The location is very convenient, and it is already Kenting Street. You can have something to eat from morning till night. The only downside was that we only met the staff of the hotel on the first day, and every day I wanted to ask the staff of the hotel to ask for directions or other enquiries, but I saw that there were any staff at the hotel. On the last day, the original homestay was checked out at 11:00 in the morning. Then we went to breakfast in the morning. In the absence of a room card, we went back to the room at about 10:50. The cleaning staff was already clearing our room and wanted to go to the bathroom. can. I hope that the owner of the hotel will pay attention to the room card. At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. In our room, we encountered mold and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It didn't bother us too much as we were only staying for a couple of nights, but for the price, they really should fix the plumbing.

The Staff were kind and polite we have no complaint there. However for a hotel of this price. What is on offer is not really good enough. It’s very old and needs a renovation Asap. Even the TVs are 15 years or so old which seems a bit odd for such a high end hotel even in the executive rooms. The gym works and is clean but is very small and limited. The location is phenomenal. The outside and the lobby are nicely looked after but rooms and furniture and even the beds are not great. All very worn out. I would only recommend coming for a max of 3 days to enjoy the location but not a long stay it’s not worth it. Breakfast is great though.

The hotel's biggest downside is the lack of soundproofing. While street noise tends to die down late in the evening, you can forget about getting any rest when neighbors come back to their rooms at 4 AM. Another issue is the door locks. If you hold the door open, it doesn't always close properly because the deadbolt engages prematurely (which is hard to notice once you've entered the room!). The result is a constant banging noise throughout the corridor, and judging by the sounds, this seems to be a systemic problem across all rooms.

A wonderful hotel right in the heart of Yerevan. The receptionist checked me in even though I arrived 3 hours before the official check-in time. The bed has a very comfortable mattress, and the pillows and blanket are great. Despite its central location, the room is quiet. Great! We stayed at another hotel before, but we didn't like Aviatrans and decided to change the hotel. And we were right! The price is a little higher, but the staff is beyond praise! They asked a couple of times if everything was okay in our room. The breakfast is good. The child slept through breakfast and we were allowed to take food with us to the room. The room has wonderful robes and cosmetics. Enough of everything. Water, 2 coffee capsules, tea. The nearest currency exchange office in the SAS store with a good rate is only 300 meters away. The cafe makes great Armenian coffee. We will probably be happy to return to this hotel again if we are in Yerevan.

It's very close to the city center, about a 10-minute walk. The main square with its evening lights was impressive. We also visited the Sherrep restaurant, which was very tasty. I definitely recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be back!

This is a good hotel in the center of Yerevan. The standard rooms are not large but cozy. The Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the property, and there's a large outdoor pool, a sauna, and a great, spacious gym. Breakfasts are plentiful with a wide selection, and the coffee is delicious. There were a few minor issues with the service and staff, but they promised to improve. After a small hiccup, the hotel offered me a complimentary drink at the bar and allowed me to stay in the room until 7:00 PM, for which I'm very grateful 🙏. The hotel managers and leadership are very attentive and responsive.

The staff were very polite and responsive. The room was clean, but there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or razors (you have to ask for them at the reception). The room also lacked the advertised tea table, and on the 3rd and 4th days, no tea and coffee sachets were provided (they probably saw that we already had our own tea). The towels were not changed once in 4 days (they probably thought we were very clean). The hairdryer was broken, and we had to ask for a replacement. The rooms don't have balconies. Breakfasts were monotonous. What was good: the view of Mount Ararat from the window, and a beautiful and convenient entrance area and lobby. The circus, which we visited, is nearby. The service is two-star quality.

Easy to walk to main attractions - Replibic Square in 5 mins, the local flea market in 3 mins, Carrefour supermarket in 3 mins. That said, surrounding is a bit dark and quiet with a construction site right next to the hotel. Room spacious, one free bottle water upon arrival. The thing that I don't like is the rather warm air conditioning (useless to adjust). I finally had to open the windows but then attracted mosquitoes in. Another thing not that good is thatthe buffet breakfast started rather late, at 8am. Day tours usually start at 9am(and in another location around 10-15 mins ride away). That means I had to rush my breakfast within 15-20 mins.
