Unpleasant experience. Booked a hotel on agoda.com Upon check-in, the girl at the reception said that they did not cooperate with this service. But the money was charged from the credit card. Then the girl advised us to pay the hotel and deal with the agoda on our own. After lengthy negotiations, it turned out that the booking had passed and the girl had made a mistake. There was no apology. We accepted the situation, but when we checked into room 306, another surprise awaited us: the bathroom had an insane stench from the sewage system and bleach. To indignation, the reception sent a plumber and a cleaning lady, who advised to change the room, because the smell in this room on an ongoing basis and the girl who settled us in the course! In short, the staff is not at all polite and not trained. I do not recommend this hotel for visiting.
