The environment and hygiene are good, and the food is very satisfying. However, when booking, I asked the hotel to prepare roses to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. I was disappointed when there was no reply.

Booked 4 nights stay through their website. We have 2 adults and 2 kids so we had the larger ‘Water’ room. We also noted on our booking that we will be traveling with 2 kids so 2 x $880 =$1760 was added to our booking of total of $26956. Upon arrival we were told they charge $880 per kid per night, and their website only calculated 1 night, So it’s our final charge would be 3x$1760 more. We were too tired after a 14hr flight that we didn’t argue. But if there’s a bug with their website they should just honor the pricing. We booked the hotel room because hubby had to work during the night and we like having the separate bedrooms with the kids. The kids were quite excited with the Tatami setup in their room. The front desk agents were always welcome and friendly, however, we were quite disappointed with the housekeeping department. When we first checked in we noticed some left over crumbs in the living room. One day when we came back to the room, the room was half cleaned. They made our bed but not the kids. They left dirty dishes in the sink for me to clean. Honestly I do not like housekeeping in the room during Covid so I only asked them to clear out the trash. but making one bed and not the other and moving used tea set and cups without cleaning is a bit odd (one day they moved it to the sinks, the other day it was moved to the shelf). Hubby was extra annoyed when we walked by the front desk one day and we were told by the rep that their housekeeping crew found our kids drawing on their floor. Such a random accusation !! My kids are older and has never drew on the wall or floor even when they were younger. They may have dropped a crayon on the floor which broke into pieces and left some crumbs but no one drew on their floor for sure! Their housekeeping crew really needs to be retrained. We had high hope with those hotel with the apartment set up and proximity to the city and were hoping if it’s all good we’d keep it on our list of go to hotel whenever we visit the area. Unfortunately we were with the so called bug with their online booking system and housekeeping we will need to look for somewhere else.

The room is very spacious and clean? Quiet; breakfast was great. Unfortunately, dinner was a hot pot buffet and we couldn’t eat much, so we gave up. Fortunately, we had a car. The two king size beds in the room are especially huge for adults, and the indoor hot spring is great. Thank you to all the staff of Teana Resort Hotel. We stayed for another extra night and felt particularly good. I just think it's quite expensive.

新開幕耶～又離八里碼頭、腳踏車步道都很近，二話不說訂房去。訂房時有備註要高樓層，但實際入住是5樓蠻失望的，房間看出去就是泳池，也看得到河岸邊，但當然不是全景，房間算寬敞，mini bar 免費，小朋友備品是我目前住過算是很用心的，兒童拖鞋是鴨子的不是一般素素的紙拖鞋，備品圖案也很可愛，浴室也很寬敞，最誇張的是，浴缸居然可以一家四口一起泡，哈哈哈，真的很大耶～隔音方面我覺得還可以，只是無法接受的是，是約晚上8～10點這段時間可能比較多人在洗澡，在房間看電視時都會聽到廁所內發出水錘聲，很大聲，覺得誇張的聲音，第一次遇到飯店會這樣的，房間只有這個缺點，另外公共設施我覺得泳池，兒童池都很不錯，泳池可能要天氣熱一點去比較剛好，不然水太冰了。隔天早餐的部份也覺得很扯，我們是第二輪進場的，時間到了還要等候，進去後很多食材都沒了，也沒有補，感覺很差；11點退房時也要排隊排很久，不就是退房還要等，感覺不優，綜合以上，若房價在便宜一點我還是會去，希望下次去時早餐有改善。

The facilities are good. The public soup here is only available for those aged 12 and above. It is the best soup. Family travelers should be careful, but the water quality here is super good.

Staying in the family room, in addition to the slides that children love, there are also tents, legos, and books. Basically, children don't need to worry about it as soon as they enter the room. If you wear a swimsuit to soak in the hot springs, you can go with the whole family.

Location is convenient and directly opposite linkou’s train station. Minimal lugging of luggage and mostly flat terrain which is great news for travelers. Price is definitely reasonable considering the size of room and location. Mins walk to one of their outlet malls though I would recommend Gloria outlets instead. Loved their room and the cleanliness of it too. Would suggest and consider them again if I ever stay around taoyuan again. Staff was friendly too and approachable so do ask them for food and places of interest or even to book cabs from their hotels. Breakfast spread was pretty decent too!

Hotel staff are professional and we are checked in accordingly. The room is big and clean. We decided not to have breakfast at the hotel since there are lots of local food available near the hotel.

Was with my mom celebrating her birthday at FAB Golden Tulip Hotel, we booked a mini city tour and the driver/ guide was very friendly. The room has a beautiful view overlooking golf course and very spacious! We also enjoyed the set dinner and breakfast at hotel restaurant. Overall good service and friendly staffs.

I've seen many reviews recommending the hotel's family-friendly facilities as great, so I just happened to see a vacant room before the annual vacation and came to try it out. 1. The hotel is located in New Taipei City, which is very convenient for those who don’t want to go too far. 2. There are a wide variety of parent-child facilities, and both children and adults can have a great time. 3. The room is clean, but the bathtub seems to be missing. The bathing seat is quite big. 4.
