The bathroom in the room was leaking, and when I gave feedback to the customer service, they just said sorry. I booked a time to be dropped off at the airport, and confirmed it again and again, but when I went downstairs, I found that there was no reservation for me. I had to wait for half an hour to book it for me again at the front desk, and I almost missed my flight. This is the worst experience I have ever had in Amman, no doubt about it!

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The services provided by the staff are outstanding. I was greeted by them from stepping into the hotel to leaving the hitel. There were requests made and staff was able to provide the prompt services.food at the hotel was amazing especially breakfast. Worth the money.

This 149-year-old hotel is steeped in history and exudes a rich cultural heritage. The property is impeccably maintained, and the service is truly unparalleled; they go above and beyond to make you feel exceptionally valued. Even the laundry service, returned to your room in exquisitely packaged boxes, adds a touch of ceremony. Be aware that a formal dress code is enforced in nearly all areas, except for breakfast. The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle boat to Iconsiam, departing every 30 minutes. This establishment truly embodies an 'old money' aesthetic, so if you prefer a more modern, trendy atmosphere, it might not be the right fit.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The Siam resort, designed by internationally acclaimed architect Bill Bensley, features breathtaking design and decor, with stunning details at every turn. We were upgraded to a villa with a private courtyard, and our room was beautifully appointed with antique pieces. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The stay was amazing — way better than I expected. 🔸The room was spotless, and all the amenities were Diptyque’s Philosykos scent, which happens to be my favourite. 🔸The Club Lounge is 100% worth the upgrade. For the extra money, it basically works like a full-board plan — you could easily have 5 meals a day if you wanted. Food changes throughout the day and you can have free flow of champagne during dinner! Everything I tried was excellent. 🔸Breakfast at Lily’s was honestly top notch. Four buffet stations plus an à la carte menu, and everything was delicious .. they even had the best congee in the world (IMO). Hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. Special shoutout to Chida at Lily’s, who was so warm and attentive — she really made the mornings memorable. 🔸The gym offers free classes. I joined a Muay Thai session and ended up being the only guest, so it felt like a private lesson. The trainer was super professional and made it really fun. 🔸I also tried the sauna/steam area, which has a whirlpool and even a salt room like a Korean Jimjilbang. The coolest part? They only allow one pair of guests per session, so the privacy is unbeatable. 🔸The staff was super friendly - which can be a bit overwhelming for an introvert like me😬. But I truly appreciated their attentiveness and genuine care. All in all, this hotel nails the balance between luxury and comfort without going over the top. I’d definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone heading to Bangkok.

It was the easiest best decision I made. Low touch point high luxury feel that I love. Staff were warm yet professional and they know you by name. We were there for our anniversary and a cake and bouquet with a message card were waiting for us! The hotel was well located at the 10th floor of Central Embassy and a walking distance from Phrom Phong BTS stn. Convenient, impecable… truly impressed!

The service was beyond immaculate, all the way from checking in, the staff that we interacted with during breakfast, making up of rooms, handling of luggages by the concierge, the pool side staff and the arrangement of vehicles in and out of the hotel. Their enthusiasm brightens up our family's day and the kids were also giving raving reviews. Special shoutouts to William (The Addition), Chiraphon (chambermaid), and the rest of the staff that we have interacted with whom are always ready to go the extra mile, making the stay a memorable one. The family is already looking forward to our next stay at Siam Kempinski! Truly The Land of Smiles.
