ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

The breakfast was very good, there was freshly squeezed orange juice and carrot juice, this is good. The location is not bad, take a taxi to the shopping center for 10 minutes, the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, it is worth staying

Take a room with access to the lounge - fill on 4. At lunch (12-15) - soup, cuts - cheese, sausage, fish, something from vegetables. For dinner (17-20), all the same, plus chashlyk and pasta, beer, champagne, vodka, martini. For the rest of the time, coffee, tea, lemonade, water, juice and biscuits. It is not very convenient that the room is initially equipped for one person and for second slippers, coats, baths, etc., you need to make a request. Also included is the visit to the sauna and the sports hall - did not use. The breakfast is very diverse and delicious. You can make an orange fresch, roast eggs, a big choice of baking. View from 👍

Due to the war, I had to change my plans at the last minute and could no longer honour my booking. Although it was already past the free cancellation period, Viktor Khominsky (Виктор Хоминский) the Reception Supervisor, arranged to waive the fee as a kind gesture during a crisis. I would like to commend Viktor for his compassion and understanding during what was a very difficult time for my family. He is a true professional and a good person. Спасибо Вам, Виктор!

The room is big enough, but the balcony is very small and can’t get out. The balcony wall is very high and you can’t see the river view outside. Of course, you may consider the safety factor to get such a high cement wall. The entrance is under construction when you check in, which will affect the traffic and location. Самый комфортный отель, в котором мне приходилось прибывать 👍 1. Безумно красивый отель : как снаружи, так и внутри. Комфортные номера. На сайте можно оставить пожелание по поводу кровати (одну большую или две одноместные). 2. Уборка номеров каждый день (что не везде бывает). 3. Самая классная функция- заказ завтрака в номер! Завтрак невероятно вкусный, большое порции и достаточно большой выбор блюд! На ресепшен вы можете оставить свои пожелания к завтраку , к какому времени вам принести. Спасибо повторам, за такой вкусный завтрак! Рисовая каша как из детства! Сервировка тоже на высоте! 4. Расположение. Все в пешей доступности (до всех достопримечательностей города вы можете дойти пешком, тем самым насладиться атмосферой Петербурга) 5. Приятные работники отеля! Единственный и незначительный минус: 1,5 спальное оделяло, но это опять на любителя. Мы с мужем спим под одним большим. Но думаю , что можно на ресепшен попросить большое. Но опять - это на любителя. В целом , отель шикарный , обслуживание на высоте, 5+! Советуем. SOLD OUT

We lived in the hotel 8-9 June. We arrived very early in the morning, at 6 a.m. and we were settled immediately. Room 730. Windows in the yard. Very quiet, although the hotel is in the very center of the city. Everything is clean. There is a tea set. A strange solution with champoo, gel and balsam. It is better to pour them into the dosage. And a strange solution with the curtain in the bathroom.... The toilet paper is wet. There is a smooth board in the room. Utig and toothbrushes on request. A chic breakfast. Kashi, omlets, very delicious sausages and quiz cabbage. Breads, cheese, becon, champagne, vegetables, fruit. Fruit is very much. There are peaches, and apples and bananas, peanuts and arbuzas. Yogurts, jams, honey. But! Most important! We asked for a late departure and we were allowed to stay in the room until 6:00, for which the huge gratitude to the hotel staff. So we managed to pay, stay the vertile for a day in fact 2 days) after that, also left for the purse until late in the evening. Thank you very much for the welcoming staff of this hotel. It will be nice to return, tk the hotel is very conveniently located. Все очень близко!SOLD OUT

The location of the hotel is very good. I walked for 3 minutes on Metro Line 2 on the bustling Moscow Street. You can reach all the attractions including the Ye Palace within 2 times by subway or bus. The hotel’s service is also good and the sanitation is very clean. I will immediately tell the hotel definitely good, and for its 4 stars does a lot of things even 5 stars do not, so I recommend it exactly. It really is good everything (god breakfasts, service, rooms, etc.) all except for two things: I will speak at once, perhaps it is connected with the number 5 in which I lived (single normal). - Wifi - did not work, or worked disgustingly. It was necessary to download the presentation at 150MB. Switched almost an hour with breaks. - Noise from ventilation in the day (after 10 a.m. time). Very loud. At the level of the air conditioner at maximum capacity, or the old refrigerator. At my arrival, it was unlikely to be corrected in 3 days, so I hope the hotel will take it into work. At least ventilation from 12 if nothing can be done with noise.SOLD OUT

Отель не соответствует заявленным 5 звездам. Ванная с волосами на стене от прежних жильцов, в номере 2 бутылки воды по 0,33 в пластмассе и приходится реально выпрашивать дополнительную воду, до Рецепшин из номера дозвониться невозможно, ни от кого невозможно добиться утюга и губок для ухода за обувью. На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023гSOLD OUT

The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes' walk from the subway station, and also within walking distance to Nevsky Prospekt, Winter Palace, Cathedral of the Spilled Blood, and Kazan Cathedral. A taxi from Moscow Railway Station takes about 10 minutes. Better than the old five-star hotels in Moscow.SOLD OUT

Overall this hotel was fine. The hotel is neat and clean in appearance. The room was a good size and looked clean and orderly. It was very quiet. The location of the hotel seemed great to us. We did not use transportation and walked to the city and Moscow railway station. You can stroll along the noisy Nevsky Prospekt and peaceful parallel streets.
Close to the shopping center, beautiful Oushi.
The room is small but very cozy. Clean the room every day
We could not evaluate the sound insulation effect, we did not hear the neighbors, did not see them, it was out of time.
In a cozy restaurant on the 5th floor, the breakfast is very good with a great variety. We went to the bar on the 7th floor and we could see the view of the cathedral.
I read a lot of complaints about closing windows, including. Those who definitely need air circulation, be careful and write down your wishes. If possible, I think your request will be approved. Everything about us is great.
There is a left-luggage office where you can store your luggage.

Having stayed at this hotel maybe 10 times the past 10-12 years, I unfortunately clearly see a downgoing trend. Rooms are in general ok, but nothing exciting. Interiors are in need for some renewal. Sound insulation to the corridors and partly between rooms are not good enough. With corridors of several hundred meterss per floor level, the traffic is always high at all times. People normally talk to each other - that's normal. However, I am not at all interested inside the room what they are talking about. The rooms are clean, all right, but nothing really exciting. Just a bed to sleep in, a TV to watch and a bathroom... Breakfast is actually the most disappointing. Canteen-feeling, extremely low and poor assortment. Just scrambled eggs, untasty small ”malochnyj sosiski” sausages. No fried eggs, no omelet, no bacon. Very poor fruit assortment. I stayed at this place the last time until some substantial improvement is noticed. A shame really, because this is a hotel I previously always liked. The only thing still that did not change in a negative way is the quality of the Paulaner beer. SOLD OUT
