The Pond House features a deck where you can step out and enjoy stunning morning and evening views of Applegate Pond, home to ducks, turtles, and stocked with fish. There’s also a private fishing dock for casting your line. We’ve created cozy lounging areas for sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The outdoor space includes a fire pit and a corn hole setup for added fun!

The house offers 2 PlayStations, 4 TVs with Roku, Netflix, full working kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 living rooms, enclosed back yard with patio and bbq and putting green, king size bed in the master bedroom, bunk bed and trundle in 4th bedroom (which makes for a great kids room), 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds, and 1 air mattress just incase.
