As a hotel that costs 5,000 RMB per night in the off-season, the Madrid edition is very mediocre from interior design to room configuration, very small, and the courtyard rooms have no view, which is much worse than editions in other countries, such as Sanya and London. In terms of service, the receptionist at the door has a good attitude, but there is often only one person at the front desk, who is responsible for checking in or out, arranging luggage storage and retrieval, and solving some temporary problems of some guests, resulting in low efficiency. When I go to the front desk to consult and handle things, I always have to wait in line, and even have to wait for more than ten minutes.

This is the BEST Edition I've stayed ever, from the moment I got off the taxi, the staff was so attentive, from checking in to going to my room, everything was seamless. Every staff you meet in the hotel was friendly and welcoming. Facilities in the hotel is second to none and love the interior design in the hotel. Definitely will stay again
