It is a budget hotel, justify the price. Roughly 2km from haram but walk is difficult and steep. Taxi will cost you 10-20SAR to/from haram, they also have a free bus service that i didn’t use (but i guess will taker longer to reach haram because of traffic). Room was clean and tidy, toilet was a bit small but was okay. We had a mountain view from the window. Phone/Sim signals/reception was very bad in the hotel because hotel is located right next to a big mountain. (You hardly get sim signals). However, the WIFI is good. Front office staff was welcoming and cooperative, smooth check-in and check-out. Special thanks to Faroque, he was very respectful, helpful and welcoming always greeted us with smile.

1. My stay at this hotel in Makkah was truly one of the most wonderful experiences I have had. Everything was exceptional, and what stood out the most was the cheerful attitude of the staff and the warmth of their hospitality. Their kindness and dedication genuinely make you feel happy and welcomed from the very first moment. They go above and beyond to serve guests and make the stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, especially the reception team, who were incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous. 2. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the room was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and prepared to a very high standard. 3. One of the most outstanding features of this hotel, especially if you choose the Gold stay option, is the private prayer area overlooking the Kaaba. This is truly a remarkable privilege, as it allows you to perform all your prayers in a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. In addition, there is a private entrance and dedicated elevators that take you directly to the Haram, which adds an exceptional level of convenience and comfort to the entire experience. 4. The afternoon lounge was also excellent, both in terms of atmosphere and service. I was especially impressed by the female staff there, who were highly dedicated, respectful, modest, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. 5. In short, this was a truly memorable stay in every way. My sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. I will definitely stay at this hotel again many times in the future, and they have my warmest regards and gratitude.

Overall an excellent stay especially how close it is to Masjid Al Haram. Very convenient. Food options within the premise as well as the next door mall. Room was spacious and very clean. View was spectacular and best part is the speakers had adhan!

Did not expect the hotel to be that old, only the bathroom was renovated. The room also kinda of smell musky, but Masha Allah the distance to the mosque is unbeatably close and convenient. This is most important for us, Masha Allah.

Overall the hotel staff & receptionist services was very great. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with the Majlis Restaurant & Cafe Staff services. They force us as the guest of the Raffles for any order with specific minimum order and payment, even though the time we visit is around 9.30 pm (local time), after the dinner. Please take the act as appropriate for any staff that not provide good service and humble to the Hotel Guest. Appreciated and thanks.

Good hotel, standard room, average cleaning but improved with personal input and employing self cleaning techniques, staff is great but young men are not fully trained for a thorough cleaning, this can be improved. Friendly staff, ready to help from receptionist to the security guards and porters. Hotel looked much nicer and cleaner in general due Ramadan outlook. Didn’t try food, we been out and about. I am staying in this hotel since 2017 occasionally and must say there seems staff shortage after covid, which if considered can help improving services again. Overall I surly will recommend staying at the hotel 💚

I booked a room with a full view, but I had issues with the room and asked for a different one. They promised to change it and call me, but I never received anything, nor did anyone bother to call and apologize for not fulfilling their promises. It was a bad experience in terms of service. However, the location is the most important thing, as it's close to the Haram, which is what I needed.

Subject: Complaint regarding incorrect room assignment. Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent booking at your hotel. I reserved a room with specific features through your booking platform, and these details were confirmed before my customer's arrival. However, when my customer checked in, they were assigned a completely different room that did not match the confirmed reservation. The main issue was not the attitude of the reception staff, but the failure to provide the room that had been booked and confirmed. I would also like to mention that the issue was eventually resolved only after I personally contacted my customer and asked them to speak directly with the receptionist. I instructed my customer to explain that they wanted the room they had originally reserved. Only after this discussion did the hotel change the room and provide the accommodation that matched the original reservation. Although, I appreciate that the matter was eventually corrected, this should have been handled properly from the beginning, without requiring additional intervention. I hope you will review this incident and take steps to ensure that confirmed reservations are honored in the future, providing guests with the service they expect. Thank you for your time and attention.

Had an absolutely fantastic summer stay on the 28th floor of the Sheraton Hotel in Mecca! The high-floor view was incredible, wide open and unobstructed, perfect for enjoying the clear summer skies. The AC in the room was powerful, keeping it cool and comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the service was professional. Plus, the location was super convenient. Highly recommend!
