Maison De Chine Chiayi Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

Because I am not Taiwanese, I am not familiar with the address of Taiwan. The address was wrong at the beginning, so I couldn't find it in Chiayi that night and I was very panicked. But then I still arrived by taxi smoothly. The environment was very comfortable, and I checked in that day, in addition to our other room, there were guests. Forgot to ask how to call it, it was a male employee who greeted us and was very enthusiastic. I knew that we had been looking for a long time and hadn't eaten dinner yet. I helped us order takeaway from the outside. He knew we were going to Alishan the next day, asked about the time we were going to leave, and prepared breakfast in advance for us to eat on the road, called a taxi for us in advance, and did not delay the plan at all. Stayed for two nights, the mood was very relaxed, the farm environment was very comfortable, everyone was very friendly. The ducks on the farm will fly to the second floor in the morning, which is amazing. There are also wood products, but unfortunately I can't take them away. I saw that the address has been updated during the evaluation today. I hope I will have the opportunity to go again in the future. I like this farm and Chiayi very much. We stayed at the Voco Hotel on April 10, 2026. As soon as we parked in the basement and exited the elevator, a receptionist greeted us to help with check-in. We were on the 26th floor, which was quite high. Since we had a two-year-old, we took him to the swimming pool and spa after checking in that afternoon. The pool water was warm, so it wasn't cold once you started moving around. Perhaps because we checked in earlier, there was hardly anyone at the pool, so we had the whole place to ourselves. You can also bring inflatable rings into the pool, which is a plus. What's particularly cool is that the lockers use magnetic card induction – just tap and they open automatically. Overall, it was a good experience. For dinner, we ate at the Garden Western Restaurant, ordering an à la carte main course with an all-you-can-eat buffet on the side. The food selection was decent, nothing extraordinary but solid. Another highly recommended feature is the kids' play area. Although the space isn't huge, all the equipment is very new. Staff members regularly check to make sure children are wearing socks and that adults are following the play area rules. Breakfast, in my opinion, was also good, with a fairly rich selection of dishes. We'd definitely return if we have the chance. Oh, and the rooftop offers nice night views, which were great to see in the evening. The only minor downside for me personally was that I didn't find the bed very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options, and it was absolutely delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very cozy. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance; it's a great hotel.

The two girls who received the guests were very friendly. However, there is still room for improvement in attentiveness. For example, when guests check in, they are reminded to download the contact method first (to avoid encountering careless guests). After we checked out, we had handed over the room key and could not come and go freely. When we returned to pick up our stored luggage, we rang the door three times but no one opened it. As we were busy, we saw a note with a contact number next to the door. The friendly lady received it and responded immediately and opened the door for us so that we could catch the train.

Having previously stayed at the Tamsui Hotel, part of the Cheng-Yi brand, and having a consistently good impression of them, I was particularly looking forward to visiting another one of their locations. The overall decor and design were, as expected, very distinctive, full of clever touches and quality. Although the room wasn't huge, it was well-planned, clean, and comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming, making me feel genuinely cared for and appreciated. The only slight downside was that one of our bathrooms had a leak in the middle of the night. When we reported it to the front desk the next day, the hotel assured us they would address it promptly and thoughtfully provided a small gift as an apology, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, it was still a great stay, and I look forward to visiting other Cheng-Yi hotels in the future 💛

It’s my N times to stay in this hotel. Hotel service is so nice. Even trip.com couldn’t note requirements on webpage, hotel knows my favorite, and arrange my indicated room and serve all. It’s very nice stay experience. The only and best choice as I choose Chiayi hotel.
