The hotel location is quite a bit distance away from nearest bus stop or train station. Do your homework before decide staying here as bringing luggage is not that convenient. Facilities and room are simple and old but functional, nothing to complain given the prices. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed morning walk at the park right next to hotel.

The hotel is very good and clean. The front desk staff are very nice and enthusiastic. I was given drinking water when I checked out. When I checked in, the front desk staff accompanied me upstairs to tell me how to unlock the door, because I had to do two circles and then two circles on the right. I went out for a walk and came back to find that there was a turndown service. They cleaned it again, put up curtains, and laid white towels beside the bed and in the bathroom. The only flaw was that when I arrived, there were fruits and chocolates on the table, probably for two people. A male waiter came in and gave me a fruit plate and macarons, gave me a card, and asked me if I had a card before. I replied no, and he took away my previous fruit plate and chocolates. The location is very central, the breakfast was really good. The room was too hot even putting the AC to the max (technically you did not feel that the AC was running at all) - but opening the window was not an option, because the street was noisy. The unbeatable location near the main train and bus station is the only positive aspect of this property. While the customer service team was pleasant, the lines to speak with them were endless. The private bathroom is exceptionally cramped—similar to a boat cabin—making it nearly impossible to turn around. Furthermore, basic amenities were lacking: a hairdryer was only provided on the third night after three separate requests, housekeeping occurs only after five nights, and there is a 5-euro fee for towel replacements.FromDKK 79

The location of the room is good, but the price/performance ratio is very low. I arrived at about 11 o'clock when I checked in. I saw that the counters next to me were all checking in guests. A guy here who looked like he was Arab didn't even look at the room I booked and said that I could only check in at 3 o'clock. My mother and I had to change clothes, wash and put on makeup in the lobby bathroom. After finishing all this, it was almost 12 o'clock. I went to another old man who had been checking in to inquire. He checked me in directly, and my heart was filled with 10,000 thoughts. The old man was very patient, but the speed was too slow. It almost took more than half an hour for each guest to check in, and in the end, more than 6 euros of tax were charged. I don’t know why, but a young man came to check out. It's strange that I paid additional tax and it was refunded directly to me. All in all, I feel that the service in this hotel is messy and not very professional. The room is also very small, the facilities are average, and the price/performance ratio is very low. I will not choose it again😵💫FromDKK 750

A Good night sleep in a comfy double bed after a late night sauna on 7th floor after a day of exploring the tourist attractions of Hamburg thanks to the convenient train station 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We stayed at your hotel for 18 nights in total as we were visiting our son and his family for the Christmas holidays. He lives nearby so this hotel was VERY convenient. The housekeeping was exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot water and pulsating shower in the bathroom. We were disappointed that there was not a coffee maker/kettle in the room. We were also rather disappointed that the full breakfast buffet on a couple of occasions did not have the hot items readily available. We were able to order individual servings of such items but it was not the same as being able to freely pick and choose what we wanted. We also noticed that the hot drinks that were dispensed from the machine were NOT hot at all and just merely warm.
The front desk staff were friendly and courteous at all times. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit our son in Hamburg.FromDKK 577

The hotel felt very secure. The lobby doors close at 11 PM, and you need your room key to get in. It's quite close to the U1 subway line, and the U3/U1 lines share the same station, though the exits are a bit far apart. The hotel service was excellent, the bedding was very comfortable, and the room had plenty of space. There were also utensils and a stove for cooking.
