I felt that the hotel was attentive, and of course it cost a lot of money. The whole hotel has a smell of aromatherapy everywhere, very good smell. We experienced tea making, tea ordering, calligraphy. These are free. The stool at Cinema 🎦 was particularly comfortable and covered with a blanket and watched a wonderful movie. The favorite is the hotel bubble pool, which is also specially for this 🛁: The water is released very quickly, the pool is very large, but the water temperature is a bit hot, it is best to cool for 20 minutes before going down to soak. Last dining: dinner is free, dining experience is particularly good, a bit like the kind of package, breakfast is very healthy, of course you want to eat hand noodles or something can tell the housekeeper in advance. All the services are very intimate and meticulous, and will definitely brush the hotel 👍

Grandpa Ba Jin's old house is exquisite, elegant, and in a good location. The special waiter Xixi in the hotel is very cultured. She greets and sees off the guests. Even if she wants to play with the guests, she never enters the guest room and waits silently at the door of the room. The waiter in the hotel is also very loving, the service is considerate and thoughtful, and the breakfast is very delicious! I will come again if I have the chance.

A very pleasant stay experience. From the moment I arrived, the whole family has not been out of the yard. The children are fun and the adults are leisurely. It is a very satisfying holiday experience for me. The swimming pool and soup pool in the yard are very amazing to me. They are all private. I thought the swimming pool would be small. The result was really unexpected after arriving. The water depth was not 20m, and there were 10 meters. The soup pool is also very large, more than enough for ten people inside, the water is very clean, there is no disinfectant taste, the most experience for me is the breakfast the next day, actually all the housekeeper made by himself, no semi-finished products, it is simply great! In the future, family gatherings will recognize this place!

Facilities: 1. There are only two karts, one is charging, and only one can be used normally. It is embarrassing that two people traveling together cannot use the kart at the same time. 2. The first room I checked in had a smell and the window screen didn't work, but I was quickly moved to another room. Environment: The environment is very good Service: 1. The service attitude is also very good. The staff member who received me was Luna. She was very responsive in replying to messages and changing rooms. 2. The hotel recommends pre-authorization via wx payment, but it is a private wx at the front desk, so I can only insist on swiping my card. (This is out of standard management. I haven’t seen a hotel that collects money and smuggles people for a long time) Meals: Dinner was delicious. The portion of breakfast is too small. It is a la carte and there is a limit on the number of items. Each person can order 1 or 2 items in each category. If you order a day in advance, I feel that you have ordered a lot of items. In fact, the portion is huge. Very few.

Sofia truly understand what good service is about, she always often appears when we need help, like when we were getting late for our taxi, she shows up with a golf cart pick us up, like help us move all our luggages while we were outside enjoy the nature walk in Qingcheng Mountain; and delight us with thoughtful surprises, like make a delicious cheese cake appears in our room, with all fruits my wife like and exact salty level I love for a cheese cake. They say good servers are invisible, then great server leave a sparkle impression in our memory. I’ve never had a butler before, in fact, both me and my wife are very autonomous person, we were both a bit uncomfortable about the idea having a stranger take care things for us, however Sofia’s butler service is a great introduction to both of us, and we enjoyed the experience, and we’ve learned how to make the best of a short period of vacation time by delegating tasks to our service provider. It was a very pleasant accommodation experience. This time I brought Xiaobao to Chengdu and spent a lot of time choosing a hotel (see pictures and comments). Some comments said that the facilities of a 10-year-old hotel could not keep up. Later, considering that I was traveling with Xiaobao alone, I chose Diaoyutai (I thought at least the location was good). The first feeling after arriving at the hotel: quiet, clean, sanitary, and enthusiastic. Check-in was very fast. Xiao Wang at the front desk upgraded my room type for free, and provided private butler-style service. The room provided a Dyson hair dryer. I have a lot of long hair, and the hair dryers provided by other hotels are difficult to dry. Book a location in advance to watch Sichuan Opera (4 minutes walk from the hotel). Xiaobao likes to take a bath and play in the water. The cleaning lady also disinfected and laid a disposable bathtub film and then put the water in... There are too many things to say. Next time I go to Chengdu, I will stay in this hotel, which can save a lot of time.

I am very satisfied with my stay this time, not only because their rooms are clean, the layout of the rooms is reasonable, and all kinds of decorations are very particular. Also because their service is impeccable. We were greeted as soon as our car arrived, and welcome fruits were prepared for check-in. The whole private banquet was meticulous, afternoon tea was prepared in the afternoon, and breakfast was prepared according to the number of people, one for each person, and it was packed in a wooden box, which was very exquisite. When we left, the sun was shining brightly and they helped us carry umbrellas to the car. The entire check-in process made us feel that the service was really attentive.

The group built two homestays, the boss is very kind and easy-going, the attitude is very good, and the needs can be solved very quickly. The accommodation environment is also very comfortable, the boss will communicate in advance to the store time, open the air conditioning in advance, the hotel also has roast meat, the per capita is also very reasonable, there is a kind of friend home to be a guest! The public space is also very large, whether it is a villa or a courtyard, there can be a public space that meets about 17 people, and it is very convenient to do a little activity and create something like it! The surrounding environment is also very quiet, it takes more than ten minutes to walk from Tai'an Ancient Town, very comfortable.

We loved this beautiful hotel — fantastic location close to both western and Chinese food; super helpful and accommodating staff assisted us with tickets and information; quiet, beautiful, and spacious rooms; fabulous pool and steam room. This is the perfect place to relax in Chengdu for a few days.

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.
