"My trip started off with a flight cancellation that put us into Nashville 13 hours behind schedule & into the next day.  I called the hotel at 10:00 pm on August 8 after landing in Chicago & was denied check-in via phone due to booking through trip.com.  I was told to send an email by the female worker to Placemakr to hold my room, which I did immediately.  This made no sense to me as I was talking with a worker from Placemakr.  When I arrived at the hotel at 9:00 am on August 9, I was listed as a no show & had to rebook my room.  Thankfully, the gentleman working the desk that morning understood the situation & kindly took care of getting everything set back up.  I worried myself sick not knowing if I was going to have a place to stay when arriving in Nashville.  I would love for this employee to know how much her unwillingness to help me that evening affected my trip."

"The room is large and even three people can stay there without feeling cramped. There is a small balcony and the air conditioner is quiet (which is hard to find in American hotels). It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and capsule coffee machine. There are complete washing supplies, but there are no toothbrushes and slippers, so you need to bring your own. The American breakfast is the same as always, and the waiter is very enthusiastic."
