Welcome to this well-maintained cottage with a view of the sea, which is located on the beautiful Bobergs Udde/Grimsholmen just south of the center of Falkenberg. The cottage has three balconies and a charming, wind-protected garden where you can enjoy both morning and evening sun. From two of the balconies you can see the sparkling sea and the sunset on the horizon. At bathrobe distance from the cottage, you have lovely, long sandy beaches for refreshing baths and long beach walks. Here it is also perfect to bring the picnic basket and just enjoy life. The area the cabin is located in is really nice and peaceful, here you can relax and be close to nature. At the same time, there is Falkenbergs Golf Club and several restaurants such as Prostens and Skrea Matbruk and Lilla Napoli as well as Skrea Strand with its entire range of restaurants and cafes, course golf, tennis courts and bathhouses within cycling distance. The cabin is bright and fresh with a functional kitchen and when the weather permits, the outdoor spaces are used for all meals and coffee breaks of the day. Living room with sofa bed and armchairs for nice relaxing moments or when you want to watch TV. Two bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and the other has a bunk bed, suitable if you have children/young people with you. Bathroom with wc, wash basin and shower. Since 2020, the cottage has a complete fence around the inner garden, which provides both wind protection and quieter meals for you as a family with children, but also lovely for anyone looking for a moment of peace. The flowering garden's bushes provide shade in part of the garden which is wonderful on really hot days while the rest of the garden flows in sun. Falkenberg offers many different activities during the summer. Shops, cafes, outdoor seating with live music in the evenings and festivals that replace each other. Falkenberg is known for its salmon fishing in Ätran, which those interested in fishing do not want to miss (make sure to buy a fishing license beforehand). Welcome to this spacious holiday home with it's large garden and beautiful view. The house is set by one of Halland's most beautiful country roads and offers a lovely view of lakes and pastures. On the bottom floor you will find two living rooms with one dining table and one TV including Viasat's Silver channel package. The well-equipped kitchen has a small dining area. There is one bedroom on the bottom floor and it features a double bed which can be separated into two singles. There is also a WC and a shower on the bottom floor. In the basement you will find another shower and laundry facilities. The house features two lovely terraces. On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms with one double bed and two singles. You will also find a small living room up here, with a sofa bed for two. There are excellent fishing possibilities in the area, with plenty of beautiful lakes all around. You can rent a boat from the association “Fiskevårdsföreningen”. Please note that you must buy a fishing license. Golf lovers will enjoy this area because there are several nice golf courses here, for instance Flädje Ullared's golf course, 25 kilometres away. The famous shopping area Gekås in Ullared is just a short drive from the house. This is one of Sweden's most popular shopping destinations.The lovely summer town Falkenberg is 32 kilometres away and the town of Varberg is about the same distance. In one of the Halland coast's best areas in Vesslunda by Långasand, is this nice cottage with walking distance to the beach. The area is quiet and pleasant with a small number of cottages. The plot is spacious and secluded with trees and shrubs. Next to the sea there is a wonderful nature reserve and here the beautiful Suseån meanders into the sea. The cottage has two bedrooms with two single beds in each. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is open to the living room and here is all the equipment you need. The living room has both a dining area and seating area as well as a TV. The TV has no installed channels but can be watched via chromecast or DVD. From here you have access to a small covered terrace. There is additional garden furniture and barbecue to place on the plot according to the wishes of sun or shade. The plot has space for the children's activities. The beach in Långaveka is about 1600 m. There the children can splash around in the water and the adults can relax and sunbathe. The cottage is only a short distance from Vesslunda Nature Reserve. Nearby, the Suseån flows into the sea. On the way down to the beach there is a nice summer restaurant, which is very much appreciated. The summer town of Falkenberg is only a short drive away. Here are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops. The beautiful, long sandy beach at Skrea, is quickly filled with bathers in the summer. Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with serving and a temple with outdoor seating. There are several golf courses nearby, the closest being Falkenbergs Gk at Skrea. For those who are interested in fishing, there is the opportunity both in Suseån, in Ätran and in the sea.
