A beautiful suite complex. Family, mental atmosphere. Perfectly clean, everything clean and comfortable. Any request is pleasantly recalled. Apartments are fully equipped with everything necessary. Feel like home! Very recommended for families! We're happy to return again! The staff is wonderful, kind, responsive, in two weeks of residence became us as native. When we arrived (me and my older teenage daughter and son) we were so disappointed… the hotel seemed hold, not clean, very small, not 4*. The room was small, especially considering we needed one extra bed. We stayed 6 nights and all these bad experiences we’re compensated by the way we were treated. From the reception staff (unfortunately I didn’t keep his name), to the bellboy Summit, to the restaurant staff especially during breakfast and at the egg corner, people would go out of their way to make our stay a better one. They even changed us for a bigger room without extra payment, as soon as they had one available. Although I don’t think it’s a 4* property, we enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcomed. The beach is a 5 min walk and the Colva Beach Village (with shops and restaurants) a 10-15min walk. Plenty of taxis if you don’t feel like walking.

Incredibly beautiful hotel. The territory drowns in green - breakfast is like in a tropical garden. And here the cheapest rooms, of course, are twisted in order... the absence of a balcony in them is also sad - luck dry really nowhere. Also our room went out windows on the road and without the beer was hard to sleep, despite the fact that the street is not central. About cleaning it is necessary to speak on the receptors or the cleaners themselves, otherwise they will not get away and will not bring towels and so on... Water is not in single bottles but in glass and if honestly it is strange tones - bought and drank their own). But these are the main shortcomings that were forgotten immediately when they went out into the inner courtyard.. Breakfasts I liked - lots of fresh vegetables, and this is rare in India. Omlet and eggs are cooked delicious, there is noutella )) We also had dinner and it was great when people were few and so fed on the menu - there are sandwiches, salads, fish, shrimp... and then people became more and for dinner also the Swedish table - and here almost all Indian, and even macarones often with a bunch of cut garlic(( Very pleasant manager. Intelligent cleaners, waiters and guards are the most cute. In general, the hotel was very enjoyable, but outside ((the road to the beach though not long but dirty with trash and all the other beauty of India... to return to Goa while there is no wish

We had four days stay for family. Very pleasant family tour to goa especially to cover south goa and one of important part was to find right hotel. Property location - near to colva beach and market. Food excellent. Amenities ok. Gym was closed, swimming pool not so much clean. Staff service - quite good, helpful, cheerful. Outside hotel- taxi stand, quite higher rates, cabs availability faster compared to goamiles. (goamiles is quite cheaper compared to taxi based.

The hotel is very neat and clean with very little room space as superior deluxe ac room. The complementary breakfast (self serve) is too good and ambience is up to the mark. Mosquito problem is there but don’t panic because they provide mosquito repellent liquid machine. Self washing, cleaning and fooding is not allowed. Although, you can take lunch/dinner at their own restaurant. Go goa. Green goa.

That stay and the property was simply superb excellent rating. It's just that the reception and team to be trained on hygiene and basic services. We had booked 2 rooms and we were not given towels for our 3 nights stay and after checkout while i checked at reception he mentioned why didn't you ask for it. No water or toileteies were also given. I told him. We didn't ask for the mattress, pillow and sheet then why did u give and the front office just gave a grin. Rooms are massive and very good, but they need to take care of cleanliness, full of dust and cobwebs. Overall stay was very good.
