower. However, when we checked in, we found out that we got the different room. So sad and won’t stay here again. Last but not least, the agent told us to give a good review, but we chose to express our sincere review.

It took about 20 minutes to be delivered my luggage by a bellman to my room after I checked in. I checked in advance operating hours of steam room in the fitness club and confirmed that it would be operated from 6:00 a.m., but the door of the fitness club was not opened at 6:10 a.m. and asked to open the door through the operator. The door was opened at 6:15 a.m. but the steam room was not warm at all. I waited for 10 minutes there but it did not become warm. So I asked staff whether it is operated or not. The staff told me it was on. I decided to have breakfast first, and came back one hour later but it was not still warm at all. It may be broken. These issues made my stay uncomfortable.

From the moment of arrival to the lingering farewell, every detail unfolded with quiet grace. The room was a sanctuary of comfort and calm, framed by a magnificent view that shifted beautifully from soft morning light to shimmering evening hues. Each glance outward felt restorative. Dining was a refined journey—thoughtfully composed, elegantly presented, and deeply satisfying. Check-in and check-out flowed effortlessly, guided by genuine warmth and impeccable professionalism. It was not simply a stay, but an experience of elegance, emotion, and timeless hospitality—one that remains long after the journey ends.

Facilities: The room truly lives up to the St. Regis standard. The signature scent is as delightful as always. Cleanliness: The hygiene is excellent. Environment: The environment is quite good, and I personally find the location to be excellent. It's not too far from KLCC, yet it's quiet, which I really appreciate. Service: The service is great; everyone is very friendly and courteous.

Pleasant and relaxing stay. Comfortable bed and quilt. Had a good night sleep. Some staff are friendly and some weren’t. Parking needs to pay and there is a flat rate. Walking distance to 2 malls nearby (however the malls look quiet and empty). Hopefully there is an improvement on Breakfast choice as it is limited and not that great if compared to other 5 stars hotels out there.
