The hotel was upgraded to deluxe. The room was very nice, but not good at all. I booked it for two nights in a row, but the front desk only gave me one night. When I returned to the hotel at night, I couldn't open the door.

The location is far away, there is a long way from the hotel entrance to the room, don't think about the elderly or those with mobility problems, almost don't think about going out. The road is a stone slab, and the wheelchair can't be pushed. The hotel's toothpaste is expired. For breakfast, 6 people in our two rooms also gave a few less copies, and the store also let us have a free dinner to compensate. In addition, the dinner here also needs to be 600-700 alone? Plus, staying for two nights during the Qingming period, the two rooms cost nearly 20,000, which is very worthless. This is the case for Xi'an's homestay. It can't be compared with the coastal area at all. The most expensive is at this level. Everyone is cautious. The only highlight is that the place is large and the garden is large.

Lying on it is like being gently wrapped by clouds, and a good night's sleep comes naturally. There are two exquisite bedside tables next to the bed. The table lamps on them are unique in shape and emit soft light, which is convenient for night use. The windows in the room are large. When you open the curtains, you can see the garden scenery of the hotel. The sound insulation effect is excellent. The design of the bathroom is also commendable. The layout of dry and wet separation is reasonable, the washbasin is spacious and tidy, and it is equipped with a full range of high-quality toiletries. The shower head in the shower room has uniform water discharge, convenient water temperature adjustment, and sufficient and stable hot water supply. The bathtub is of moderate size, and you can completely relax your body and mind when taking a bath, and the fatigue of the day will dissipate instantly. The hotel's catering service is unique. The buffet breakfast is rich and varied, covering all kinds of Chinese and Western cuisine. Freshly baked bread exudes an attractive aroma, and all kinds of hot dishes, cold dishes, fruits, and yogurt are available. The freshness of the ingredients is impeccable, and the cooking taste is just right. Every dish seems to be a work of art carefully carved by the chef. The service was amazing, with the staff helping me with my bags as well as explaining how to use any of the amenities offered, being consistently patient despite by subpar Mandarin. The actual site itself is picturesque and the atmosphere is serene and peaceful - a perfect atmosphere for a hot spring hotel! I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the larger hot spring pool, but the small private one I had access to was stellar and very soothing! I’d highly recommend to anyone in the Xi’an area.

When you arrive, you have to check in at the lobby first, and then take the shuttle bus to the villa area, which takes about 3 minutes. It is very convenient. They also take the initiative to set up a group. You can make requests in the group, and the response is very fast. I like it. When you get to the villa, it is bigger and cleaner than I imagined. It is very comfortable and a very good experience. The children are very satisfied. The air conditioning is sufficient, so you don’t have to be afraid of hot weather. The breakfast is a bit ordinary, without any surprises, but it’s free, so it’s okay. I don’t recommend paying for breakfast. The room is also cleaned quickly, and different fruits and snacks are changed for you every day, which is considerate. The hotel is very close to the Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Hot Spring, which saves a lot of time. It is recommended to stay here for two days and then move to the city. I will come again next time.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! We spent four nights here, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The room was impeccably clean and came equipped with premium appliances that added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. Every evening, the receptionists would eagerly greet us upon our return and offer any assistance we might need. They were able to support all our enquiries that we have. To top it off, they sent delicious desserts to our room each night, which was a delightful touch. The service and thoughtfulness of the staff exceeded our expectations. We particularly appreciated the hotel’s location on a quieter street, which provided a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. The room featured a charming mini outdoor garden, offering a serene space to unwind, far more relaxing than a typical enclosed five-star hotel room. Best of all, the room rates were very reasonable. Considering the price point, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Xi’an. It’s so comfortable and welcoming that it could easily be considered an attraction in its own right!

With Ritz Carlton, it's expected to be good. But 8 want to say their staff is very friendly, polite and welcoming. From housekeeping ayi, buffet kitchen staff, restaurant servers, to floor manager , all would greet me with eye contact and a smile. They were very helpful. One of my best hotel experiences. Our experience at the hotel was very satisfactory and especially the comfort. We had a photography session offered by the hotel. The photography session went really well with a very helpful team who listened to our expectations. The photos are very professional. The photographer was kind. The photo editing team knew how to make us happy. A big thank you to the team of photographers that I highly recommend and especially the hotel for the welcome and hospitality. This stay will be unforgettable for us because we were like on a cloud. We recommend it 100% for the passage to Xi'an there is no better!

If the positioning is a resort hotel, it is a bit out of reach. The positioning is that the price of ordinary homestays is high. Environment: The opening time should not be long, the location is really good, the scenery is first-class and there are not many rooms that will not be very crowded or piled up. The room has a large bathtub. The bathtub can see the scenery outside the window. The overall lawn lake view is very good. The environment in the park is not bad, it may also be due to the small number of people, which ensures that the play will not be particularly crowded. Service: I borrowed the refrigerator from the convenience store. The most intimate service is about the things we bring. The shuttle bus to the hotel for check-in and check-out helped us run the luggage. The little brother also helped to move things. Other services may be the lowest rated. First of all, there is no landline phone in the room. It is inconvenient to use your mobile phone to call the hotel's mobile number if you want to contact the hotel. Secondly, the toiletries are average. The disposable face towels and large bath towels are provided. There is no small face towel. When cleaning, I put three combs and a toothbrush. At night, I found that there was no toothbrush and no service staff. I couldn't brush my teeth. The overall operation of the park is not professional enough. There is no explanation for the stay. I sent a double dinner time and did not tell me to call to ask. I didn’t tell me where to go to eat. I didn’t tell me to call to ask. I didn’t explain how to use the package. I gave a room card. The room does not know if there is WiFi, there is no explanation. Non-powered park package: I sent this package. Trip.com did not reflect that it was a few items to choose from. It showed that all can be experienced (orders are shown in the picture). The phone consultation hotel was told to choose one of three. The next morning, I didn’t know where to verify. I went directly to the water golf and was told to go to the blue house. I walked back. The staff called the room to ask about the situation. After reading the order, I said that it was indeed available. After playing water golf and archery, we told us that the rest can't be played, the whole is inexplicable. The weather itself is very hot and I don't plan to play, but either the order is written clearly, or the hotel itself is unified internally. This unclear gift is also part of the hotel consumption, and the experience is really bad. Romantic dinner for two: When dining, there were no lights in many places in the camp restaurant. Finally, I sat in the tent. The roast lamb chops tasted good. It is recommended that if there is a partner who goes to dinner later, choose freshly baked food. The taste of pasta is really not flattering. Convenience store - provides wine and cold drinks, no other food or snacks, the overall park is still more supporting campsite, not very friendly to the guests, operation and details are more general. I have stayed in various hotels of various sizes and recommend going to play or camping. Is there necessary to stay for one night? The above situation is for reference.
