I've been hearing complaints about the service at the Waldorf Astoria Osaka, but perhaps the hotel has seen the complaints. From the moment I arrived at the hotel with my luggage, they helped me carry it, directed me to the front desk, and upstairs. Afterward, they showed me around my room, and there was someone there to serve me. Overall, it was excellent. The lobby bar is upstairs, with a great view. It would be a shame not to have afternoon tea. The New York cheesecake was really good. I have a question: there's a layer between the comforter and the bed. Could it be that, as some online rumors say, the hotel doesn't change the comforter during peak hours? I hope this platform can clarify. The pool is nice and warm, perfect for swimming. The facilities are among the best in Osaka.

This waldorf is really the most beautiful 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. Every corner is the ultimate luxury full of details, so I can't move my eyes, breakfast is rich, the ingredients are fresh, I especially like whipped bean milk butter The only fly in the ointment is that you have to register for a member to have free wifi. I have stayed at the hotel in hilton before. I don’t remember the account. It took a long time for the front desk to register for me. Don't order jolie's dinner. It's a bad French meal.

First off, I have to voice my disappointment with the inconsistent service quality of the hotel's front desk staff. While some were enthusiastic and professional, a small number were arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. They handled my room extension request clumsily and with a poor attitude, didn't even offer a receipt unless prompted, and their English proficiency was generally poor. When I asked for help booking a restaurant, I was met with impatience and a clear desire to dismiss me. Overall, the hotel didn't make me feel welcome, which was quite off-putting. Also, a heads-up to fellow travelers: booking directly with the hotel is more expensive than through online platforms! The hotel's location is within walking distance of Umeda Station, making it very convenient for shopping. The interior design is a rather standard beige business style. As a hotel newly opened in 2024, it offered no surprises. The room amenities and breakfast maintained a consistent standard. What truly deserves praise is the high quality of the bedding and bathroom facilities; I slept very well. The lobby and breakfast restaurant are on the ground floor, and the surrounding tall buildings block the views, which makes the space feel a bit oppressive.
- Guest User
The hotel rooms are luxuriously comfortable, beautifully combining stylish design with practical functionality! The views from the windows are also superb, truly refreshing and uplifting. The gym and pool are excellent too, making it easy to keep up with your fitness routine even while traveling. Naturally, the location is fantastic, offering superb connectivity – getting anywhere is a breeze, making it a perfectly comfortable choice for a trip to Osaka! If you don't feel like going out, you can always order in and enjoy delicious meals, which keeps both adults and children happy! I would definitely stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Osaka again if I get the chance. Thank you!

The Conrad Hotel is a high-end hotel under Hilton. Its biggest feature is that you can experience the view of Osaka city skyline. The high-altitude view is really shocking, just like living in the clouds. There are many beautiful artworks in the lobby, which is very suitable for taking pictures. The hotel's breakfast and room ordering are relatively rich, and there are many suitable for children.

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Ambiance: Good Service: Excellent Conrad Osaka should be considered one of the better hotels in Osaka, and it's quite pricey. This was my first trip to Japan, and since I was traveling with my child, I opted for a nicer hotel.

The hotel location is great and easy to walk around exploring right in the middle of the city and you will find this gem ramen store open 24/7! The only disappointment was with the butler service or more the non existent butler service. For the price we are paying, I expected much much more from St Regis as I have been accustomed to at other St Regis Hotels. The hotel is beginning to show its age and hence the cleanliness part is coming into question when our rooms were being cleaned, I mean I am again nit picking here but it isn’t up to St Regis usual standards. The gym room is adequate but there isn’t a pool in a 5 star hotel 🙃.
- DCDAWG
I really like the style of St. Regis Hotel, which is as good as always. The hotel is located above the Midosuji Line Hommachi Station, with convenient transportation, many places to eat around, and attentive front desk service.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional level of service, the attentiveness of your staff, and the overall comfort of the facilities. The attention to detail, the quality of the amenities, and the warm hospitality truly made my visit memorable. I also greatly appreciated the seamless check-in process and the impeccable cleanliness of the room. Please extend my thanks to your entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning to Ritz-Carlton Osaka in the future and will certainly recommend your hotel to others. Once again, thank you for your excellent service.

We were disappointed. Not the Ritz Standard Service. We weren’t greeted by anyone on arrival we had to carry our luggage into reception. Checked in to the room, it smelled a bit off. We checked out a day earlier and again as we left no one was there to help with our luggage.

It's actually a new brand from Capella. The hotel enjoys a tranquil location with beautiful surroundings, offering excellent views from both sides. It's conveniently situated right next to Osaka Castle and a lush green park. The design is modern and elegant, with exquisite details. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the entire hotel embodies a sustainable and eco-friendly philosophy. It's within walking distance of the Chuo Line station, making it very convenient for visiting the Expo. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious. We were extremely satisfied with our stay, and should I return to Osaka, I would absolutely choose to stay here again.
- M14809****
The room was quite spacious for Japan, and the service was very friendly. The hotel had a really pleasant fragrance. The night view of Osaka Castle from the top floor in the evening was a real highlight, and the nearby restaurants were also delicious. The breakfast provided was pretty good too. The only minor inconvenience was that to go down from your room, you had to take the elevator to the top floor first and then switch to another elevator to reach the first floor. Other than that, everything was great.

The location is incredibly convenient, right across from Hilton Herbis Plaza. Luggage check-in is on the 1st floor, while check-in and check-out are handled on the 29th floor. Most staff members speak English well. The overall facilities are quite new, and the rooms are spacious. The stay experience, views, and friendly communication were all excellent. The hotel's own restaurants are mostly on the 29th floor. For breakfast, you give your room number, and during busy times, you might need to take a number and wait to be called. Weekday breakfast hours are from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. In terms of convenience, the newly built Kitte mall is right below the hotel, with many restaurants from the 4th floor upwards, making dining easy. The hotel is connected to JR Osaka Station on the 1st floor, and from the 1st or 2nd floor terrace (2nd floor recommended), you can walk directly to the neighboring Daimaru Department Store and further to Hankyu and Hanshin Department Stores. The shopping and dining experience is superb, and access to trains and subways is very convenient. A couple of downsides: 1. Dining closes strictly at 11 PM, and guests are asked to leave, which is less flexible and attentive than hotels in my home country. 2. Although the hotel is on a high floor, there are train tracks below. You can hear quite distinct train rattling sounds at night, which only stop around midnight when services gradually cease. Travelers sensitive to noise should be aware of this.
- _fengguoliufeng_
The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Their English was quite good, especially for Japan, and they even helped me book a beauty salon. The room had no unpleasant odors, and the air conditioning was quiet. While there was some train noise, it was definitely tolerable. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the ingredients were high-quality, and the bread was particularly delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel entrance is conveniently located on the first floor of Kitte, making it perfect for shoppers in Umeda. One minor point for improvement: I arrived at the front desk at 2:45 PM and was informed that room keys would only be issued at 3 PM. I found this policy quite incomprehensible.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. I'm not a picky person; good enough is good enough for me. The room was spacious, but the foul smell from the drain was a definite drawback. The location is very convenient, especially being close to Shinsaibashi – that's a big plus! 👍 The breakfast selection was decent. There was no Chinese-speaking staff when I checked in. The Japanese lady at check-in asked me to pay extra for breakfast, and I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, because my booking clearly stated breakfast was included. Was it because I don't speak Japanese, or because my English isn't great and I'm easy to fool? I hope the service quality can be improved a bit!
- Minixiaoke
The hotel is new, clean, modern, location at CBD along the street of international brands. Not really crowded and walking distance to tourist area of Shinaibashi. There is a mega department store Daimaru. Transport is excellent convenient with direct train to airport, JR rail and underground lines . Breakfast at @ 4800 Yen and there is a government accommodation tax per night of stay.  There is a mini bar with charging beverages. But the  refrigerator is not cold enough.

Before my trip, I was torn between the InterContinental, W Hotel, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, and The Park Hyatt, but I ended up choosing the InterContinental, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel upgraded my room, and both the view and the size were fantastic. The hotel's location is impeccable, right above Grand Front Osaka. Stepping out, you're immediately surrounded by major shopping malls like Hankyu, Daimaru, Yodobashi Camera, Lucua, and Lucua 1100, all connected by walkways. From gourmet food to shopping and trendy brands, it was incredibly convenient. Having such a spacious room in Japan is a rarity. Our upgraded room must have been nearly 100 square meters – incredibly roomy and practical, complete with an oven, induction cooktop, and a double-door refrigerator. The bathroom featured a bathtub and Byredo amenities; a soak with the hotel-provided bath salts instantly melted away the day's fatigue. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, including Japanese cold dishes, Oden, and Western desserts, all with meticulous attention to detail. From the concierge to the front desk, every staff member demonstrated professionalism. At check-out, they even proactively helped load our luggage into the car and confirmed the address with the driver in Japanese. Plus, there were many staff members who spoke Chinese. The only minor drawback was a noticeable smell of disinfectant when returning to the room each day, but it didn't detract from the overall experience at all. Whether it's for shopping, comfort, or service details, this hotel will definitely be my choice again on my next visit to Osaka!
- Yuexin Iris
## Location & Room The room was quite spacious, especially by Japanese standards. It's perfectly situated in Tower C of Grand Front Osaka, within the Umeda business district. We particularly appreciated the direct skybridge access to Hankyu and Yodobashi Camera, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring. ## Cleanliness This deserves a special mention. The housekeeping was absolutely superb. They even went as far as neatly folding my clothes and tidily arranging my skincare products. The attention to detail was truly impeccable. ## Breakfast While the breakfast selection wasn't particularly extensive, we were overall very satisfied with our stay.

The room was incredibly spacious, making our family of three very comfortable. We could easily open and organize two suitcases larger than 32 inches. A separate door between the main room and the luggage area further enhanced the sense of space. Although the hotel is a little off the main tourist path, a free shuttle bus to Osaka Station makes it very convenient. They also provide a free shuttle to Universal Studios Japan. Moreover, Awaza Station (Chuo Line), which is close to the hotel, is only about 5-6 stops from either USJ or the Expo site, which is incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is beautiful, featuring a river and an exhibition center nearby. There's also a Life supermarket, popular with locals, just a five-minute walk away. For breakfast, you can choose between Japanese or Western style, or opt for room service. The Japanese breakfast was particularly delicious; we had it almost every day. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

This was our second stay at this hotel, so I didn't take any photos. Check-in was quick and easy, handled conveniently via a self-service machine. The airport bus from Kansai Airport, priced at 1800, got us to the hotel entrance in less than an hour – incredibly convenient! The subway station is right next door, making it super easy to get anywhere. We visited Universal Studios and Kobe, and barely had to walk; just a simple transfer was needed. We didn't have breakfast this time, so I can't comment on it. The hotel rooms are very spacious, much larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms. The cleanliness was also excellent. During our two-night stay, the room was cleaned without us even needing to request it – a pleasant surprise, as many hotels require you to put out a 'make up room' sign. This is a great perk from Sheraton. While there are some restaurants near the hotel, we didn't dine at any of them, as we always ate out and returned afterwards.

Excellent location above Osaka Takashimaya, linked to Namba Station directly by lift. Getting to the hotel was abit confusing using google maps until we figured it out. Overall their location makes for ease of shopping & convenient offload the bags in the hotel room. The check in desk was very professional & the bath tub was European size (we booked twin beds). Of the 3 hotels that we booked in Osaka (&Here Namba, Universal Port Vita, Swissotel), Swissotel was the only hotel that could read & execute our consistent requests to push the twin beds together so our toddler could sleep in the middle. Thumbs up for their professionalism. There was also a pair of kid slippers laid out for our kid. There is a friendly hotel bar (free entry, subject to opening hours in afternoon) on level 9 that allows one to play retro video games like Mario & board games etc. Our kid throughly enjoyed their hotel bar games. As Swissôtel is a business hotel, there is no water pitcher in the room & no ice dispenser room. The toilet is a combined one-room facility. However, the rooms are quiet, the water pressure is great & everyone slept really well. Thanks Swissotel

The location is superb, directly opposite Daimaru and Parco department stores. The room was a decent size, neither too big nor too small. However, the room decor was a bit dated, and the biggest drawback was the lack of bedside power outlets. One complimentary bottle of water is provided per person daily, but it's not replenished if you don't finish the previous one. Breakfast was pretty good; I'd rate it an 8 out of 10. The food tasted good, but the selection was very limited, perhaps only a fifth of what you'd find at a five-star hotel in China. The fish roe and eggs were particularly delicious. Considering the excellent location, I would still choose Hotel Nikko for future stays. Booking in advance would be cheaper.

Osaka Station/Umeda/Yodoyabashi/Hommachi Osaka|0.37km from city center
This hotel is conveniently located near two subway stations, Yodoyabashi and Kitahama. Downstairs, you'll find an abundance of convenience stores like 7-Eleven, Lawson, and FamilyMart, as well as ramen shops, izakayas, and yakiniku restaurants. It's also super close to Nakanoshima; just cross a bridge and you're there. If you have some time, it's a beautiful area worth exploring. Shinsaibashi is just two subway stops away. For Umeda, I recommend taking bus route 62. The bus stop is right at the intersection outside the hotel, and it goes directly to the bus terminal in front of Umeda Daimaru department store, saving you from navigating the underground passages. The hotel provides complimentary bottled water, and you can pick up sample-sized makeup remover, facial cleanser, and lotion next to the front desk. They also offer a free coffee in the morning. The hygiene was good, though the room was a bit small. However, it was perfectly adequate for one person. It had a window and enough space to open a 24-inch suitcase. I booked it for around 350 yen per night, which I found to be a great deal for Osaka. Check-out is at 11 AM.

Overall good experience at the hotel! Saw 2-3 dried black spots on the bedsheet and pillows, but it's small enough to avoid them while sleeping. Toilet is great, felt like another room in the room itself, totally opaque with privacy so it won't feel awkward if you're staying with your siblings. The amenities are provided at the lobby and there are water dispensers at certain level, just that the shampoo and conditioner's fragrance are not my preference. There's a humidifier in the room which makes it less dry. The location is in walking distance 15-20mins (or less) to the back part of Shinsaibashi shopping street. There are few Family Mart and 7-11s nearby but have to walk a little.

Facilities: ✅ Has a hot spring for soaking. ❌ No facial cleanser or makeup remover. If you forget to bring your own, you'll need to go to the hot spring area to use theirs, and the elevator up and down is very slow. Hygiene: Clean, and tidied daily. New toiletries like toothbrushes are also provided every day. Environment: Decent. It's a bit far from the subway station, taking over 10 minutes to walk. Service: Quite good. I think it's great! The location is super convenient. You can take the Haruka Limited Express from Kansai Airport directly to the hotel, and it's also a direct ride to Shinsaibashi, Tennoji, and Kyoto. What I loved most is that after visiting different attractions, the hotel is right there – no need to even go outside, as it's directly connected to Osaka Station. Downstairs, there's a Don Quijote, and nearby you'll find Lucua, Hankyu, and Daimaru department stores. There's a 7-Eleven right on the ground floor, and the station itself has plenty of fast-food options. We tried many places and didn't have a single bad meal; we just picked places randomly. Since we had a child, we couldn't go to restaurants we'd planned, as kids get hungry waiting too long. Eating downstairs was so easy. The conveyor belt sushi, udon, and a grilled beef set meal place were all excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time. There are also vending machines and smoking rooms on every floor. I found it incredibly convenient, and my child enjoyed the stay. The room wasn't particularly small and had enough space for luggage. The amenities were also perfectly fine. The buffet breakfast is nice, mostly local Japanese foods (which we like), i can say that the cereal can be considered western. 😁 There’s a family mart just 2-5mins walk. And you can also walk to Namba from the hotel. Overall, it is a good hotel choice when in Osaka.

Nice hotel but do not know is near what station or hospital, can hear a lot of siren even at night. There is a resting room with water dispenser, laundry room ( no need bring own detergent) but drying of clothes takes time if not have to look for nearby laundromat. There also a playroom for kids. Is walkable to 2 different station. House keeping and staff are helpful and friendly.

Cleaner, quieter, classier than the standard budget hotel. Located on a quiet stretch of road - no noise from the road or nearby trains throughout the night.  Rooms new renovated, the pictures are an accurate representation of the state of the hotel. Wifi is fast at 200mbps. Only complaint is the small room size, as expected from Japan, and the lack of an in-room study desk, but there are public desks on most floors. Hotel Resol Trinity has earned a special place in my heart - will stay here when I revisit Osaka.

We booked the hotel to visit the Osaka Expo. It is really easy to get to from Shin Osaka, taking the special JR Expo Liner to Sakurajima Station, with the hotel a short walking distance away. The daily shuttle to the Expo is also a short 150-200m away. Getting to the Kansai Airport is also easy. There is a once daily limousine bus departing at 12:29 outside the hotel, or if you prefer other timings, walk towards those hotels near Universal Studios. Room is very spacious, very clean and good amenities. The public bath on Level 3 great too. Breakfast at 4400 yen is not as good as those, from Royal Park hotels at half the price. While Japanese selections are wide, Western selection is very limited. We don’t even bother to take pictures of the food as there are nothing to shout about. I

location: one building away from the station. you can also walk to mega donquijote and spa world if you like walking. tsutenkaku and shinsekai can also be walked from the hotel for 15 mins. cleanliness: i stayed in the 7th flr, i think this flr is newly renovated so cleanliness is still superb. though, noises from the rooms can be easily heard from the corridors. so mind your volumes if you are talking or watching or doing activities. common bathroom: for girls it is located in the 4th flr. cleanliness is tolerable. shampoo and body wash is provided but the space is too small. shower is 24hrs. if you arrive early since check in is at 3pm, you can leave your luggage in the reception and/or stay on the lobby while waiting. theres sofa and charging ports in the lobby.
