In an age that customer service doesn't exist Jorge at the Charlee single handedly is bringing back that artform of delivery the best customer service, making sure that rides were on time, excursions were booked, all of our standards were meet and above and beyond what the normal is for customer service. I first went to the Charlee in February 2020 and was floored how beautiful the facilities were but I was more floored at his top notch customer service. My only issue that I had was the customer service / staff treatment of guest in the gymnasium that myself and my travel partner were treated and were meet with great hostility and aggression BUT Jorge actually took our experience into consideration and single handedly handled the situation and took my experience back to a 5 out of 5 even after dealing with a horrible staff member. I enjoyed the Charlee so much that I will be returning back to the Charlee first week of October and can say with great confidence that my trip and experience will be amazing and again thank Jorge for bringing back an art that is lost, you are the best.

Great Hotel, the location is great! Concerige GEORGE made our experience unbelievable. He took great care of us and guided us to all kinds of great experiences. Thanks again we will be back. The rooms were great with a hot tub, the fitness center is really nice. We spent a lot of time at the roof top bar.
