There are floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that can be completely opened to let the fresh Ocean breezes in during the day or closed to enjoy the cool air-conditioning which is throughout the living space and all bedrooms along with uniquely designed and powerful ceiling fans. Every bedroom has its own terrace to see the best sunsets in the world and the mountainous backdrop of this amazingly beautiful region. A large kitchen in the center of the house serves as the perfect indoor gathering space and is equipped with granite counter tops, cabinetry from Italy and top of the line stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious living area and is the perfect space for rest, relaxation or watching your favorite program on the large plasma TV. There are also flat screen TV’s on all three floors.

Villa Celaje offers three floors with four bedrooms on the main floor which includes two masters with Spa tubs on the veranda, 3 elegant bedrooms on the second floor and a large bedroom apartment on the bottom level. The bottom floor also offers plenty of room to relax as it includes a second living room, outside covered bar and BBQ area where you can prepare your favorite beverages, snacks or full meals which is positioned right next to the beautiful private pool and garden area overlooking the majestic Pacific Ocean. Villa Celaje would not be a First Class Estate without providing your own Gourmet Chef to prepare up to 2 meals per day (food and beverage costs are separate). Nobody needs to shop, cook or clean as Chef Ronald, who has been the Chef at one of our other Villas for 13 years (and the longest tenured Chef in Manuel Antonio), loves his profession and many groups want to take him home with them after their stay! Ronald does it all and saves you money (some groups say over $1,000 for the week), as well by purchasing the freshest ingredients from local vendors - butchers and fisherman, where typically only Restaurants shop. Saturday mornings is the day that Ronald goes to our Farmers market and selects the best vegetables, fruit and high quality produce at a fraction of the cost of our local stores.

Serene, beautiful 2 BR/3 BA (beautiful outdoor shower!) home nestled in the National Park in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. It is the last home on a quiet street in the private community of Colina Monito. It sits on a little more than an acre of land for true privacy. Just minutes away from Manuel Antonio's great restaurants, attractions and beaches by taxi, bus or rental car. The abundant wildlife that visits is amazing - squirrel monkeys, white faced monkeys, howler monkeys, toucans, macaws, sloths and many more. Since the house borders the National Park, it’s as though you’re staying in the park!

The house has an open concept main floor which is open air and boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters and island with bar stools. The kitchen is open to the family and dining rooms which flow to the large lanai with a grill and infinity pool. There are serene views of the jungle with a beautiful view off of the two expansive balconies. The private infinity pool is perfect for lounging with a cocktail to watch the sunset after a full day ziplining, white water rafting, horseback riding or touring the National Park. The pool is surrounded by the lush canopy of the rainforest and gardens below with a constant breeze. The outdoor shower is a great way to end the day or use one of the two upgraded bathrooms inside with rainshower heads. A new rock-lined path to the waterfall on the property is another great activity during the daylight hours.

There are 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with beautiful high wood ceilings, one with a king bed downstairs and the other with 1 king and 1 queen bed upstairs. Each bedroom has large newly remodeled en-suite baths with walk in rain shower and granite counters. There is a washer and dryer for your use on the main level.

The many amenities include: personal concierge services, daily maid service (except Sundays), toiletries and towels, barbecue grill on the lanai, high speed internet, and ample private parking.
