What a gem!! A peaceful setting yet so convenient to get to the city with the metro stop (North Ryde) only a short walking distance away and only four stops from city central - less than 25 minutes! Kitchen is well stocked and we easily cooked for our family of four. It’s a great option for families looking for the flexibility to eat in, enjoy peaceful nights, and getting to the city hassle free.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit old but fully functional. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Environment: Convenient location, and it was quiet at night, so I slept well. It's only a 3-minute drive to the shopping center. Service: The 24-hour front desk staff was very friendly. They gave me a parking discount and even thoughtfully helped me dispose of my trash. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly, and they kept the room spotless. The only slight drawback is the $20 daily parking fee. It would be great if parking were free for hotel guests.

A wonderful eight-night stay! The staffs were friendly and welcoming, the apartment was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, just minutes' walk from the large Macquarie Centre and subway station, with plenty of dining options nearby and great convenience for sightseeing.

The environment is nice, but it's too far from the city center. It takes an hour to get there from the Australian Museum by the 410 bus. It's suitable for those visiting Macquarie University as it's right by the campus green.

The room was quite spacious, new, and very clean. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were also pretty quick. The surrounding area is nice, located in the high-tech zone with office buildings and apartments nearby, so you don't encounter any dodgy characters. It's a ten-minute walk to Macquarie University Metro Station, and there's a shopping mall right next to the station, which is super convenient. If you have enough time, you can also take a walk to Macquarie University – it really is Australia's most picturesque university in terms of natural scenery. All in all, this hotel is great for independent travelers with plenty of time and a limited budget.

We had such a lovely experience with Brenda at reception. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and when she saw that we were staying with our dog while visiting the vet, she kindly upgraded our room to make us more comfortable. It was such a thoughtful gesture during a stressful time and really meant a lot to us. Thank you, Brenda, for making our stay that little bit easier and more special!

Located around a 10 mins walk from the metro, convenient if you need to take public transport. Room was clean and spacious and the front desk was able to hold on to our luggage after check out.
