The hotel's location is truly exceptional. We could quickly reach numerous popular spots like Jiaxiu Tower and Qingyun Night Market either on foot or by taxi, which made it incredibly easy to dive into an authentic Guiyang culinary adventure. What was especially thoughtful was that all the rooms arranged for us were Jiaxiu Tower view rooms. Whether it was the ancient charm during the day or the dazzling lights at night, these views became the most beautiful backdrop of our trip. What truly touched us was our encounter with Rabby and Stellar at check-out. Not only did they kindly ask about our stay over the past few days and attentively listen to our feedback, but they also surprised us with gifts – cute puzzle toys for the kids, and even exquisite Guizhou-style embroidered coasters for us adults. This level of thoughtfulness made our departure feel warm and special.

Overall, the hotel was fantastic. The service was incredibly warm and attentive, and the housekeeping staff were very meticulous. Every single staff member was genuinely friendly and helpful. Before check-in, I called the hotel with some questions, and they were all addressed promptly and effectively. I really appreciate their assistance. The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for visiting nearby attractions. It's also easily accessible from both the high-speed rail station and the airport. The friendly staff at the front desk assigned me a room on the 45th floor, which offered a truly spectacular view. Overall, I was pleased, though there were a couple of minor issues to note. The pillows were a little too flat, and the bedside lamp switch wasn't very responsive. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory. Thumbs up!

We drove to Guizhou and found this Hilton by chance. The overall service exceeded our expectations. Mia and Laurie provided excellent service, responded promptly, and were attentive and patient. The overall hotel environment is very good, low-key and high-end. The room facilities are complete, and the upgraded rooms have smart toilets. I hope to have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again when I travel to Guizhou with friends next time.

Came to Guiyang to watch the Soul Power concert and stayed at Zhongtian Hyatt. The location is very convenient. There are CC Park, Yueran Time, Yunshangzhou and other places to eat and eat around. 1. The room may have been unoccupied for a long time, and there is dust and garbage on the floor. We asked the front desk to notify them to clean the bedroom, but the garbage in front of the sofa in the living room was not cleaned until we left. 2. The restaurant manager has no sense of service and is very rude in his words. There were no knives and forks, no tea bags, no coffee, but I didn't feel that their service was inadequate, they still acted as if they were superior. Both breakfasts were not served until closing time. While the guests were eating, the waiters were sweeping the floor with brooms, and collecting the dishes made a lot of noise. When the guest couldn't find the water dispenser, she didn't lead the guest to the water dispenser, but thought that the guest didn't even know what a water dispenser looked like. It feels like the dining experience at a roadside fly restaurant is extremely poor. 3. The decoration level of the suite is too poor, except for its large area. There were no hand towels in the guest bathroom and the refrigerator was not plugged in. 4. The environment is good. Except for the restaurant manager, the service of other staff is good.

The hotel shows its age in minor ways – like the worn edges of the wooden hangers – but as long as the service quality remains high, it's perfectly acceptable. 2. I'd highly recommend staying 2-3 days, as the hotel boasts a fantastic array of activities. There are indoor and outdoor pools, batik painting, garden movie nights, bonfire singing and dancing, plant 'mystery boxes,' and even opportunities for photoshoots in traditional ethnic attire. Our children were absolutely thrilled and entertained throughout our stay. 3. The hotel thoughtfully provided children's amenities. The twin beds in our room were surprisingly spacious, comfortably accommodating one adult and one child on each. A clever batik screen design greets you right inside the door. Since we had two adjoining rooms and the kids were constantly moving between them, this screen was brilliant, allowing us to keep the doors wide open without sacrificing privacy. 4. The hotel's design exudes a subtle luxury. Every corner is picturesque, making it impossible to take a bad photo, and the stunning scenery everywhere is truly a feast for the eyes. 5. While hotel dining can be pricey, there are local restaurants just a short taxi ride away (around 6-7 yuan). Do note that local supermarkets and small shops tend to close by 8 PM. Thankfully, ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel is incredibly convenient, with cars arriving almost instantly. 6. The 'view rooms' were a bit misleading. From our two poolside view rooms, all we could see beyond the balcony were lush trees and the courtyard below. However, given the abundance of activities, we didn't spend much time in the room anyway, so it wasn't a major issue.

The check-in experience was very good. I arrived at the hotel in the evening, and the reception was very enthusiastic. I helped with the luggage and drove to the room. I found that it was not the room I wanted to stay in. I just said that I wanted a room with a terrace. The beautiful lady Zhu Cheng took the initiative to help me upgrade to a lake view room with a terrace. I stayed for 2 nights and went to the gym three times. There were few people and the equipment was complete, which was very good. I had a lunch, and the steamed sea bass was very good and fresh. The people I met in the hotel were very nice. On the third day, I arranged a hotel car to go to Guiyang City, and we had a very happy chat in the car. By the way, this hotel is a high-end resort homestay hotel under Country Garden, and the hardware is very good. I will definitely stay there again next time I go to Qingyan Ancient Town.

I took my grandma out for a bit of sightseeing. She's quite old and can't walk for too long, so we booked a suite at the Guizhou Hotel for her to rest in between. Since we weren't staying overnight, I thought the complimentary breakfast would be a waste. So, I cheekily asked the front desk if we could swap the breakfast for dinner instead. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes, but to my surprise, the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful! They really went out of their way to help us get approval to exchange it for a buffet dinner. A huge thank you to Wanwan, Xiao Qu, Yanjie, Jinxin, and Xiaolong. Because of you, my grandma had such a delightful experience. She said it was her first time having a buffet in over 90 years, and she found it really interesting (usually when we go out to eat, it's in a private room at a hotel with a big round table, so we overlooked that she'd never experienced a buffet before. This was a completely new experience for her, and she enjoyed walking around and looking at everything). She's usually not keen on going out, but this time she thought the hotel was a lot of fun, and we're so happy she enjoyed the experience. We'll definitely bring her back again next time.
