The location is far away, there is a long way from the hotel entrance to the room, don't think about the elderly or those with mobility problems, almost don't think about going out. The road is a stone slab, and the wheelchair can't be pushed. The hotel's toothpaste is expired. For breakfast, 6 people in our two rooms also gave a few less copies, and the store also let us have a free dinner to compensate. In addition, the dinner here also needs to be 600-700 alone? Plus, staying for two nights during the Qingming period, the two rooms cost nearly 20,000, which is very worthless. This is the case for Xi'an's homestay. It can't be compared with the coastal area at all. The most expensive is at this level. Everyone is cautious. The only highlight is that the place is large and the garden is large.

Very good, it was very quiet during the Chinese New Year, the environment was very good, both the private and public baths were available, the private bath for the king-size room was indoors, and the private bath for the twin room was outdoors, friends who are going there can pay attention

The environment is very good. It takes less than half an hour by taxi to Bingma, 10 minutes to Huaqing Hot Spring in Song of Everlasting Regret, and 40 minutes by taxi to the city center without traffic jams. The hotel's hot spring is very good, the facilities are also good, and the breakfast variety is not bad. The hotel service is basically available on call when there are not many people, but it is still slow when there are many people. The professionalism of service and hygiene still needs to be improved. Check-in and check-out are very convenient.

The environment is beautiful and the experience of staying here is very good. Zhou Yi, the front desk staff at Xianjuyuan, is also very considerate and enthusiastic. She is very patient and has set up a dedicated service group. If you have any questions, you can send them to the group at any time. There are many staff in the group. The breakfast is also very good. It is a good place for leisure and vacation. A great stay experience [ThumbsUp]

Amenities: Luxury is evident everywhere, not just in the hardware facilities, but also in the highly professional service from everyone. Hygiene: Met expectations. Environment: A hotel located within a scenic area, so the environment gets full marks. Service: After booking, a dedicated butler proactively informed us of important details, inquired about our travel plans, and assisted with ticket booking, transfers, and guidance. They were attentive without being intrusive – highly commendable! The restaurant next to the hotel is also highly recommended. The breakfast provided was of a very high standard, with a rich variety and excellent flavors. Double Huaqing Royal Hot Spring Baoji Pool 1 entry per night: After returning from our outing, the bath had already been prepared for us, which was incredibly thoughtful! 👍 It was a very pleasant stay.

Staying within the 华清池 palace property is such a privilege. Not only can you enjoy daylong access to the hot spring baths, but you also get unlimited entry to the park. I’ll definitely return to this hotel as my personal retreat, to immerse myself in the past and yet with the top-notch, truly exceptional services. Special thanks to Ms. 鈡’s hospitality making us feel like we’re at home. The staff at the restaurant is also very accommodating, especially for our food allergies. And the modern amenities are a plus. This hotel truly embodies the essence of a 5-star establishment.

Reviews From Real Travelers
The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the city wall, just under 100 meters to access and explore it. What's more, it's genuinely peaceful. I booked a room type with a private courtyard and a plunge pool, and the courtyard view was delightful. Soaking in the pool amidst the quiet ambiance truly made for a perfect, relaxing getaway. Breakfast service was very attentive; they even offered to pour our juice for us. Public transport, including subway and bus stations, is also within a convenient distance. However, on the first morning, after I'd gone out briefly and returned, I discovered that the housekeeping staff had thrown away my unfinished 1kg yogurt and a takeaway meal. This is absolutely unacceptable. Firstly, both items were clearly placed on the table, not on the floor or in the waste bin. Secondly, while the yogurt carton was indeed a bit damaged and open, the takeaway meal was perfectly sealed in its container, even had an unused disposable chopstick alongside it, and was further placed in a somewhat opaque bag that was tied shut. I simply can't fathom how housekeeping could possibly conclude that the contents of this sealed bag were meant to be thrown away. It's truly baffling why a hotel of this caliber would make such a basic, low-level mistake. While the hotel did offer a complimentary lunch as compensation, it has certainly made me seriously reconsider staying here again if I return to Xi'an.

This is a truly luxurious hotel, ideally located near the city walls, making it incredibly convenient to catch a taxi to any tourist spot. The hotel amenities are exceptionally high-end; in fact, I was so impressed that I bought the same brand's perfume and shower gel after my trip! We booked a suite, which boasted two separate bathrooms, a private soaking tub, and its own garden. Complimentary cocktails and desserts were a lovely bonus. The environment and ambiance are absolutely first-class—you're bound to love it! It never felt crowded, even at breakfast, where they served a superb selection of gourmet items. Highly recommended!

The hotel I stayed in during this New Year trip was really amazing! I must recommend it to everyone. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I could feel the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the service staff. When Manager Wang at the front desk checked in, he was not only very efficient, but also kindly introduced me to the surrounding fun places. The hotel shuttle bus can pick me up at the subway entrance, which is a big thumbs up👍. After a day of play, the room was also very clean. I took a hot bath and went to sleep, which was very refreshing. The gym and swimming pool facilities are also very complete, allowing me to keep exercising during the trip. The location is also great, on the lake island of the Expo Park, which must be great in summer. The picture was taken while waiting for the shuttle bus. For your reference, the location is just outside the subway entrance, on the small bridge just after entering the park.

This time I stayed at the Xi'an International Conference Center, and the experience was very satisfying! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted me warmly and took the initiative to help me get my luggage on and off. The check-in procedures at the front desk were extremely quick and were done in a few seconds, without making me wait any longer. During my stay, the room service also responded quickly. When I came back from going out, the room was clean and tidy, and it was super comfortable to stay. Thanks to the front office manager, Manager Zhang, for helping to coordinate the room. When he learned that I had not booked the tickets for the Eternal Love, he reminded me to book in advance in time, which almost delayed my travel plan. Awesome!

Reviews From Real Travelers
We stayed for two nights, on the 16th and 17th. On the 15th, I received a call from the hotel asking about our room preferences. I requested a room with a good view, non-smoking, and quiet. When we checked in, the staff assigned us room 213. This was the lowest floor I've ever stayed on in a hotel, and it was room number 13! I was surprised that the hotel actually had a room 13! How could an international hotel like this assign room 13 to a foreigner? During afternoon tea that day, besides my husband, myself, and an Asian mother and daughter, all the other guests were foreigners. This made me realize even more why I was so unlucky to get room 13! This hotel has such a unique room number 13, and they treat their own compatriots differently from foreigners! However, the smart toilet in room 13 was broken. It wouldn't automatically lift the lid or flush when you stood in front of it. What was even more unbearable was that as soon as you sat on it, the toilet would make a loud gurgling sound and automatically spray water on your backside. We tried it twice, and it happened both times. Also, the light switch was malfunctioning and didn't work. As a result, our room was changed to room 206. Neither room 13 nor room 06 had a French garden view; you could only see trees outside the window. Room 06 overlooked a concrete platform. I stayed during the off-season, and there were only a handful of guests at both afternoon tea and breakfast. Even during the peak breakfast time at 8 AM, there were only four tables with no more than ten guests. In such an off-season, why couldn't they offer us a higher floor with a better view? The male butler from the hotel called in advance on the 15th to ask about my room preferences; wasn't that just being insincere and fake? The staff's service level was inconsistent. Two female servers at afternoon tea and breakfast simply didn't observe guests' needs. The slim, tall female server in the afternoon tea restaurant had an ice-cold expression and no proactive service awareness. One female server in the breakfast restaurant looked like she hadn't woken up yet, with messy hair, no makeup, and ill-fitting work clothes, completely lacking the demeanor of a star-rated hotel employee. More importantly, this server didn't proactively observe guests' tables. Every time, we had to call her to take away the empty plates. Even more exaggerated, when she took away empty plates, she wouldn't simultaneously take away empty cups, nor would she think to ask. Let's talk about the problems with the breakfast restaurant: First, the flowers on the dining tables were fake! For a 'diamond-level' hotel like this, how can they put fake flowers on the tables? If they want to save costs, there are many ways: place some air plants or soilless succulents, or even small, easy-to-care-for plants. Anything real would be more tasteful than these fake ones. Regardless, a 'diamond-level' hotel should not have fake flowers on its dining tables. This is disrespectful to guests. Second, there was a wide variety of bread, but no chain-type toaster to heat the bread. This is usually a staple at the bread station in five-star hotels. Yet, at this 'super five-star' hotel, you can only eat cold bread for breakfast. Third, the restaurant only provided toothpicks, not dental floss sticks. Nowadays, even very ordinary restaurants offer dental floss sticks. A 'diamond-level' hotel like this should provide guests with dental floss sticks, and ideally, toothpick brushes. Additionally, the steps in the bathrooms of both room 13 and room 06 were damaged. In room 13, the hotel actually used cheap, uneven gray adhesive corner guards, which looked very out of place and clashed with the exquisite French decor. They should have used brass stair nosings! During my two-day stay at the hotel, Ms. Doris Du's kindness, politeness, proactive work attitude, and professional image left a very good impression on me. After we checked in and received our key, she led us to our room. She first gave us a tour of the hotel and introduced its history. On the day we checked out, she happened to be on duty at the front desk. She was the only staff member at the hotel who immediately stood up to greet guests upon seeing them! The only one! This small professional gesture of hers was like the first ray of sunshine in the morning, warming my heart! Recalling my check-in, there was a male and female staff member at the front desk. They did not stand up to greet us when guests checked in. When we received our room cards and got up to leave, they remained seated without moving. This is disrespectful to guests. Staff should stand up to greet guests when they arrive, ask them to sit down, and then sit down themselves to process the check-in. When guests receive their room cards and get up, the staff should also stand up to see them off. Such basic courtesies of polite welcome and farewell were completely lacking! On the day I checked in, I had two items of clothing that needed ironing. The female staff member who was on duty at the front desk that day came to our room to collect them. During the process of opening the door to see her, handing her the clothes, and briefly communicating with her, she maintained an ice-cold demeanor throughout, without a hint of a smile. She was not the only female staff member in this hotel who provided service without a smile. In summary, all these issues, and more, expose the hotel's unprofessional training and inadequate management. Sofitel Legend People's Grand Hotel Xian is not directly affiliated with the Sofitel group; it is part of the People's Grand Building owned by Shaanxi Urban Investment and Operations Group Co., Ltd., and is operated by AccorHotels, a French hotel management group. Therefore, the experience was vastly different from the Sofitel hotels I've stayed at abroad.
- Xiaoqiya
The room was quite spacious, and we stayed for two nights. The front desk service was exceptional; they even upgraded our room for free. Our check-in experience completely exceeded expectations; it wasn't at all the disaster I'd imagined. The breakfast was excellent, a mix of à la carte and buffet style. I had the roujiamo and freshly made French toast multiple times over the two days, which were delicious! Whenever we left the room, someone was always there to greet us and open the door, which really enhanced the experience. We also tried the barbecue recommended by the concierge, Eva, and it was fantastic. I'd also like to commend Jack, Hattie, and Allen for their patient and thorough recommendations of great food and attractions around the hotel. Our timing wasn't ideal as it rained continuously in Xi'an during our visit, which prevented us from seeing many places. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again and hopefully make up for the sights we missed!

The W Hotel has a very stylish and modern design. During this stay, the suite came with a complimentary minibar and some special snacks, both of which were delicious. We took the kids to experience the pool and gym, and it's by far the largest I've seen in a five-star hotel. The pool is heated and there's also a hot tub, perfect for swimming and working out. The room was spacious, and the bathrobes were incredibly soft and comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised that they provided a special bathrobe for our child. This hotel definitely does a better job than other hotels we've stayed at in Xi'an. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and they even had two different types of Roujiamo (meat burgers), which was a nice local touch. I really loved the hotel's cheese too.
- Yvonne_Wong666
How do I put this? For a 3-night stay, there were no welcome fruits and no turndown service. Expecting human-centric care at a W is probably unrealistic. Other than that, it was generally okay. The lobby didn't really feel like a hotel. I especially loved the two daily cocktails from Ctrip; a little drink was very relaxing. I got used to the room by the second day. The view outside the hotel was nice, and the breakfast was quite extensive, even offering snacks I didn't get a chance to try before. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're attending a concert, as I missed the inner ring Line 8 and didn't get back to the hotel until midnight. The comfort of the bedding and mattress exceeded my expectations; it's one of the few hotels where I've managed to get a full night's sleep (I usually sleep terribly).

I have to give a shout-out to Sophia, the personal butler at The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an! Her pre-arrival call was so gentle and thorough, reminding me of important details and proactively asking about my needs. And the follow-up call after check-out really showed their sincerity. The hotel facilities are super new, the pool on the fifth floor is clean and refreshing, and the gym equipment is brand new and works great – I felt amazing after my workout. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient for food and shopping; you can walk to unique local restaurants. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic, and it's definitely on my list of must-stay hotels in Xi'an.

I've returned multiple times, and the concierge Sophia's service is absolutely impeccable. She handled all the pre-arrival arrangements smoothly with a call beforehand and even followed up thoughtfully for feedback during my stay. Her demeanor is consistently gentle yet professional. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with a very stylish design, and the executive lounge offers breathtaking views. The location is super convenient for transportation, being very close to the subway, which makes exploring attractions and enjoying local cuisine a breeze. I'll definitely choose The Ritz-Carlton Xi'an again next time.

Location is superb, right in the middle of Tang street mall, ever so vibrant and colourful. Although the metro is about 700m away, there are plenty of taxis and Didi cars at very affordable prices to bring us anywhere. The room is very modern and has all the comforts of luxury.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Tang Paradise, and the Grand Tang Everbright City. It's also surrounded by major shopping malls like Joy City and Intime, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and getting around. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a comfortable and pleasant environment, and the staff are very welcoming. The breakfast offers a rich and varied selection, with fresh and delicious vegetarian options. Local specialties like Biangbiang noodles, Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), tofu pudding, and Paomo (pita bread soaked in lamb soup) are also available. It's definitely worth staying here! Tip: The street leading to the hotel's main entrance is one-way. If you're arriving by high-speed train, take the subway to Exit C of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda station and follow the pedestrian street to the hotel.

This trip, I chose this hidden gem, and as soon as I stepped in, I was captivated by the beautiful surroundings. Lush greenery and dappled light created a picturesque scene, like something out of a poem. Hawthorn (the staff member) was warm and attentive. The initial room was small and stuffy, but after changing to another one, it was much better. I recommend booking a suite or higher, skipping the basic room types, as the location and environment will be significantly better. The hotel facilities have a retro, classical vibe.

Service is great 👍🏻: there is pear tea and mint candy thoughtfully placed at the lobby. There is also afternoon tea with some fruits and cakes. I was a little disappointed because I thought this was a 5 star hotel just renovated 5 years ago, yet the room looked quite old with a big crack and stains on the toilet counter top. Room decor also looked dated, old and definitely what I expected from a 5 star hotel. Location is 不三不四: albeit it's walking distance from metro stations, Muslim quarters, bell and drum towers, everything is minimally >10 mins walk. Gym is small and open only during prime touring hours from 830 - 2200, which limited our ability to use.

The standard is Hilton’s so overall very good. Some staff speaks English, which was handy, and overall the personnel was very kind and pleasant. The breakfast is amazing. Only down sides: managing the light switches in the room is somehow complicated and the room we got, despite it being at the 5th floor, was a bit noisy: sound isolation from the window is not great. But overall a very pleasant experience.

Location: Very close to the Bell Tower. The airport shuttle drops you off right at the hotel entrance. Amenities: The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, with both Western and Chinese options. Everything was fresh and delicious! I even saw some foreign tourists enjoying a plate of baozi, haha. Service: The front desk staff was very responsive to all requests and provided helpful travel information.

Overall, my stay at Ibis Xi’an was pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was very comfortable — perfect for a good night’s rest. However, the central heating system was switched on during my stay, so instead of cool air, only warm air came out of the air conditioner. I had to open the window at night to let in some cool air. Other than that, everything was good and the location was convenient.

This solo trip to Xi'an, based on past experiences, I opted for a hostel instead of a hotel or B&B, for a few reasons: ✅ **Safety Buff:** Compared to staying alone in a hotel, I prefer having female roommates 👭. Hostels provide this environment with open common areas and shared rules, making me feel much safer. ✅ **Convenience:** Cheap doesn't mean a rundown guesthouse. Large chain hostels usually have professional staff, communal restrooms, basic toiletries, and large common areas for activities. Their locations are also often very central. ✅ **Kindness and Friendship:** This is the soul of a hostel. Honestly, it's hard to find a place in society where you witness so much kindness as densely as in a hostel common room. With a shared destination, a book, a song, or a common interest, people can easily connect. There are no ulterior motives or desires, no prejudice or barriers (ideally → still, remember to protect yourself and set boundaries). This time, I stayed at 'Backpackers 10 Years Bell Tower Branch,' a nationwide chain. The off-season price was very affordable, and the six-bed dorm wasn't full. The girls in the dorm were all very considerate, quietly closing doors at night and not disturbing others when getting up early. The room was clean and odor-free.

The environment is decent, and the venue is suitable for events and conferences. I even happened to catch a new car launch when I checked in. The room itself is quite spacious, but the furnishings and fixtures feel very dated. Not quite dilapidated, but definitely old-fashioned. The towels, in particular, were frayed and shedding. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired; it just didn't seem clean, especially the countertop around the bathtub, which looked like it hadn't been wiped down properly and felt very haphazard. Breakfast was just average, but the cleanliness of the restaurant tables and chairs was also quite unsatisfactory. Overall, it's okay for an event venue, but for personal stays, the room's hardware probably isn't even on par with a 400 RMB mid-range business hotel (and I paid over 600 RMB). The only highlight is the hotel's location at the delta, which allows for pleasant walks along the river. For those who prioritize modern facilities and up-to-date amenities, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Location near to bell tower but need to walk to main road if you take didi, and the reception will not help on this. Clean room but smelly due to humid, cleaner are super helpful but the attitude of these reception (except the young lady in evening shift) are all are “Manxin”, not up to the standard. Overall ok, but you could get better service if you choose other hotels. Also, no gift and room upgrade as shown in reservation, like fake advertising.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Xigong University, and it was quite good. For around a hundred yuan, it's economical, practical, and offers great value for money. What really stood out was how clean the room was, especially the sheets which still had laundry tags – something that's often a concern with many budget hotels these days. This really put my mind at ease. After work, we even managed to squeeze in a visit to the nearby Datang Xishi Museum, which was lovely. Overall, it's excellent. The surrounding Datang Xishi shopping center is also very lively, with plenty of dining and entertainment options. The subway lines 5 and 6 right outside the door make it super convenient to get to the North Station, which is perfect for business travelers like us. Full marks!

Everything is good. They only have one washing machine and heater. So we need to wait for some time to wash our cloths as we stay over there for one weeks. Remarkable service from Soon Xiao Ni and the crew provide daily breakfast. She is professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness made a big difference. I truly appreciate her dedication to her works.

The room is very comfortable, the service is very thoughtful and meticulous. I will choose the Four Seasons Hotel next time. The hotel's robot meal delivery service is especially popular with children. The front desk service is very good.

The twin room experience at Xitang Inn was absolutely fantastic! We chose Xitang Inn for our trip to Xi'an, and the twin room completely exceeded our expectations! The inn is tucked away in an alley in the old city, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. Stepping through the wooden door, we were immediately immersed in a rich Tang Dynasty ambiance, with ancient-style calligraphy and paintings adorning the corridors, creating an incredible atmosphere. The twin room we stayed in was very spacious. Both beds were wide and soft enough, with just the right amount of mattress elasticity, making them incredibly comfortable after a tiring day of exploring. The room was well-equipped; the air conditioning heated up quickly, hot water supply was stable, and the vanity area was clean and tidy – even the towels had a faint, pleasant scent. The most thoughtful touch was the USB charging ports by the bedside, which made charging our phones incredibly convenient. The inn's owner and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. Upon check-in, they provided detailed information about local delicacies and tourist routes and even helped us book tickets for the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance. The Xi'an specialty breakfast offered in the morning was delicious; the fried dough sticks were crispy and flavorful, and the millet porridge was decent. It's only a ten-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, making it super convenient for getting around. This inn offers such great value for money, it's truly worth it! I've already recommended it to friends planning to visit Xi'an, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!
