The hotel has a beautiful interior and the room smells good. Although it looks inconspicuous from the outside, the space inside feels like every inch has been used to the extreme. I like the decoration of this hotel the most during the whole trip.

This hotel has been loved from the first moment of stay. The wood-toned aroma is very comfortable. The staff who checked in were friendly and took the initiative to upgrade the room considering the large number of people in our family of three. Environment: The hotel is full of art from the lobby to the restaurant, bar and lounge area, and the details are in place. Every desk lamp is just right and makes people feel comfortable. Room: The color of the room is soft, the bathroom is very large, and the layout of the two sinks makes it more convenient for multiple people to check in. Toiletries are exclusively customized by Byredo and Palma. Even with sunscreen and repair milk. Breakfast: The breakfast is rich in variety, especially the quality of the ham is very good. Especially the croissants are different and very crisp. And when I wanted to enjoy the hot croissants baked, the staff immediately took freshly baked croissants to us. It is a hotel converted from a private residence. In an alley in the city center, take a break from the noise. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a small roof, surrounded by houses, can't see the scenery, and of course I can't see the sea. The room is too small, the corridor is small, the elevator, lobby, and restaurant are small. There are few varieties of breakfast. The drying rack is very good, and the wet clothes are dried in an hour. The USB interface has 4 ports, 2 sockets, plus boiling water and 2 sockets for the computer can also be plugged in, and there are 4 sockets. There is a free spa, not going. In general, there is a large distance from the usual five-star standard.

The location of this hotel is excellent in the old part of the city, the hotel service was also excellent. My only disappointment was the size of the room. It was tiny both the bedroom area and bathroom. For the price of the rooms I did expect something slightly bigger but we were maybe just unlucky.  Only for this reason I would not stay again.

We have never been welcomed as friendly in a hotel as in Posada Terra Santa. This friendlyness, the beautiful rooms and the great location in the middle of the old town made our stay a perfect Mallorca experience. We're happy to come back.

Although it was a little far from the city, it was really clean and I had a great experience. The sunset seen from the top floor of the hotel was so beautiful that it was a memory that will last a lifetime! There is a sauna, so we recommend bringing your swimsuit.

It is very convenient to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. I found that many hotels nearby are called XxxMelia. Maybe this area is the name. The hotel is located opposite the sea. The sea view room we chose has a small terrace to sit on, which is more comfortable and comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious, there are many choices, there are special people to omelettes, many hotels do not have this service, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes, you have to take the initiative, this hotel is good, it is a bit not enough to clearly mark the price, when we go, the service staff inside is not in the room, I put two small pieces of chocolate (a small piece of that), and opened a corner of the quilt on the quilt. Two beds and one piece. We thought it was a gift and ate it. When we checked out, we were told to charge 9 euros. This is a bit pitted. I think this is not suitable. Others are fine. Very centrally located in a quiet street in the old town. This is a boutique hotel in an old building that has been beautifully renovated, but expect small rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good (even though it was a buffet). There are some really nice girls working there who smiled a lot. There’s a lovely, small pool (it’s more a tub) on the roof with great views of the city.
