Das Hotel bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir sind immer wieder gerne dort. Lobby, Bar und Frühstücksraum sind neu, Zimmer und Wellnessbereich zwar aus den 90ern, aber gepflegt und daher immer noch gut. Hervorzuheben ist das Top-Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten und der aufmerksame Service. Bei einer Reklamation im Wellnessbereich kam sogar noch abends der Haustechniker vorbei und überprüfte die Technik. Für unseren anscheinend wertvollen Tipp gab es sogar einen Gratissekt. Die Massage war prima, angenehme Atmosphäre und fachlich gut durchgeführt. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind super. In der Umgebung kann einiges unternommen werden.

We were a family guest for one night. We were positively surprised in all areas. The room, breakfast and also the friendly service - all top in relation to the price. Unfortunately we could not try the sauna (timely). We're happy to come back!

I have been in Novina Sleep Inn only for one night, but I have got very surprised by the service I have received from them, especially from one of their employee: Sonja. I have called the day before to inform that I was going to have a late check-in and she has been so nice to inform me about the automatic machine to do the self-check-in. The day after when I arrived to the hotel was 5 minute before the end of the turn of Sonja (21:55) and she check-in me as usual, but I was hungry and instead to just give an indication, she given me solution. She called the restaurant to place my order in German (I do not speck german), she informed me that the restaurant was accepting only defined kind of credi cards, as I did not had those cards, so she indicated to me where can I find an ATM to take cash. Finally, this is what I expect from an hotel. Thanks Novina Sleep Inn, thanks Sonja!!!
