In every 'important occasion' like Birthdays and Anniversary, I, like many ither husbands, struggled to find the perfect celebration and the days leading to that important occasion became stressful. But during this occasion, the Taj Faluknama team made sure that we felt special at every step. At the main entrance itself, Brindaban greeted us with a rose to make us feel special. Not just that he also proactively came forward to help us with clicking pictures - 90% of the husbands (if not more) suffer from the pressure of taking pictures and getting clicked as a couple. His straightforwardness instantly relaxed my mind and he did a great job of it. Moving forward, we met Bipasha and she too was kind enough in helping us click more pictures and getting a smooth checkin. Kailash, Archana and Raghvi were amazing near the swimming pool. We were offered swimming glasses even when we dis not ask for it. They simply understood our need. Minute observations. Chef Arun ***** with Gopal from security personally came do deliver sunglasses that we had misplaced during our Palace tour. They came to our table while we were planning to order our dinner. It was fantastic. Nilesh, Nasir ***** with Chef Arun also wished us personally. Also arranged for a cake. One more time we were made to feel special. We also had a feedback on a dish which was very nicely acknowledged. Open mind and an open heart. The next morning, Mustafa made our day by taking the best picture of our trip. In fact, after that picture we were trying to find him to get clicked few more times :) Gaurav, Suman and Pritha helped us with utmost respect during our breakfast. Cards, roses. Cake. Wow! It was like 7th heaven. Our checkout was made extra special by Sunaina. She was super kind to escort us till the main gate and not just that, she was very patient to click so many pictures. Big thank you to Latha for all the coordination she did via the email. She was very patient and helpful. And a big thank you to everyone working behind the scenes to enable the front end warriors of Taj Falaknuma. At the end, I felt like not leaving at all. In fact, I jokingly told my wife that we should spend a month at this place :) The Palace tour was very comprehensive. Liked a lot. The sufi evening was out of the world. I enjoyed more than the Shreya Ghoshal concert. The only thing that I can say - It was India vs SA T20 world cup finals. Something could have been arranged in general for all the guests. That was the only part which got missed. I was so moved by the whole experience, I gave a hand written note to the team during checkout.

Our stay at Taj falaknuma made us to feel a real Palace stay.... Each and Every moment spent at the hotel, Starting from a Hearty welcome like Prince and Princess entering feel....till the last minute of check out made us an heavenly feel. The staff with humble, courteous nature and smiling gestures are Such an awesome feel that can't be expressed in words. Major credit goes to the staff with their great hospitality that they showed us, and also a big bow to the Taj Group for the efforts they made to renovate the Palace.... *Grt part is that when we started sharing our experience with near and dear they started booking the stay*. I would like to suggest each and everyone who is viewing my review just have a stay and feed up a Golden memory....
