Location is nearby railway station. Property is good. Manned by one receptionist and one attender. T. V not working on both rooms. Lot of short-circuit in tv connections with dangerous sparks. No bottled water. First day drank the water they provided and fell sick and later purchased water from nearby. No resturent for eve tea coffee. For any requirement had to go out.

Saras park is a good budget hotel in tiruvanantpuram. We wanted a short stay enroute alleppey to bangalore and chosen this hotel. The location of this hotel is good, though it is little inside from the main road. The staff was very responsive and the facility is good value for money.

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

The Good: The hotel's facilities are genuinely excellent and well worth the visit. The infrastructure and amenities reflect thoughtful design and quality investment. The Challenging: The service execution, unfortunately, doesn't match the facility standards. During our stay, we found ourselves repeating requests multiple times—whether at the restaurant or with general hotel staff. The breakfast service was particularly entertaining in an unintended way: the staff exhibited what I'd call ”Brownian motion hospitality”—lots of energetic movement, but not always in productive directions. Items were frequently forgotten, and follow-ups became necessary more often than expected. The Concerning: We requested a late checkout until 1:00 PM. The front desk approved only a 30-minute extension, yet our bill reflected a 2-hour late checkout. This discrepancy requires immediate attention from management. Recommendations: The property would benefit from comprehensive staff retraining to align service quality with the excellent facilities. Additionally, rooms and common areas could use renovation to maintain the overall standard. Bottom Line: The facilities make this hotel worth considering, but the management team needs to invest in service training and operational consistency. With these improvements, O by Tamara could easily become a standout property. I remain hopeful that management will address these concerns promptly. Thats all!!

Thank you for your help for 7 days. I think the location is good as it is within walking distance of Sripadmanabhaswamy Temple, which is the number one tourist spot in Thiruvananthapuram. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is no air conditioning, but there is a huge fan on the ceiling that is as cool as an air conditioner. There is no hot water from the shower, but it's hot outside, so if you take a shower after going out, the temperature will be just right. The restaurant was open even at odd hours, so I think it's probably open 24 hours. There is a menu in each room so you can check it out, but the prices are not that high compared to nearby restaurants. The minimum amenities other than tissues and shampoo are provided. I was so satisfied that I couldn't believe it was only 2,000 yen per night.

Overall, I am happy to stay here throughout this one week simply because all the staff are super friendly. Greetings to me every day and smile all the time. Only some personal comments regarding the hotel access card, no disturb/ clean my room card are not 5 star hotel standard. Most importantly is the hygiene issues need some effort or improvement. The drinking water cap is dirty, the cup is dirty, the wall gets mouldy, etc. Most of the food in the restaurant is not available. Advice to simplify the menu. Gym facilities are old, some already spoiled and not fixing yet. No towel provided.

The hotel is old and some facilities are aging, but the pattern is definitely one of the best hotels in the past. The layout of the garden-style hotel is definitely high in the city center. It is more than one grade higher than the only Hilton Hotel in Kerala. The room is spacious, there is a foyer in the English layout, and the big bed room is made. The feeling of the suite. Check-out can be extended until 8 o'clock in the evening, which may be related to the off-season. The service is absolutely convincing, and the dining is also delicious, comparing the authentic Indian cuisine.

It's behind the government secretariat, on the press road. It's located centrally close to railway station, as well as close to the market place. The food breakfast is complementary. There is lunch individual and buffet. The buffet is good, around 800 with taxes. Good variety of food, like soup , vegetarian, NV. Kerala food, , juice, etc. The beef ,fish, chicken were fresh. Vegetables were good. Service was good. We had booked a basic room, but it was updated for some reason. Breakfast was complementary, but good , bread, butter, puttu, sweets , oats, milk, donuts, semiya, fresh dosa, with eggs. Fruits were good, grilled tomato. Bed was good, rooms were good, bathrooms were clean, ac was good , water heater for drinking water was available. The only issue, was that there were few bed bugs, Good swimming pool, gym was also good.
