The hotel took great care of its guests. Two guest representatives take care of all the guests' needs and were very accommodating and provided us with a lot of information. We booked an elegant double room on the ground floor, and it was very clean and functionally furnished. Unfortunately, it wasn't very quiet due to the street directly in front of it. The room often smelled like a drain and was somehow musty. Unfortunately, the service in the Ophelia restaurant was sometimes really bad. Some employees seemed annoyed and unfriendly. There were often long waiting times before you could even place an order. The serving of the food was rushed and impersonal. The quality of the food was okay but not above average. The sauna and fitness area is well equipped and very clean. The path to the beach is short and there are enough hotel beach loungers. The location is also ideal for taking trips to the region.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was good, we got a free upgrade, which moved us to another one of their other hotels (Corissia Princess Hotel) which was nice. Housekeeping could have been more thorough, we left the towels on the bathroom floor and they were not replaced. They also did not replenish tea bags. However reception is quick to rectify. Hot water went out one of the days which was annoying but maintenance was quick to fix it. Pools, beach chairs, private beach area looked great, however we did not get the chance to use them as the weather was not great and the indoor pool closed around 7pm. Breakfast was good and the location was nice (not connected to hotel)

I like it very much. The room is 58€. There is everything ready. We booked for parents. You are very happy. You can see the view of the fountain in the middle of Georgioupoli. Nice staff, lovely, drinking water, tea, coffee, soap, shampoo, fragrant. From the accommodation, you can walk to the sea in 500 meters, not far away, there is a place to walk around, want to come again, one night is really not enough.
