nice to stay here and I extended to stay longer one more night. It is near the airport with walkable distance. If you stay here, I would recommend Tomi’s Tapsilogan grill & Reston bar for dinner :) There’s no WIFI in this place

The hotel is by the sea, a large shopping mall (third floor), the environment is very good; duplex room, sleeping to the upper floor, the lower floor has writing desk, TV series, sofa, bathroom, wardrobe and other facilities; the most praise is facing the sea, you can also see Ma Rong Volcano; the front desk is very dedicated and enthusiastic in answering various questions, thank you very much! Come here to see customers, the hotel is a bit dumbfounded for the first time, the picture is tall, the actual is not so good-looking, even the elevator is not, even the locals of the customer feel incredible. And the surrounding consumption levels are very low, and the dining in the hotel is the same. However, the hotel is located in a villa area with security at the door and the hotel staff is very good. The room we stayed in was not good for an extra bed. Nearly 500 nights, 1.8 meters bed. The other room is smaller, it is suitable for one person only, the space is not big, the bathroom is still new, there is no smell, and any hotel in this city can see Mayon volcano, because that is the highest point. The hotel is very close to the airport, a few minutes, the breakfast is small, it should be related to the region, the city is different from Manila, including diet, the options are not big, the dishes are mainly pork and chicken. There is no place around the hotel that is taller than the hotel itself. The city is going to be developed. The beverage boxes in the 7&11 store next to it are all gray, and some are coming to the shelf life. Pay attention when you buy it.

The hotel offers a free airport shuttle. Filipinos really have excellent taste in music! It was a delight listening to great music while enjoying the views of the distant volcano and street scenes. They even gave our child a bag of candy at check-in. If you need anything, just make a call, and a staff member will bring it very quickly. Regardless of whether you've finished them, the hotel replenishes the toiletries every day – very thoughtful. It's only a 50-peso tricycle ride to SM Mall. I also noticed they offer in-room massages and day tour bookings. We made a last-minute booking for a driver that morning, and he waited for quite a while since he was far away. I recommend booking the night before. The driver was incredibly attentive throughout our trip, always keeping an eye on us while we explored. We just walked around, and he'd follow closely in the car. I once hired a driver in Xinjiang, and they weren't nearly as attentive. This level of service is a first for me! It really makes me envy wealthy people, haha. My only regret is not booking a mountain view room, but you can still get beautiful volcano views from the rooftop bar's balcony and even from the parking lot. The water quality in Legazpi isn't great; the filter turned brown instantly when I turned on the tap. I recommend bringing a filtered showerhead. On our second night, the power went out nine times. Also, the breakfast wasn't very good.

A very convenient place to stay! The hotel is well located, with easy access to the main square where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities. It’s also a great base for exploring the area by scooter — the oceanfront promenade is just a short ride away and offers stunning sunset views with Mayon Volcano in the background. The breakfast was good and had everything we needed, and coffee was offered as well. We also appreciated the free secure parking in the courtyard, which made traveling by motorbike very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and practical choice for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel isn't brand new, but it's clean and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is spotless, and everything you need is provided, including pool towels. Yes, there's a canal or river nearby with a bit of a smell, but you couldn't smell it in the rooms or by the pool at all. It didn't bother us or cause any issues. The breakfasts are superb, highly recommend them – a great selection and everything is delicious. We also tried the buffet lunch and dinner, priced at 400 and 500 pesos respectively. It's Filipino cuisine and very tasty; we really enjoyed it. The hotel has its own parking, which came in handy as we rented a car. We also went for a foot massage at the spa, highly recommended at 600 pesos per hour. The staff are friendly and helped with everything. There's a free airport transfer service, just make sure to book in advance. Honestly, I don't understand the low ratings for this hotel. It's a decent place with good service.

This is my second time with them as its very closed to where my business need todo, the hotel is much better improvement they have a wide stairs no elevator had a firm nice comfortable bed with sift pillow and a heavy blanket, nice good size room although the bathroom is a bit smaller they have a hot water in the shower, kettle to make a hot water for coffee or tea, the bath soft and shampoo is empty. The just behind the gaisano mall and pacific mall very convenient walking distance to sm mall as well. I would stay there again if I can return to legaspi.

The hotel was very near to major establishments like Malls, there’s a convenient store downstairs and very near to public transport. But I noticed that the cleanliness of the entire room is not so clean, the lavatory is clogged and leaking at the bottom The hotel doesn’t even provide a slippers for the guests and a complimentary drinks is only one bottle of mineral water for two persons. The good thing is the hotel staff are nice and accommodating.

The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.

We booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.

Average. Air conditioner failed the first night, super hot all night. Moved us to another room the next day. Toilet leaked and would not stop running, they attempted to fix it but needed a plumber. Water then turned brown in both the toilet and the sink, the shower stayed clean. Checked out 3 days later with water still leaking and dirty.

Located in Old Albay so very near fast foods, grocery, etc. They also catered to my request of a room with window :) Complete amenities so far although there is no elevator so not recommended for those with physical disabilities or seniors with gait problems.
