This hotel makes Seville more beautiful~ I didn't even find it when I arrived. There is only one door on the roadside, but there is no hole in the sky. The waiter is warm and always takes the room and introduces all the places. I introduced all the attractions and painted them on the map... The facilities are very good. There is a small swimming pool on the top of the building. Within ten minutes of walking to the church and the palace, there is a Chinese supermarket and a slightly larger supermarket next door. Next door, there is a breakfast shop for two minutes, in short, the geography is very good! On the last day, I also introduced our Granada in the next stop, and called us a taxi to help us carry the luggage to the car. In short, I am the warmest and most attentive waiter. We! Absolutely recommended ~

The location is good, walking distance to the Sevilla Palace, the commercial street and the delicious restaurants, there is China Super Mart opposite the hotel, and there is a local supermarket nearby. The room is large and the facilities are good. The front desk is particularly welcoming. The only drawback is that it's a bit noisy to live on the first floor, the floor where the reception is located.

This is our fourth visit… we love the Mercer Sevilla. This was apparently a wealthy family’s property in the old city and has been so incredibly well redesigned into a small luxury hotel… perhaps 12 or 14 rooms with massively high ceilings, transitional design, and the best of interior fittings. The rooms are on two floors while the third floor boasts a small rooftop pool which is perfect to combat summer heat from May to Sept. The staff are world class and very helpful when needed, but otherwise discreet. Mattresses are top quality. Location is perfect to explore the old city. Can’t say enough good things about this location. And while far from cheap, the value equation is excellent. I can’t think of a better base in Sevilla!
- Guest User
Breakfast through the menu point, some pastry bread can be self-service, the room is small, the interior decoration style is classic yet modern and elegant, the hotel size is not large, it is estimated that there are ten suites, there are few parking spaces on the road, the service pays attention to the details, every day Chocolate and weather forecast cards, drinks from the mini bar are all available and are worth checking in.

The price, facilities and service were good The hotel is good location but the hotel is small but especially the breakfast was so good Four or more juicy fruit juices and salmon and cheese fruit bread were more than expected I want to use it again later

Breakfast has a Chinese menu, you can order, shrimp noodles is actually instant noodles with shrimp flavor, I ordered the dumplings, came up with a big meat bag, anyway, the foreign Chinese food level is like that, but the mind is good, at least think of Chinese menu.

I have nothing but good comments to write about this hotel. Firstly, I made a mistake myself to book a room for the wrong dates, we discovered this a few weeks before our trip and they were very kind to reschedule although normally the money would have been lost as no refund booking was made. Secondly, we loved the decoration. We stayed in a suite, it was very big, high ceilings, gloomy, nice walk-in shower. SUPER comfortable bed and even though we had a room at the busy road, we heard nothing of that!. The breakfast was fairly simple but delicious in a nice surrounding. Personnel extremely friendly and always ready to answer questions and have a small chat. When we arrived, they were celebrating their one year opening and we were even served a free bottle of cava! Location was good, close to the food market and not too far from the center. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Seville Only one thing I'd like to suggest is where you store your suitcase in the room, there is very little light there, so difficult to find things if you don't put everything in the cupboards.

We stopped just for one night in November. Our experience from start to finish was just wonderful. From the warmest of welcomes upon arrival, to the beautiful room and the amazing staff who were warm, friendly and most accomodating. We stopped in the Jacuzzi Suite which was decorated fabulously and the balcony with the hot tub was just brilliant. All of our requests/queries with the hotel staff were dealt with wonderfully. We ordered room service on the evening and the food was lovely, reasonably priced and presented well. Honestly, my only regret of this trip is that we didn't stay longer but we will most certainly be back!

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

Very well situated Hotel and excellent professional staff. Breakfast staff were extremely pleasant. Only major issue was the noise at night from the nearby building work. It started early in the morning and we were not able to sleep through it. We were moved to a smaller room but the noise wasn't any better. Shouldn't really have complained as we received a downgrade in the level of room! As it wad our honeymoon we felt that a few personal touches would have been appreciated. All in all a good hotel with excellent helpful staff.

Well where do I start🤔 I felt like I was on a set for Mamma Mia in the courtyard 🥰 Beautiful room, Right in the heart of the old town, Clean,Quiet, and Great staff (Daniel was great with recommendations & so helpful. Thank you) Nothing was any trouble. Free session in the hot tub overlooking the cathedral, lovely to sit in the courtyard early for a morning coffee & outside terrace for a drink early evening to watch the world go by x Good breakfast ( although layout is in completely wrong place) too small an area for multiple guests. Great places on doorstep to eat, drink and have fun. Definitely will go back to hotel👌

Excellent staff, excellent location. Can’t beat it. Very safe neighborhood. They have a restaurant there if you don’t want to leave. They will get your taxi for you once you leave. My daughter and I stayed there and felt very safe at the hotel and the town itself. Would love to go back ASAP!!

It should be the best hotel in Seville. It has an excellent location, very close to the palace and church, and surrounded by the business district. The hotel itself belongs to Marriott's Luxury Collection brand. It was built by Alfonso XIII for the World Expo. It has a strong historical atmosphere and the elevator is very unique. The room itself is also very good, with good furnishings, comfortable beds and bathrooms. The supplies are all from selected brands, and there are no shortcomings except that there is no separate shower; the breakfast is rich and tastes good. It is self-service. There is a dedicated hot food chef in the left channel facing the dining table, who can make omelette and omelettes. And so on; luggage handling when checking in, luggage storage and taxi calling when leaving the hotel were all smooth; a final reminder: since this hotel is a well-known luxury hotel in the local area, it will be considered a wealthy person, so be careful when taking a taxi. The driver will charge you more. I came from the airport and used the meter for around 28 euros, but the driver charged me 35 euros. Please be careful.

Very good, that is, I missed the flight. I couldn’t cancel the contact with the hotel many times. I rushed over the next morning. As a result, the other party didn’t want to open the room for me. I said that I would take a shower and check out. The ink was for a long time, then I said After breakfast time, I brought 2 children and 2 old people. This is very bad. I have already paid for it. Even if I only have 1 hour, I should provide my service. I have already stayed here for 3 years. Hotel

We arrived during a rain storm and could not access the parking space in front of the hotel as there were two busses and a police van occupying the space. We later learned that the busses belonged to an Italian soccer team that was staying at the hotel and that was given priority over all other, less important, guests. Since we could not stop in front of the hotel and had no idea where to go, we were forced to drive around the block in heavy rain and traffic. We eventually found our way to the enormous underground parking garage, which serves as the parking garage for a mall, offices, conference center and the hotel. The garage was poorly marked and we could not find the the right elevator/exit for the hotel. After exiting at the wrong place and getting soaked from the rain, we eventually found the entrance to the hotel, which was on the opposite side. A porter was sent to accompany us back to the parking garage to show us the way. The porter told us that this is an everyday occurrence when guests get lost in the parking garage or take the wrong elevators due to poor signage. When we expressed our grievances to the reception staff, they argued and told us that there were signs. Later that night, we called the reception desk asking for two wine glasses and a cork screw since there were none in the room. The receptionist informed us that it will be an extra charge to bring wine glasses and a cork screw to our room, but that we could get them from the restaurant on the 35th floor if we went to pick them up. My husband asked whether he had to bring the bottle to the restaurant to open and the receptionist said that was not necessary. When my husband went up to the restaurant and asked for the cork screw, they told him they could not give it to him as it was very expensive and they needed it. As a result, my husband had to return to the room and bring the wine bottle to the restaurant. Prior to our arrival, my husband sent an email to the hotel requesting certain information, but did not receive a response. When we asked the reception staff why there was no response to our email, they told us that we sent it to an email box that does not go to them. The next day it became clear to us that they had full access to the mail box since they asked us if we were still interested in the booking we requested in our email. In addition to the poor service, the room decor and furniture looked cheap and the shower and WC were very small. Although we booked the hotel for two nights, we decided to leave the next day. Upon departure, we called for help with our luggage, but there was no answer so we did not get any help. This is the worst five star hotel experience we ever had and the first and last time we will ever stay at a Eurostar hotel.

The room is comfortable, with just the right amount of exquisite art decoration; the breakfast environment and content are good, recommended (breakfast is 20 euros at the front desk); the service is excellent, especially the front desk guy, who also helped recommend several restaurants in the old town that he liked, which is very thoughtful. Parking is in the building where the hotel is located, which is very convenient.

We stayed one night having flown in from France before driving to Portugal for 6 days holiday. We enjoyed a glass of wine before retiring for the night, good taste at a good price. Breakfast was self service with plenty of choice and plenty of everything, tables well spaced in line with suggested Covid regulations. Car park below the hotel cost also included in nightly charge.

It's very convenient to get to various attractions. However, Ctrip's website shows 21-26 square meters, but it is actually as small as 15 square meters at most. You don't need to choose this hotel in the future. It was more than 1,400 when I ordered it, which was not cost-effective.

This hotel was the nicest, most chic hotel I've ever stayed in! I would come back just to stay in the hotel. All ibis Styles have a unique look and feel to them, and this one was perfect. Very stylish but in an accessible and comfortable way, I loved the mural by the lifts and all the cute scallop details. My friend and I stayed in a twin room with 2 single beds which was fairly compact but well presented. Our room faced the main road so we could hear a little traffic noise throughout the night but nothing too bad. Walk in shower was huge, although we did have the smell of sewage come up on occasion. Our stay had breakfast included, which we wouldn't have booked if there was an option without, but the buffet options were very varied (suitable vegetarian options) and it set us up well for each day of exploring the city. The rooftop pool was on the smaller side but perfectly fine to use, if a little on the colder side as not heated. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols to go around, with a really large covered seating area adjacent to the pool and next to the bar as well. There is a courtyard on the ground floor too that was really pretty to sit in. My friend and I had 4 days in Seville which was the perfect length of time to explore. The hotel is a little out of the main hustle and bustle of the city, but a 20min walk will take you right into the thick of it. On our last day we hired docking bikes which was such a good idea - Seville felt very safe to cycle in as there are dedicated cycle lanes and also a good way to explore the Maria Luisa park and ride along the river. There is a docking station right opposite the hotel. We took the bus to and from the airport which was very convenient, the buses ran quite frequently and it cost €4 each way so relatively cheap too. Overall, the hotel was really great and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a Seville city break!

There is a room at noon, breakfast with bananas and other fruits, and Spanish pork, raw, but tastes good. It's best to take a taxi to the hotel. It takes about 8-9 euros from the train station to the hotel. If you take bus 21, it costs 1.4 euros per person. Uneven. The hotel is very close to the cathedral, which is the center of Seville's old town, with attractions and food nearby. The picture is the style of the hotel hall, outdoor garden, and lobby.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel and would like to share my review based on several aspects. Firstly, the hotel’s location was superb, earning a perfect score of 5. Being situated right next to the subway station made it incredibly convenient for transportation and exploring the city. The service provided by the hotel staff was exceptional, deserving another top score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their warm and welcoming approach enhanced my overall experience. When it came to cleanliness, the hotel maintained a pristine environment, earning yet another perfect score of 5. The rooms and common areas were immaculate, reflecting a high level of hygiene and attention to detail. Regarding amenities, the hotel offered a satisfactory experience, earning a score of 4. While the shampoo and lotions provided were of good quality, it is worth noting that the overall facility was showing signs of age. However, this did not significantly detract from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay.

Very good hotel; calm and very pleasant environment. To highlight the decoration, comfort, cleanliness and of course! customer service. Good insulation of the rooms. Full breakfast and taking care of every detail. The people who work there (both Álvaro in Reception, as well as the ladies in the breakfast room,...), do their job in an excellent way and it is perceived at all times that they want to give customers the best care for their well-being. Thank you all!!! I'll definitely be back.

I was travelling alone and have mobility issues so I need a hotel easy to navigate - whilst the hotel is slightly out of the center it is easy to reach by bus car or taxi plus is near to the airport The hotel is clean modern and welcoming - staff were extremely helpful offering advice about the up coming taxi strike and all the options - there are a couple of shops nearby if needed as well as a small selection of products available in the lobby Rooms are comfortable light and airy plus plenty of space I would recommend the hotel

After two out of seven nights my first impression of the Novotel Sevilla. Close to a stop of the EA Airport bus. Fast and efficient check-in on the first floor by very pleasant and perfectly English speaking member of staff who had even lived in my home country (The Netherlands). I got an upgrade to an Executive room (831) on the eight floor because of my Gold status in the Accor Loyally Program. So, I also got a voucher for a free welcome drink. A large and clean room with a fridge and complementary drinks (beer, soft drinks and water) inside. Coffee machine and tea kettle provided and in room safe. Nice comfortable bed, although the mattress and pillows a bit soft for my personal preference, and sitting area with an desk and chair to do some work. The housekeeping is doing a good job and keeps the room immaculately clean. There is a good dependable WiFi signal. The shower is clean and fine, but the water pressure a bit low, probably because I am on a higher floor. Apart for the occasional inconsiderate guest slamming their room door, not a lot of noise. They got a small pool on the roof, but is was closed (out of season). About a thirty minute walk to the town center, but a lot of nice bars and (tapas) restaurants in the proximity of the hotel in the Nervion area of the city next to the Seville FC stadium within a five to ten minute walking distance. In the higher end price range, but this is a five star hotel. And a hotel that I can recommend.

We were here at end of August for 4nights & had a most pleasant stay. Check in was quick & the reception staff are friendly & informative, we got pool towels at the same time (€10 deposit per towel). On the 3rd floor there is a bar which did food as well & a terrace with a small pool along with sunloungers which is great after a day's sightseeing in the heat to cool off in & then relax with a drink, which we found very reasonable for a hotel. The room was a fair size & the bed was comfy, there was a fridge with drinks etc in which you could pay for but we just used it for our water. We did B&B during our stay & the breakfast was good with plenty of choice to get you ready for a day of sightseeing. Location wise it was a 20min walk to the centre of Seville once we had done it once with the help of Google maps we found it not too bad, finding shortcuts after the first day. The hotel was in a nice area with a park right next door, supermarket across the road. All in all we would stay here again & recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful City of Seville.

My wife and I spent three nights at this hotel as part of a tour of Andalusia. It is a very historic hotel comprising of a collection of mansions acquired over many years and subsequently converted into an hotel. Consequently it seems to be a bit of a rabbit warren and you can easily forget how to locate your room from the main entrance. Many of the internal features had a Roman villa feel and to access our room we had to go through a tunnel which separated one part of the hotel from the other. Our room was comfortable and provided all amenities, although no tea/coffee making facilities but was quite dark due to the proximity of other buildings in this historic area. We also experiened noise from a lane beneath our window which was a cut through used by other tourists/locals. Please note this hitel does not have a restaurant for dinner but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was included and car parking was available at a 24 hour car park for circa €25 per day. The main attractions including the Alcazar and the Cathedral were a relatively short walk away and the Plaza de Espana was walkable but slightly further.
