Reception staff is good. No drinking water provided in room, got to ask from reception and they didn't charge me. Shower head need to be fixed, no toothbrush and toothpaste as well. Towel need to change to new batch. Room isn't as good as in photo.

Pretty tired hotel in a god location, took ages to check in, almost thirty minutes and there was a long queue behind me and just two people on the desk. This may not sound like a big deal, but when you arrive at a city and just have the evening, half an hour is a long time. I jumped straight in the shower before heading out - no towels! In a 5 star hotel. I had to use the duvet cover off one of the beds to dry off. Told reception and the towels were there when I got back from town. Generally the room is shabby, shower curtain attached by just a few rings, cracked tiles etc. Breakfast was ok but again, a coffee machine in a 5 star? Someone constantly dragging chairs around somewhere for maybe an hour, no exaggeration, like they were dragging one after another about 10 meters each time. Great view from the 5th floor pool and terrace. Would never stay again.

I rated this hotel a little low because of an issue that has to do with invasion of privacy. I took the elevator to my room with my child and wife because my wife came to pick up some of Chile’s luggage. As soon as I walked into the room the phone was ringing. I didn’t answer it thinking that we are going downstairs and I will check with the front desk. Within minutes we went downstairs and I went straight to the front desk and asked the hotel staff if they called my room and they said yes. They wanted to verify the identity of my wife. I told them that was not needed and it’s an invasion of privacy. I found their behavior to be unacceptable at all. It’s unneeded since she wasn’t staying in the room and she walked up to the room with me and with our child.

We chose the hotel because of its location - just in a few minutes walking distance from the Rabat Agdal Gar. The room was small but cosy. We really enjoyed our staying for a night there - had a good rest to continue our journey. We liked the breakfast very much - good combination of traditional English breakfast and local specialties. Msemens were hard to beat!

This program was great to take.a.trip to Atlas mountains and an edge of Sahara desertt.in a short period. Even take to Fes as.an end point. Riding a camel was a.big and memorable fun. The one night hotel accommodation and its food was good. Spending one night at a camp was good. Whilst the tent was not an old style I had expected but a today's cheap one, it was acceptable. Only regret was the guide and driver had a weak voice cause fatigue.

The beds and bedding are spotless, the toiletries are clean as new, the windows are bright and clean, and the hygiene is remarkable. The breakfast provided by the store is rich in variety, with sweet and smooth porridge and crispy cakes, which are enough to fill the stomach and relax. The convenience of transportation is really a must. It is adjacent to the main road and connected to the post road. Buses and subways are around, making business travel and visiting scenic spots all convenient and unobstructed. As for the furnishings in the room, they are ingenious, and the details such as shelves, charging stations, and emergency lights are all considered, which shows that they are thoughtful. However, there is still room for improvement in service. Although the response is not slow, the initiative and enthusiasm are not enough. When the guests ask questions, there are occasional delays, which is not perfect. As for the price, the price and value are weighed, although it is not a big discount, it is fair, not overcharging customers, and not surprising. In summary, if you are looking for a simple and clean room and convenient travel, this hotel is a good choice; if you value the experience of being at home, then the hotel still needs to improve.

These are good apartments. The room has a refrigerator, stove, kitchenware, and washing machine. You can cook your own food. Nearby is the Bim store. Large living space, modern interior. There was a small problem with hot water; it takes a long time to heat up using an autonomous heater. Sometimes the noise of the air conditioner and washing machine in the neighboring rooms was disturbing. The room I lived in is located on the 4th floor, and on the roof there is also either a laundry room or bed linen washing. The sound can be heard in the room - this is a minus. The hotel is located next to the Botanical Garden, where it is pleasant to relax during the day and evening.

Riad is located on the edge of the medal, which allows you to spend the minimum time on the movement of luggage from taxi to riad. Riad and the numbers are authentic and atmospheric. The hotel staff were friendly and kind, but we were settled a little later than 14 hours since the room was not ready. The water in the room was cold, the problem was not solved, but allowed to take a shower in the next room with warm water. Breakfast was quite short and instead of cappuccino brought cocoa, but the view from the roof on the breakfast was great. The room had a bottle of water, which is more exceptional for Morocco than a rule that is also a plus. The price-quality ratio for Morocco is also quite good, so in general I would rather recommend this riad, despite the downsides.
