At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

When I finally left, there was a problem with the car reservation, and the lady boss arranged a special car. This service is worth 6 stars

How should I put this? The room felt quite old, but the cleanliness inside was decent. It just felt very small and dated, and the two beds were also small, though they could be pushed together, which was a plus. As for hotel service, there wasn't really anyone around in the lobby or anywhere else, so I didn't experience much service. I saw some reviews claiming Daimaru Department Store was right across the street, but that's incorrect. The Tokyu Department Store is nearby, while Daimaru is over by Sapporo Station. Tokyu 10 has dining options, and there are also many places to eat on the 6th floor near Sapporo Station. Besides the small room, everything else was actually pretty good. The pictures are of the hotel's surroundings and the view from the window.

The main we stayed at this hotel because the location was convenient. It was near to the subway and also family mart. The room was huge and can fit up to 4 people, but apart from that the cleanliness was so so and amenities were incomplete (they only serve tea bag, no coffee), and no water bottle. Pretty inconvenient for room that has a pretty far location from the water dispenser since We have to refill our own water at the end of the corridor.

Stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a really positive experience. The location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both the train station and MTR, which made getting around effortless. There are plenty of convenience stores right nearby. The hotel has a nice quiet vibe, which was perfect after busy days out exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was a standout, surprisingly big and spacious by Japanese standards. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, and there was still plenty of floor space even after we opened two large suitcases (something that’s almost impossible in most other compact hotels in Japan). The only downside was the bedding. The duvet (?) was way too thick and heavy for my liking. It made the bed feel quite hot at night, and I ended up sweating a lot despite the AC. Otherwise, this place was near perfect. Would definitely recommend it to others, especially if you’re okay with cranking the AC lower. Solid choice!

This hotel is perfect if you don't want to walk far from Sapporo station and you need to leave early for the airport. Just a few minutes beside Stellar Place mall. Check in is strict as with all hotels in Japan at 3pm. The best part is the view. I got the room at level 34 facing north side of Sapporo and it was breathtaking. I booked 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to accomodate my request for the rooms to be nearby. We got rooms next to each other. It was initially full booked and once I saw rooms available at the last minute, I took it. No regrets. The rooms are spacious too. Amenities are complete with both body and skincare products too. Breakfast was add on and we chose western cuisine. There were varieties but not that amazing. But the 360 view at the 35th floor restaurant is worth checking out.

An absolutely perfect experience! This hotel, built in 1934, is nearly a century old and exudes a profound sense of history with its distinctive Japanese-Western old money charm. The lobby and public areas are understated yet sophisticated, with exquisite attention to detail. The room was impeccably maintained and felt brand new, not at all dated. Even the bathroom facilities, like the drainage and ventilation, were modern and completely odor-free. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, showcasing traditional Japanese hospitality at every turn. We were incredibly lucky to be assigned a large Hollywood Twin room in the East Wing – a spacious 40 square meters, easily accommodating two 28-inch suitcases and two snowboards with plenty of room to spare. A delightful surprise at night was catching a glimpse of Sapporo Tower from our window. The twinkling tower lights paired with falling snowflakes created a truly romantic scene. The breakfast was excellent, easily on par with some of the best hotel breakfasts in Hokkaido, offering everything you could want. A special shout-out to the apple pie for dessert – it was absolutely delicious! Thank you for taking such good care of us during our stay. We hope to visit again someday!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent and very convenient. After exiting the JR station's North Exit, cross the road, spot the Family Mart, and you'll see the hotel within a few minutes. Check-in is self-service via machines, which was quick and efficient. The room was surprisingly spacious and came with complete facilities, all very clean. They only offer cleaning for stays of 5 days or more, but you can request extra towels and such. This wasn't an issue for me, as I generally prefer staff not to enter my room daily anyway. I always bring my own face and bath towels, and I'm tidy with my trash. The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious; for the price, such a lavish breakfast was beyond what I expected. The only minor point is that the restaurant staff could smile a bit more. There are many shopping malls of various sizes nearby, and it's close to attractions like Hokkaido University, the Former Hokkaido Government Office, and Sapporo TV Tower. I'll be back in Sapporo this summer, and I'll likely choose to stay at this hotel again.

I booked a single room and found it to be a decent size with all the amenities I needed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making communication a breeze. On the first floor, there's a lobby with drinks and snacks, plus a self-service counter for essentials like razors. Further down a corridor, you'll find the laundry room with dryers, which was very convenient. My room was on a high floor, and the soundproofing was excellent; I had a very quiet and peaceful night's sleep. I woke up at 8:40 AM the next day and headed to the second-floor restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including both Japanese and English breakfast choices, all tasting delicious. Overall, this was a very satisfying stay.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, quiet, and clean. However, as others have mentioned, the bathroom is a bit dated. The bathtub creaks when you step into it, and there's a noticeable layer of dust on the ventilation fan when showering. Cleanliness: It's clean and hygienic. If you put the magnetic 'please clean' sign on the door in the morning, they'll clean it. If you forget, they'll still hang fresh towels and toothbrushes on the door. Location: The garden view room faces Odori Park, with a large window offering beautiful views. It's very quiet at night, and the convenience store downstairs is great for snacks, late-night meals, and breakfast. However, it is quite a walk from the subway station; the closest exit is Odori Station Exit 1, about 200-300 meters away. Service: The service was satisfying, and all the staff were very polite. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to find 8 bottles of natural water on the table, contrary to some reviews that mentioned no bottled water. This made the experience even better. Exclusive Guest Lounge: From 3 PM to 9 PM daily, you can use your room card to access the lounge on the first floor for a self-service afternoon tea. They offer classic items like Jaga Pokkuru (Potato Fri Brothers), Rokkatei, Royce, as well as hot beverages like coffee and cold drinks like oolong tea and orange juice. Highly recommended!

There's an airport bus that takes you directly to Nakajima Park, the last stop, and the hotel is just across the street when you get off. Even after a heavy snowfall, the path leading to the hotel was already cleared, so pushing a suitcase was no trouble at all. The hotel has a side entrance that leads directly into Nakajima Park, perfect for a stroll. That same path is right across from Subway Exit 3.

Comfortable stay. Amenities can be picked up at the lobby. No luggage locker. Level 1 of the hotel is a 7/11 hence is very convenient. Hosuisusukino station is less than 5min walk away but not that there is no escalator at the nearest station exit so please find the nearest exit w escalator if you have luggages. This hotel is carpeted floor so do take note. Alittle dusty and the air purifier in my room was faulty so there is sound coming out of the purifier and often disturb my sleep so i decided not to use it. This hotel is near bustling area so overall is a good place to stay.

Love everything about this hotel! 2mins walk to JR Sapporo station - so convenient near to bus terminal North Exit so if you booking Klook tour, the meeting point is so near! And all the nearby J38 Tower, Tokyu Departmental store, Yodabaishi Camera and Hokkaido University are really nearby and walking distance. The location is superb and love it! and digital checkout from TV was also great! ill definitely be back here again! The Staffs are very helpful and polite, just a bit of room not that soundproof but that's minimal minus! Free amenities and onsen bath powder so great, yukate and back/shoulder massager in a room is so superb too! It's beyond my expectation and definitely STRONGLY recommende for those visiting Sapporo!

The location is on point. Very very convenient. This hotel biggest advantage is on its location and relatively reasonable price, so 5 star service is not so much on its focus. However, the breakfast buffet choices is still one of the best i have came across in Japan. Its minutes walk to Daimaru shopping mall, with a cross to the road that has a underground towards Daimaru.

I booked this place based on good reviews, but I was extremely disappointed. The toilet hygiene needs serious improvement. The bidet on the smart toilet was incredibly dirty. After I peed and used the bidet, as soon as I pressed the button, I immediately smelled feces. At first, I thought it was the drain, but my gut told me otherwise. I shifted my body forward, turned around, and looked at the bidet behind and below me. It was truly disgusting – a bunch of fecal stains stuck all over the bidet nozzle. I was shocked and immediately used the shower and soap to clean myself. Then I told my boyfriend. He didn't quite believe me at first. He tried to trigger the toilet sensor with his hand, pressed the bidet, and then stopped it. We both felt nauseous looking at that bidet. My boyfriend then went to the front desk to see if we could change rooms or have someone clean it. But the front desk staff said all rooms were full and the cleaner wasn't available; they could only clean it tomorrow. The staff didn't show any apology, just a look of helplessness. Finally, they asked if it would be convenient for them to enter our room tomorrow morning to clean the toilet. We agreed for them to clean it at 9 AM the next morning. The following day, we were out all day. When we returned in the evening, new towels had been placed, but when we checked the bidet, it still hadn't been cleaned, and the strange smell was still there. We were too tired to complain again because we had to get up at 4 AM for our flight. Luckily, I only chose to stay for two nights. Also, the water heater was very unstable. When showering, after about 1-2 minutes, the water would turn cold for a second, then immediately go back to hot, repeating like that. It was barely acceptable. Other aspects were fine. They provide free toiletries and coffee, and there are free umbrellas for rent in the lobby.
