A very luxurious hotel with a brilliant view. Staff are exceptional, nothing was too much trouble! Close to shops, money exchanges and transport. Hotel was also able to arrange transport to anywhere you wanted to go. We stayed in a one bed ocean view loft (villa 502) which was on lower level, close to the restaurant, bar, spa and gym so only had to walk a few steps to everything and it was exceptionally quiet. You felt like you were the only ones there! Having your own infinity pool was a treat. Hotel supplied everything you needed for free each day including beer, cans of soft drink, sparking water, still water, fruit, peanuts and dried mango. You were given a phone to call reception 24/7 for whatever you might require whilst at the hotel or to call them if you needed something whist out and about. The phone also allowed you to make free international calls, how good is that!. It was magical sitting in the restaurant or bar at night watching the sunset. The food was always delicious and beautifully presented. Could not think of a better place to stay!

We spent 9 nights in a 2 bedroom pool villa and had an absolute wonderful time. We would like to thank reception, house keeping, the buggy boys and a special mention to Max and Fook for the wonderful food and exceptional dining experience. Great job Allen (hotel manager) on running a well maintained, 5 star resort. Look forward to seeing you and your staff in the future. From the Alessandrino family, Room 203.

This hotel was stayed in March 2020. Very remote place where taxi drivers don't even like to go. If you order a taxi to the recipes, it costs 900 baht to the Kamala beach, through the Thai Crab application, the order of a taxi is worth from 700-850 baht depending on the time of order. If you rent a car or a bike, it will be easier. Why it was necessary to go to a taxi: The first beach!!! In this area in principle it is not in the nearest neighborhood!!! Since there is the port of Phuket and when the water goes down, the coast is a complete top and Tina, the sand is not at all. We decided to check the other side of this area and there is the same situation. Second infrastructure!!! The nearest decent shop is 5 km from the hotel. There is one shop in this village, but there is nothing to sell, basically no bread to buy. On Saturday and Sunday the evening market works, it is 5-10 tents where you can buy things not first freshness, drinks, roasted food. This is all there is in the district!!!! Now about the hotel: territory small, swimming pool, bar restaurant. The rooms are large two-story, they have everything basic. Cleaning on Monday and Thursday. The bad thing is that there are mosquitoes in the room brought us a spiral from the Komars))). Only 5-8 person was seen from the residents. And the most unpleasant thing is that we stole money from the wallet that was in a backpack with a locked pocket, The robber left us 150 bats when it happened we didn't understand. The backpack stood near the lieutenants, we were 10 meters away from them playing tennis. There was a woman sunshine near the pool and then the waitress was cleaning the glasses near the lieutenants. When we noticed the missing contacted the administrator to see the cameras, but unfortunately none were sent to the pool, well or they said so specifically (((() The point was not to call the police, there was no evidence who did it. We recommended to write The letter to the general manager, wrote, but the answer never followed ((. It is not our first trip and a bunch of hotels have seen, but it hasn't been so yet!!!

Three choices for breakfast, delivered to the room, should be able to add an extra bed, I ordered a three-bedroom villa with pool, parking space, the living room of the room is very large, suitable for self-provided ingredients for group trips and the like, because the hotel comes with one The restaurant tastes good. There is a restaurant not far from the hotel. It is delicious and not expensive. We basically eat in this restaurant. The hotel does not have slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and no air conditioning in the living room, but the environment is really good. It is far away from other popular attractions. It takes more than an hour to drive and is relatively close to the airport, which is more than half an hour.

The hotel is amazing. Breakfast can be reserved and delivered to the room + 750 baht can have a floating basket to eat in the pool. The cliff restaurant is recommended to experience it. The meal at sunset is great. And the steak is also great

The room is 100 points, the beach is slightly worse because it is a bit troublesome to go to the beach on the mountain, and it is a small piece to share with the beach outside

Had a great stay in Rosewood Phuket. Special shout-out to Anne who was attentive to our needs.. and gave us recommendations when we asked for it. Reminded me of a 6* stay at Maldives I had a couple of years ago. Also Nancy was a very informative and talented yoga teacher which helped me stretch the stubborn back of mine for 2 occasions. A lot of privacy, warm tones to the room - will be back someday I hope! See you :))

The location of the establishment is the biggest negative point The beach is quite small, often located in the shade It does not encourage swimming and moreover very few customers linger The area of Patong n It's nothing like a postcard decor The rooms are correct but the private swimming pool is very small. It is more of a decorative pool Due to the very dense vegetation, the sea is difficult to perceive from the hotel The catering is correct, without being particularly refined The service is good This hotel should be considered as a base point from which you have to visit the island by land or sea, not as a self-sufficient resort

Wonderful stay. Stayed in a 3 bedroom with pool villa. Villa was cleaned and well kept. Comes with a big room with king size bed and bigg bath room with deep bath tub. The other 2 rooms are twin beds and a queen bed. Each room has its own attached bathroom. There is an additional toilet at the living room area which is very convenient for big families. They have a huge round dining table. Kitchen comes with oven, microwave, coffee maker, stove, cutlery, plates, cups, bowls etc. No dish washer but you can wash dishes. Dishwashing liquid is given with sponge. They had welcome messages with flowers and towel animals. Buggy service is always prompt in arrival when requested for. Room service is also prompt. Staff are all friendly and help you with every query. Staff can speak English well enough to converse. They will help you book taxi should you want to travel anywhere. There is a shop within the hotel that sells swimming and fashion accessories. Breakfast for me was so so for me, great service but the buffet spread wasn't that extensive. You can order eggs, assor**ent of coffee and tea from thier menu. Then go to the buffet spread for confectionary, fruits, chinese dim sum, salad and rice dishes. Just next to the restaurant is the hotel pool along with a jacuzzi... you get a view of the sea. Pool chairs are lined up with towels on standby. As my room had a pool we did not utilise the hotel pool. From the lobby you would need to walk up alley and down to the first floor to take the buggy. So for elderly or wheel chair bound guests it maybe a challenge but am sure the hotel will probably provide buggy service from the lobby area for such guests if required. The location of the hotel is near kamala beach. The hotel has a free ferry service to drop you at kamala beach to and fro. Restaurants, shops and massage services are all available. Did not utilise the spa so can't comment. Kamala beach is not as busy as Patong beach so if you like a more peaceful a**osphere the location is fit for you. There is a convenience store about a 5 to 7 min walk away from the hotel. Taxi service is also available just outside the hotel. Patong is about a 20 min ride away from the hotel.

Iconic. This is my 6th trip to Phuket - and Andara is the ultimate Thai experience. The photos do no justice to just how beautiful the space is. We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse suite, and as a family of 4 this was extremely spacious. The pool is huge, and deeper than expected. The beds were super comfortable, towels were super lush - and you need to try the bath…wow Kamala itself is perfectly quiet for that time out holiday, and close enough to Patong for shopping, markets and night life. All of our meals were delicious, and I’m fairly sure between my kids and I - we ate thousands of pancakes! The dinners were exceptional too. The staff - so beautiful. Everyone was super helpful, kind, caring and happy to go the extra mile. It was sad to see a few families behaving in a entitled manner speaking badly to the staff - yet, the staff continued to provide a high level of service and not be flustered by them. The manager took his time to say hello everyday, I think this is a special touch to feel welcomed and for the staff to know they have a leader that works ‘on the ground’ with them. A few notes I’d love to see for our next trip, the TV’s to have the ability to cast Netflix etc. it rained a few days we were there, so to watch movies would have been great. Also, not sure if this was lost in translation - but there was no milk in the fridge for morning tea/coffee. There was a 7/11 close by (free local transport provided) so I was able to buy some! We will definitely return again. Andara is my most favourite place in all of Phuket.

Since our last visit there have been some changes which has made the hotel even better, if that was ever possible. The range of new restaurants is very impressive and offers guests the choice to dine somewhere different in the evenings and choose from a great selection of tastes: the new restaurants now offer fish, Thai, Mediterranean etc each with their own bespoke feel. A very impressive pizza oven has arrived onsite too so every taste is catered for now. PRU has moved onsite to a new setting high up with views. New outdoor furniture adds to the new feel, and the atmosphere everywhere is stylish but relaxed. Well done to the GM Marc (who arrived shortly after our last visit) and Sylvain the F&B manager who has a passion to offer guests the best of choices. An excellent hotel in every sense.

But then bad start very good. We booked a normal room. Unfortunately, we were first brought into a room in which apparently a short time before was a water damage. It smelled insupportable muffy and many of the furniture were cool. I asked for another room and got it next to it. That was not really better, but it smells less bad. After a bad night at the smell and noise of the street we asked again for a new room and I proposed an upgrade. We could then eventually move to a quiet and renovated room. This room was very wonderful. I recommend therefore just booking a little better room. The location of the hotel is good. At foot you reach the old town and everything you needed. The style of the hotel is very beautiful. The staff friendly. Breakfast I would probably not book for it even in the night. It is not a buffet but a pre-order dish with two drinks that is brought to the room. The Thai dishes are good and rich. The American is made of a (!) untoasted dish toast. Last night we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night because a person smoked in her room. It quickly dissolved that it was nothing dangerous. However, it was not excused with a word. I found it very bad. In principle I would book it again but just a better and quiet room and without breakfast.

We were satisfied with our room in this hotel: - the room was clean and got cleaned every day - there's a fridge in the room and you get a small bottle of water every day - it's near the city center of Phuket Town (around 15 minutes on foot) but you don't hear the traffic in the center (there were some roosters next to the hotel, and they were pretty loud and active from around 5 am, but I guess this was something temporary because nobody else wrote about them :D) - you can climb the Khao Rang viewpoint before the peek tourist hours (it takes around 10-15 minutes to the top) There are no real negative parts to this room, but just in an fyi sort of way - we booked a room with a balcony and although the balcony was there, it's not really a sort of a place to sit in and relax, which we thought it would be (you enter it through a window, it's pretty small and tight). The other thing is that we needed transport to the Rassada Pier early one morning and the hotel has or can organize this transport - but the price we were told was pretty high (700 baht!), which is pretty strange considering that even the regular-taxi-mafia charged less than this. I wouldn't mind staying here again, but mainly since my boyfriend and I aren't drivers and couldn't rent a scooter, next time I would probably search for accommodation closer to the bus station because this would make it easier to travel to other parts of the island with public transport and avoid taxis as much as possible.

The room came with pool access shared by 4-5 rooms only and an amazing sea-view. The most amazing part was a bar ( part of the property ) which faced our room and they start playing songs in the evening. This gave a very cool private party kind of ambience. The room was spacious and the staff was really helpful. Our room was on hill top and hotel runs shuttle service throughout the property. Overall I highly recommend booking this property for your stay in Phuket.

West Jakarta|1.1km from St Theresia de Lisieux Chapel
Location: The hotel is not close to anywhere, but there is a large shopping mall nearby, and it takes only 5 minutes to take a taxi. Facilities: The hotel is full of promotional posters for health spas and hair salons. There is a swimming pool on the 3rd floor of the hotel, less than 1 meter away from the room window. The hotel can access the Internet, but to buy an Internet recharge card, an hour is 35,000 Indonesian rupees (24 yuan), 3 hours is 70,000 Indonesian rupees (47 yuan). Only the lobby can be connected to the wireless network, and the room cannot be connected. There is a travel agent on the first floor of the hotel. The hotel's laundry service is OK, 35,000 Indonesian rupees (24 yuan) can wash all the clothes you have used on the day: pants, underwear, shirts, socks, handkerchiefs. There is a sign next to the front desk that says the bar is located on the basement floor. We have not been to any leisure venues in the hotel except for the internet. We wanted to use the gym but the hotel did not. We stayed in the new area of the hotel and there was only one elevator in the whole building. Lobby and front desk: The lobby is small and there are few seats. There is no place for guests to sit and chat except the cafe. The front desk is also very small, there are only 2,3 waiters, so there are a lot of people at the party and it looks very crowded. Food: All guests at the hotel can enjoy breakfast here for free (meal is included in the room rate). If you add 2 more people, you have to pay an extra 50,000 Indonesian rupees (34 yuan). According to the standards of Indonesian hotels, the breakfast here is very general. Except for the greasy ones, everything else is OK. Lunch and dinner time here is deserted, there are few guests except a few people in the meeting. There is a very nice guitarist there in the evening, the tune bullets are very good. The room service menu looks very good, so I called room service for dinner. After ordering dinner, they called several times and each time said that there was no dish I wanted to order. They didn't have :Angsio Tahu,Cah Baby Kailan,Sate Ayam,Nasi Timbel,Nasi Campur Bali,Nasi Goreng Anggrek and Ayam Kalasan. I really don't know what they have. In the end, I just had Nasi Goreng Kampung,Brocoli Cah Jamur and iced lemon tea. It tastes good, but there is nothing to like. The amount is very small, totaling 70,000 Indonesian rupees (47 yuan). There is also a 10% government tax (this menu is already stated). In addition, there is a 10% fee, and it is not clear what the fee is. So I have to pay another 20% of the meal fee. It makes no sense. I was stupid enough to order room service the next day. I waited for more than an hour for a crab sandwich. Toast and French fries were all cold when they got the room. Room: The furniture in the hotel's new district is all new. The bed was very comfortable with clean and soft cotton sheets. The room, bathroom, and toilet were very clean. I think this is the most important thing. There is also a living room and a small kitchen in the room. But the cabinets inside are empty and the refrigerator is empty. The lower-floor rooms may be a bit noisy, especially the rooms facing the street. At 6 o'clock in the morning, I was awakened by a group of people doing aerobics by the pool, less than 10 meters away from my room. After they finished at 7 o'clock, the vacuum cleaner outside the room was roaring again, and there was no way to sleep anymore. The photos you see from the website are all real except my room. The living room of the room has no windows, no flowers, no plants. The floor is carpeted. There are no remote controls for both air conditioners. The TV in the living room does not have a remote control, and the TV in the bedroom is remotely controlled by the button on the bedside table. When changing channels, you have to twist your wrist, and you can change it. You can enjoy 2 bottles of mineral water for free every day. If there is one more person, it will not be enough, especially if you are not just resting in the room. The hotel's things are expensive, a bottle of 380ml mineral water costs 18,000 Indonesian rupees (12 yuan), but the tap water here is very unhygienic. If you are not familiar with Indonesian hotels, you may not know. To open a bottle of water, you have to go everywhere to the bottle opener, which is really troublesome. Summary: If you drive here, this hotel may be worth it. I gave it2.5 stars, but they may think they have reached 3 stars or higher. The hardware is good, but the software is still lacking.
