In last one decade of my travel towards mountain and beaches, hardly i come across properties which gives experience of pure wilderness and serenity. A heaven on mountain top. Pictures clicked do not do the justice. Top notch comfort for my kids. I will never forget the trek we took to the local waterfall, river and a ride back in open jeep through jungles. Thanks for giving such a memorable time to my family. Late night bonfire and garhwal delicacies on demand were heart warming

Property location is very good, rooms are good, food was tasty and i am sure cook belong to north. Just property owner need to think more about the maintenance may b i visited in off season thats y swimming pool was not working frog was doing swiming. Rooms also need to be clean more specially spider webs in corner.

The location of the property is excellent — you can reach Laxman Jhula within 5 minutes by walking, which makes it very convenient. The serving staff was also polite and helpful. However, we faced a couple of issues during our stay. Five days before arrival, we had specifically checked with the hotel whether early check-in would be possible, and they confirmed that it would be arranged. Based on that assurance, we even planned to extend our stay for another day. However, when we reached the property, none of the staff initially acknowledged this confirmation. The person attending us said he would check with the staff and mentioned that otherwise we might need to pay extra for early check-in. Later, when the manager arrived, he did acknowledge that the earlier conversation had happened but mentioned that no rooms were available, which was quite surprising given the prior confirmation. In the meantime, since Laxman Jhula was nearby, we went to the Ganga ghat and spent some time there, and eventually they arranged the room. Another disappointing aspect was that outside food was strictly not allowed. They were even reluctant to provide cutlery for outside food, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. Overall, while the location is great and staff is courteous, the communication regarding early check-in and the strict outside food policy affected our experience.
