Special thanks for the full kitchen: there's a refrigerator and a stove — very convenient for longer trips. 🏋️ Facilities & Grounds: The hotel grounds have everything you need for a perfect vacation: · Billiards · A cozy cafe · A clean pool and comfortable sun loungers · A well-equipped gym Everything works properly, and it's all clean and tidy. Got in a bit late in the evening, but the reception operates 24 hours, which was very convenient. The service was excellent throughout my stay. Breakfast was available for an additional fee, and I really enjoyed it. The staff were all great and very accommodating. The laundry room was definitely a plus. The hotel also has a pool, lounge, restaurant, vending machines, pretty much the full package. My room was clean, and all the amenities were in good working condition. I took more videos than pictures during my stay. However, the pictures available on the site do no justice to how beautiful, clean, and well maintained the hotel is. I honestly enjoyed my stay and am grateful to all the staff for their patience and excellent service during my 4 day stay.

Four people booked a room of three bedrooms, one hall, two bathrooms and 90 square meters. When we opened the door, we all felt that the room had 130 square meters. Although the decoration was very simple, it was clean and tidy. The favorite thing is that the kitchen equipment is all available. We went to the nearby supermarket to buy food and burned three meals.

Great hotel staff. Very helpful and friendly employees! Always ready to help: with a taxi, with recommendations, with booking tickets. Very good breakfasts, they meet and see you off. The only thing I can say is the air conditioning in the room, I couldn't get used to it and I was cold, the robe saved me 😁😅 Everything else, and especially the location, is great! Very nice Spanish restaurant, which greeted me in a friendly manner even at 22.00😇

Our best stay in Spain. The staffs were all friendly. I only managed to catch a few people’s names like Anass, Raquel, Sebastian but everyone (front desk, concierge, housekeeping, breakfast staffs) in the hotel made us feel very welcome and comfortable. For example, Sebastian offered a pair of scissors without us even asking when he saw us repacking our luggage at the lobby. Everyday we went out and returned, everyone would greet us. We truly felt the warm welcome and friendliness of the Spanish through them. Very glad to book this hotel even though the hotel may be slightly more expensive than other hotels in Barcelona. Housekeeping seems to be done twice daily too (they will leave us chocolates on our bed every evening which is extremely sweet of them). Housekeeping team also sprayed fragrance on our little pillows which we brought with us on the trip (no other hotels have done so for us into past). One more thing to add is that the showers in the hotel are full glass so it lacks privacy. We did not know this beforehand but only upon our check in. Anass and team assisted us the next day to stick privacy film to make us more comfortable. A pity is that the Michelin starred restaurant located in the hotel is closed from Sunday to Tuesday, so we could not get to try it. The breakfast is the same every morning too but it was alright. We would definitely return to the hotel if we are in Barcelona again. Gracias Team Ohla Barcelona! 100/100

The room was clean. Meals at breakfast wasn’t that great choice as we expected, but it depends on purposes of the stay, we stayed just one night in the hotel with the family and it was enough. Location is also fantastic - you are just in the middle of everything.

The hotel is in a great area close to the city centre and shopping Square and also close to the Metro and bus lines. The staff are very nice and amenities are good. As a female solo traveller I felt very safe in this hotel especially because it’s a LGBTQ+ but hetero friendly hotel. The beds are comfortable just be aware that the shower is see-through so if you’re sharing you will likely see the person taking a shower. The pool was also very nice for chilling in after a very long day of exploring. Just be careful of removing anything in the minibar. I removed some of the things and placed them on the table because I wanted to use the fridge to put my food and drinks that I bought myself . I unfortunately almost got charged for the things that I removed from the mini bar fridge even though I hadn’t consumed them. I did however explain to the receptionist that I returned all the drinks in the mini bar as I hadn’t consumed them.Overall I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

There are plenty of cafes offering simple breakfast options. There's also a medium-sized supermarket, starting with 'c', right around the corner. It's really convenient for both shopping and breakfast. The room facilities are pretty standard, with an IKEA-like feel. The bathroom fixtures are a bit basic. Breakfast costs 15 euros plus a 10% service charge, and there's a good variety of choices. One thing to note is that the bath towels are only changed every two days, which wasn't mentioned on Trip.com when I booked.

There's also a Spanish national supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient, just remember it's closed on Sundays. The location is great; it's not only close to the high-speed rail station but also very near the metro station, making it easy to get to the convention center, stadium, city center attractions, and the airport. My travel plans kept changing, so I booked day-by-day to avoid having my entire trip cancelled. I booked a standard room the day before, but due to a booking error, I ended up with a 'Seventy Room' today and needed to switch. In the morning, I specifically requested a twin room at check-in, and the front desk agreed. When I returned in the evening, I found it was still a single king-size bed room. I talked to the front desk, and they informed me that all rooms were booked, and they couldn't switch me to a twin. Actually, a king-size bed is just two smaller beds pushed together, so all they needed to do was change the bedding to accommodate us. However, the hotel's handling of the situation was very rigid, so I'm deducting points for service. There's no real difference between the 'Seventy Room' and the standard room, so it's not worth paying extra for it.

We left some local currency which was taken when we had the room cleaned. 2) We paid for the breakfast option in cash, forgot to get a receipt, the following day the guys at the front desk said there were no records of the payment nor the additional breakfast. They eventually conceded but you can’t help but think the guys we initially paid cash to pocketed the money.

The hotel location was great, near the metro and v walkable to the shopping district. Room was big and spacious (think we got the room for the wheel-bounded by chance). However, its cleanliness can be worked on as we found strays of hair on the bathroom wall and also a clump of dust on the hairdryer net. The bottled water as well as the tap water tasted a bit funny and felt slimy (you know the feeling you get when you have to wash your hands vigorously to get rid of that soapy feeling), but we googled and it’s probably just Barcelona’s water sewage system at it. The wifi was strong, and the water pressure of the shower was great. Note the hotel does not provide bathroom slippers though.
