Awesome place, really enjoyed the stay. The property owner was very gentle and extremely helpful to tell us about the places we must explore during our stay of 3 days 2 nights. The place is about 100m from the ferry stop named Guidecca Palanca whoch helped us to take a ferry at 3:45am in order to catch the flight at 6:25am. If we visit Venice again we are going to stay here for sure!!!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at BW Premier Collection Continental and couldn’t be happier with my experience.
The location is unbeatable — just a five-minute walk from Santa Lucia Train Station, which makes arriving in Venice incredibly easy, especially with luggage. You’re right in the heart of the city while still being able to relax comfortably.
The service was truly impeccable, from reception to room service. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One moment that really stood out: I was allowed to sit on the lobby couch and enjoy a bottle of wine that I hadn’t purchased from the hotel — something that almost never happens. Not only did they allow it, but they brought me glasses and even opened the bottle for me with a smile.
Later, I went to buy more wine from the bar, and even though they had technically just closed, they still served me without hesitation. That level of hospitality really says everything.
Amazing location, outstanding service, and a warm, generous atmosphere. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay centrally in Venice while enjoying truly exceptional service.From€133

The hotel is located in a good area, which makes it convenient to get around, and the staff was responsive whenever we called, which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was comfortable.
However, there are a few points that could be improved. Drinking water and cold drinks were chargeable, which was a bit disappointing. For a couple, only two towels were provided—there were no face towels. Additionally, the bed linens were not very clean, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the pillows.
On a positive note, the bathroom and bathtub were clean, but the bathtub was quite small and may not be comfortable for someone with a bulky build.
With some improvements in cleanliness and basic amenities, the experience could be much better.From€124

Disappointed by the level of service and outdated hotel. For that very pricy 4 stars hotel, I would have appreciated a higher level.. the staff was not particularly friendly neither helpful. The room was very dark with casi no natural light, not renovated like the booking picture. The bathtub was broken, they send someone that didn’t care of it and said it was indeed broken, reception didn’t propose anything in exchange. I ended up trying to fix myself for 1/2h. Bit sad.. also the Jacuzzi/public bath or gym are not accessible for free. You have to pay and book ahead.. you would imagine it’s included in the price. Positive side: very well located in the center, in the main luxury street, explain the price I guess? The rooftop is really the highlight with beautiful sunset, where we drunk our complementary bottle. The breakfast is really good, one of the best so far. Will not come back, not worthy.From€128

The location is fantastic, directly opposite the train station, and it's just a one-stop, 10-minute train ride to the main island. You don't have to drag your luggage around for ages. The room was spacious and clean, definitely up to four-star standards.
My only minor complaints are that they don't provide complimentary bottled water. All drinks in the mini-fridge are chargeable, even the water (every other hotel I stayed at in Italy and France provided complimentary bottled water, this was the only exception). They advertise laundry service, but there's no washing machine; they send it out, and the prices are exorbitant. I'm leaving this review for everyone's reference (P.S. The drinks menu and laundry prices are in a folder on the desk, you'll need to look for it yourself).From€75

Surprisingly, we were able to take a free private boat to Murano Island, and even had an instructor accompany us to tour the Venetian glass workshop and the attached glass shop (which is more like a museum). The private boat only runs in the morning, once every 30 minutes, and one instructor is assigned to each person on that trip. Luckily, the instructor on our trip was very fluent in Japanese, so we were able to listen to the explanations and ask questions in Japanese. The hotel room was just as gorgeously decorated as the pictures, and we were very satisfied. The amount of water in the shower was a little weak (as is the case everywhere in Italy).From€216

This hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the train station, next to a Venice canal. Location is convenient but you need to cross a few bridges from the train station to the hotel so moving heavy luggages require a bit effort.
The decoration of the hotel is classic and tasteful. The lobby is like an art studio.
Best part is the excellent service. Hotel staff are courteous and always ready to help. After we checked out, we stored luggages at the hotel and went for sightseeing. Coming back to the hotel to retrieve the luggages,vwe rested at the lobby. The service staffer offered us free tea, which exceeded our expectation. Pretty much all other hotels charge fees for drinks. This hotel not only offered free drink but also offered it after our checking out.

Loved that I could take a water taxi right to the hotel! The room was small but cute, it served its purpose for changing my clothes and sleeping! Only issue I had in the room was the micro table next to the bed obviously wasn't cleaned because when I went to set my phone on it before bed my hand touched something and I had to turn the light back on to see what it was..... someone's fingernail or toenails clippings 🤢.....
