I chose Four Seasons in Koh Samui without any hesitation. It was a perfect experience. The hotel buggy is always on call and will clean the room day and night to keep it clean and tidy. The scenery of the private swimming pool is also very beautiful, and the hotel gym is also well-equipped. The most satisfying thing is probably the breakfast. There are both a la carte and buffet options. It tastes good and has many styles. The scenery is also very beautiful. It can be said to be one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

Amazing private pool area with perfect view on the beach. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, selection changes day by day. The interior was decent. We enjoyed our short time there.

Great views, but underwhelming service and food quality. Also, we are taking the half board with a dinner included, but unlike the buffet dinner that we have, thought it was just one starter, main course, and dessert, so be careful that you take the half board. Small things in service were missing. For instance, the attentiveness with which food was being served, the room service, and the housekeeping lacked the finesse. Very small beach and quite rocky, so while you can have great views of the ocean, you can’t really enjoy the water.

Situated on a secluded island off the coast of Koh Samui, Cape Fahn offers a level of privacy and exclusivity that is unmatched. Accessible only by boat, the journey to the island sets the tone for an unforgettable escape from the ordinary. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink. The staff’s attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful gestures that made me feel like a valued guest. My villa exceeded all expectations. Perched on the edge of the azure sea, it offered panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The interior design was elegant and refined, with every amenity imaginable to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The private infinity pool and spacious terrace provided the perfect setting for relaxation and contemplation. Dining at Cape Fahn was a culinary delight. The resort’s restaurants served a variety of gourmet dishes inspired by local flavors, each prepared with precision and creativity. Whether enjoying a romantic dinner under the stars or a leisurely lunch by the pool, every meal was a feast for the senses. The resort’s facilities were equally impressive. From the infinity-edge swimming pool to the state-of-the-art fitness center, there was no shortage of ways to unwind and rejuvenate. I particularly enjoyed the spa, where I indulged in a blissful massage overlooking the ocean, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Overall, my experience at Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui, surpassed all expectations. It’s a sanctuary of luxury and serenity, where every moment is cherished and every need is anticipated. I can’t wait to return to this hidden gem in paradise.

Our family stayed for 9 days, and we were very satisfied with the overall experience. The rooms were spacious with open views, and all the appliances and furniture were in excellent condition. The staff were exceptionally responsive and always ready to help. The breakfast was a particular highlight, offering a great variety of delicious options. While its hilltop location meant that getting around was a little inconvenient, this also contributed to excellent air circulation and a wonderfully peaceful environment.

Amazing hospitality especially by the villa concierge Chan. The Banyan Tree team also provided many unique touchpoints that distinguish them from other hotels. For example, at check in, we were given a lotus flower and learnt how to fold the lotus petals. When we reached the villa, we were guided by Chan to release the lotus flower in the pool, symbolizing releasing bad karma and inviting positivity into our lives. Throughout the stay, there were various essential oils and pillow styles available to choose from. Guest services were also happy to comply with requests for ice, and any other additional requests we had, such as turn down services conducted at a later or earlier time, according to our itinerary. At checkout, we were also presented with a farewell drink, and a small token to remember our stay at the Banyan Tree Samui. In totality, this stay exceeded all our expectations and we look forward to returning in future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) From the moment we arrived at Marasca, we knew we were in for something special. The resort is very well-secured at the entrance, giving us peace of mind right away. The front office team was simply superb—friendly, efficient, and attentive in just the right way. Our porter was quick to assist with our luggage, no fuss, no wait—just seamless service. Although early check-in wasn’t available when we arrived, the hotel’s app made all the difference. Through the app, we could explore the resort, make requests, and track our room status. Eventually, we received a notification that our room was ready—such a convenient system! The room itself? Immaculate! Spotless and thoughtfully designed with a massive bed, a sparkling clean shower area, a cozy separate seating space, and an automated toilet that lifts the cover for you. No-touch toilet seat? That’s a huge bonus! We were also greeted with a delightful welcome basket in the room, packed with special drinks, snacks, and even a handwritten postcard by the General Manager. It was such a warm and personal touch—it’s hard not to fall in love with the place instantly. We did try the spa, and while it’s on the pricier side, the service and facilities were absolutely worth every penny—top-notch from start to finish. Cabanas, the beach club at Marasca, is another highlight. Ultra-chilled vibes, beautifully designed with lush greenery, comfy furniture, and a view that opens right up to Chaweng Beach. It was the perfect place to unwind. Breakfast? Impressive. A great mix of Western and Asian dishes, plus a healthy spread of salads, pastries, yogurt, juices, and smoothies. The little touches like free healthy shots in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon truly made our stay even more enjoyable! Marasca also offers daily activities for guests, so you’ll never run out of things to do. To sum it all up: this is, hands down, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Huge shoutout to the amazing team—Mo, Tony, Ja, Chet, Jenny, Puppup, Andy, Pui, Golf, and the rest whose names I can’t recall. Your teamwork and hospitality were unforgettable. The lobby is beautiful and stylish. The service is very good, the concierge is polite and considerate. There are many activities, such as beach movies and free dessert stations, which are great. The beach, restaurant, bar and other functional areas are perfect, but the entire park has no garden scenery except for the functional areas, just rows of villas. The villa type is not good among the villa types of many hotels. The beach villa we booked does not see the beach and the sea, but it is very convenient to walk to the beach. The room facilities are also old, and the overall experience of the room is very average.
