This one lives at a high altitude to see Guiyang scenery is very good, close to the White House, and it is just a stroll at night. Downstairs is a market for snacks. There are many varieties of snacks and a dazzling array. Below is the subway station. It is especially convenient to travel and the price is very beautiful. The beauty in charge of the homestay is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. If the guests have any needs, he will try his best to meet them. It is very kind and friendly! The room facilities are also relatively complete, there is a washing machine and washing powder is provided. This accommodation experience is not satisfactory, but it is not without merit. Let me give you a reference. advantage: 1. The location is good. You can walk downstairs about 100 meters to the subway station. It is very close to the Twin Towers and the White House. There are many restaurants downstairs and nearby. 2. For me who has high requirements for bathing water, the water is hot and large enough to effectively relieve fatigue. 3. The boss has a good attitude and is patient. He took the initiative to contact us and patiently answered our questions. The communication process was pleasant. Dissatisfaction: 1. Room environment. As soon as I opened the door and went in, the paper on the bathroom window sill was blown all over the floor; the sofa was relatively old; there were a few bottles of something in the corner under the sink, and I didn't know what they were; the curtains were simple, not blackout curtains; the mattress was probably thick The thick sponge dents as soon as you sit on it, and I personally find it too soft and uncomfortable. 2. Surrounding environment. There was probably an open-air KTV nearby, and it was still very lively in the early morning. I could hear it very clearly. I barely fell asleep after 5 o'clock that night. 3. Parking problem. The underground parking lots of several buildings in the Central Business District are connected. There are parking spaces, but it takes a long time to find them. People who travel during holidays are more time-consuming and laborious to find parking spaces. It may be better at ordinary times.

The hotel's location is excellent, primarily because I was there for the Left Bank Music Festival, and it's very close to the park. There are also many attractions nearby; getting to the museum is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk. It's also easy to walk back to the hotel after exploring other places and visiting the museum. There are lots of great food options in the area too. The only thing I didn't quite understand is why such a large hotel doesn't offer robot room service. All deliveries and takeout have to be left at the main entrance, and guests have to go down to pick them up themselves. For a hotel of this size, it wastes a lot of guests' time going up and down, which is a poor service point that needs improvement.

This is a venerable German hotel brand, and the brand itself is a guarantee of quality. The room was surprisingly new and bright, so it must have been recently renovated and upgraded. The location is super excellent, with Wenchang Pavilion and Jiaxiu Tower both within walking distance. We chose the Octonauts themed family room, and the two large plush toys were a huge hit with our child; they absolutely loved them and couldn't put them down. From the high floor, we had a magnificent view overlooking the city of Guiyang!

I stayed at this Hampton once in 2024 and it left a lasting impression. Here's why: **Inside the hotel:** The rooms are tidy and clean, with bedding, slippers, and towels changed daily. The staff are warm and dedicated. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety and tastes great; the stewed potatoes are absolutely divine! Plus, the welcome gift and fruit are a lovely touch! **Outside the hotel:** The location is excellent. According to Didi (ride-hailing app) estimates, it's about a 15-minute drive to Guiyang Station and Guiyang North Station. If you're planning day trips to Tongren or Zunyi, I highly recommend staying here. As for attractions, Jiaxiu Tower and Guiyang White House are also around 15 minutes away. Qianling Mountain Park is just a 20-minute walk. For Guiyang delicacies, you can find plenty just by strolling around the hotel's vicinity. For example, nearby options like Yilaoguo, Chaihuoji (wood-fired chicken), Bingjiang (ice slush), street stall hotpot, Doumi hotpot (bean rice hotpot), and sour soup old duck pot are all great. (Avoid the Zunyi Roast Chicken across the street; it's terrible). Next time I'm in Guiyang, this hotel will still be my top choice! There's still so much delicious food I haven't tried!

I brought my mom and aunt to Guiyang, and I was most worried about the older generation walking their legs off, but the Sofitel Guiyang Hunter really nails the concept of a ”lazy vacation.” Taking the elevator up to the 55th floor first and then transferring to another for the rooms is a bit convoluted, but the trade-off is high-altitude peace and quiet that's totally worth the price—my aunt pulled back the curtain and exclaimed, ”Oh, Jiaxiu Tower is right beneath our feet.” The room had a deep bathtub and soft bathrobe; the elders soaking in the tub while enjoying the night view was way more relaxing than dragging them through crammed tourist spots. Breakfast is on the 57th floor, featuring beef rice noodles, diced chicken with chillies, tofu balls, hot dishes, and French pastries, so even my mom, who insists on a ”hot breakfast,” was satisfied. And don't even get me started on the kids—upon check-out, Cat gave them a Miao embroidery coaster and a small puzzle, and the little one didn't want to leave. If you're bringing your family to Guiyang, don't bother with remote suburban guesthouses; a high-rise hotel in the city center is the real hassle-free choice.

Before check-in, the concierge, Lucas, added me on WeChat, which made communication very easy. Throughout our stay, Lucas was incredibly enthusiastic and helped us with many questions and requests. Thumbs up for the service! The hotel is about five or six years old, but the facilities are very well-maintained and it's quiet. It's conveniently located, about a 10-minute drive from museums, Guanshan Lake, and the dining street near the Convention and Exhibition Center. The hotel's own restaurants are also excellent, featuring authentic Guizhou flavors, and the food is delicious. It's one of the best hotel restaurants I've experienced. I highly, highly recommend staying here! It's so much better than a certain older hotel near Guanshan Lake. When we asked to have our two rooms together, Hilton was largely able to accommodate us. That other hotel, however, communicated with arrogance from the start and even told us to try asking other hotels. The difference in attitude was night and day.

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel and had requested for a quiet room during booking as we're light sleepers. We're given a level 2 room facing the main road and it was so noisy that we couldn't sleep well. Even though they changed our room the next day our initial impression of the hotel cannot be reversed. Our booking does not include breakfast and was told that it cost RMB 45 per person per day that that's RMB 90 for 2 person. As we're foreigners and cannot register as hotel members and we were given members rates in Atour hotels at other provinces but not here. Very disappointed. Though the hotel is less than 300 metres from a metro station but this exit don't have a lift or downward escalator. You have to carry your heavy luggages down a quite long staircase.
