The location is superb; I could just stroll back to the hotel after the concert. There's a Starbucks and several convenience stores right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. I initially thought the hotel didn't have any international adapters, so I went and bought a Korean charging cable downstairs. Funnily enough, there was actually a plug right by the bed that fit Chinese chargers directly, which was a great unexpected amenity.

Very clean and hygienic, the surrounding area is also more convenient. May be more suitable for travel or couples. There are many places to eat around. Close to 2 Pavilion subway station. It is also very convenient to go to Kintex.

hotel is near metro station, just 5 mins walk, going to city centre is quite convenient actually room is big and clean, quite comfortable~

We loved our stay at the Urban-Est Hotel. Heading to the Waterbomb Festival for the weekend, the hotel’s convenient location, just 20 minutes away by taxi, was perfect for our plans. The surrounding area was nicer than we expected, with plenty of cool restaurants and little shops to explore. The 7-11 on the main floor connected to the hotel was an added convenience. The lobby was very nice, and everything was exceptionally clean and spacious, even the hallways. We stayed in a family suite, which was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was spacious and luxurious, and the toilet had a bidet, adding to the comfort. While I prefer a softer bed and found the bed a bit firm, it didn’t detract much from our overall experience. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book the Urban-Est Hotel again.

The facilities were nice, and the staff were friendly. However, the bathroom floor is made of marble, so be careful because it's slippery. Other than that, I was satisfied with everything else, and I'd love to visit again next time I'm in the area.

Very close to the exhibition hall, just a few minutes walk. The streets in autumn are beautiful. There are many small restaurants near the hotel. A little further away, there are large supermarkets, department stores, duty-free shops, etc. Supermarkets are not expensive. The room was clean and tidy. The room was large. In short, I was very satisfied.

There is a shared washing machine + dryer on the second floor. There is also free bread and instant noodles 24 hours a day, equipped with instant noodle machines and toasters, as well as self-service jam, coffee, and tea. The room is relatively small, definitely enough for two people to live in. The air conditioner remote control and TV remote control are integrated. The price-performance ratio is very high in Korea

The hotel is about 500 meters from the KINTEX Pavilion and walks for up to 10 minutes. The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk. Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change. There are restaurants around the hotel, there are liveyong stores, there are seveneleven, fruit shops 10 minutes walk to Lotte Supermarket

The hotel is mainly aimed towards couples who want a place to stay the night or a couple of hours with a big bathtub for two and dark corridors and elevators so people don't identify each other easily. I asked for the non-smoking bedroom, and I could still smell cigarettes from the corridor and from inside the bedroom itself. As I am allergic to dust, cigarette smoke and other breathable particles, my hay fever acted up while I was in the room and made my mornings (or nights) quite uncomfortable. The duvet looked quite aged. What looked like it was white before is now a stale yellow.
