I booked this hotel on the 8th December 21' for my 30th birthday in June '22 because the pictures/videos were amazing and honestly most reviews were really good and the hotel seemed reputable. Just to confirm, I booked a fully refundable rate with free cancellation 21 days before arrival and only a 50% deposit was to be charged to confirm the booking. A few days after making the booking, 50% was taken as expected, however a few days after that, ANOTHER 50% of the booking was double charged. I understood that it might have been a mistake but this was the first red flag for me. I reached out to the hotel immediately to query the double charge and Anthony the manager confirmed this was a mistake on their part and that he would look into this the following morning. The following morning Anthony called me and reassured me that the double charge had been refunded and was really apologetic so I believed that this had been resolved. This was the week before Christmas! After a week or so, I still had not received the refund for the double charge so sent a number of emails throughout December but received NO response. I then sent another email on 4th Jan 2022 and finally received a response apologising for the delay and using Christmas and bank holidays to justify the lack of communication. Anthony again confirmed that the 'funds would be released by the 7th Jan' - whatever that means. As you can probably guess, the 7th Jan came and still no refund. Due to frustration I cancelled the whole booking and as per the cancellation policy should have received a full refund by now. It is now FEBRUARY 14TH 2022 and I still have not received a refund for the double charge or cancelled booking. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank who are looking into this which can take up to 60 days and I am extremely disgusted, shocked and disappointed at the lack of urgency to refund money taken from my account without authorisation. This is definitely not a 5 star experience and I believe the hotel lacks fundamental values such as integrity. Please don't get distracted by the social media posts like I did. I definitely encourage you to avoid this hotel. It's not worth the stress at all! I wish I could rate the hotel 0.

This is the best of the three hotels in the Holy Island (24 in total). The price is around 5k. But this is far better than the other two (canaves oia sunday suites and pegasus spa suites) The detached suite has a garden with two floors, one bedroom and one living room on each floor, which can accommodate four people: the first floor bedroom has a good view of the pool and the base bedroom space has a large view of the bottom of the pool. Champagne is delivered, as if the Santorini suite hotel will deliver champagne. The waiter's attitude did not say very well, the boxes and bags will be delivered to the room after you check in. Breakfast is different every day. Fruits are quite rich but the taste varies from person to person. The pool is small enough for a small, plunge pool that can only be considered a bath. Check out the next day to the canaves oia sunday suites to let the hotel call the car, Mercedes-Benz V, free (probably because the two are the same company) If I come with my parents or a friend next time, I still live in this store.

Beautiful hotel, but very expensive. Also be very prepared for many stairs like all of Santorini. We arrived and went to pool to wait for our room, while there we decided to have a glass of wine. The bartender had to call a Sommelier to bring wine. We should have known then it was going to be expensive. We were shown two wines, both from Greece. We were familiar with one, so asked for that, of course there was only enough for one glass, so we went ahead and had a glass of the other bottle. The cost for my 3oz glass was 26 euros, the cost for the other 3 oz glass was 46 euros. The entire bottle of the 26 euro glass was in the grocery store and was only 32 euros for the bottle. We paid 72 euros for 2 glasses. This is absolute price gauging. It left a bad impression of being price gauged especially after what we were already paying for the room. Needless to say we did not eat or drink there again. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance with more reasonable prices. Be careful of the stairs as they are steep and curvy, I actually fell and rolled an ankle. The staff was very helpful with ice and calling a doctor if needed. They also serve breakfast every morning at your room , which was wonderful , since I lost two days of the trip with a hurt ankle. The staff is very kind and helpful, the hotel is just way overpriced. That’s what you are going to pay to stay in Oia overlooking the Caldera. There are more reasonable priced hotels in Imergovili or Fira which are both as nice as Oia. This hotel is beautiful, from rooms to view, the staff is top notch, the price for dining needs improvement. Go to Pita Gyros, best fresh food on the island , The Kookoo bar was fun and had good food. Go off the Main Street a block back or walk the path to Finikia, there are plenty of good reasonably priced restaurants.

The family traveled and set up a two-bedroom suite. The result was that some people said that the ”nanny room” added a small single room next to it. The price was too expensive. It was nearly nine thousand in more than 8,000. The room didn't even have a pool or massage. Bathtub! The public swimming pool is good, the service is five-star, the hotel receives an airport transfer fee of 90 Euros, and the overall price is not high!

Going in early April, the price of 2000, although it is also expensive, but compared with June and August, even if it is very favorable. We were two big and one small, and the child was 5 years old. The result was told that I could only stay 2, and then the child added 100 euros. After adding the money, we upgraded to the suite, which is very good. Breakfast was ordered on the previous night and explained the meal time. The next day, the waiter will be delivered on time, the variety is still rich, less points, or can not eat haha

Married with his wife on the 2nd anniversary of the trip, two days in Athens, four days of the Holy Island. The selection of the hotel has been entangled for a long time, because this one did not bring a picture review on Ctrip, worried that it would fail, but eventually chose this one, and then did not disappoint. Location: On the edge of the village of Imerovigli, not in the concentration area of the hotel, a little bit closer. The hotel provides pick-up service, 50 Euros, booked on the official website, and tell the customer about the flight. After arriving, I arrived. Hardware facilities: very good, very new, style is also like my wife. Booked a room with a pool, facing Oia, the view is very good, lying on the bed through the floor-to-ceiling windows to see the sea and the mountain view, endless aftertaste, lingering. Service attitude: perfect service! From the car, there is a staff member to greet, wearing a white dress, and the decoration style is very good. Every detail is intimate, with red wine and fruit. In short, I did not give up this election because there was no picture comment on Ctrip. The overall is very good, much better than the hotels that are concentrated in the town. The only regret is that it is relatively early, not the peak season, the main temperature is not high, the private pool is not enjoyed. I like the style of the room, which has a desert style. The privacy of the swimming pool in the room is average, but it is constant temperature, which is OK. The service is very good. It is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in during my trip to Greece. The breakfast is a la carte, which I like very much! If I have to pick one point, it is that the room is far from the lobby, but the hotel provides a car to pick up. In general, this hotel is very good and worth its price.

We stayed a week, in late October, and had a fabulous time. Even though many restaurants were closed in Imerovigli, there were still many opened in Fira. Stayed in the Panoramic Apartment with Spa Bath and Caldera View & it was great! Large King bed in a spacious bedroom, adequate lounge/kitchen, large bathroom with jacuzzi & a separate toilet. Loved the Jacuzzi on the balcony, used it a few times a day! Great location, as it was far enough away from touristy Fira(30 mins walk) with huge cruise boat numbers. Small mini-marts that you can buy a few staples, beers & wine. Our Host, Kosta, was fantastic! He even left us with a bottle of wine after her explained everything on check in. Kosta always went out of his way to make our stay even better, even bringing a treat for us each day & driving us to the airport the day we left. Thank you Kosta & your team.
