Ah, to live and rest in paradise, heaven on earth if you may. I left the St.Regis Marsa Arabia at the Pearl in a better mind frame than when I checked in, because everything, from check in to check out was so meticulously crafted to ensure that you leave feeling like a star. Anus at check in is one of the kindest most helpful people you’ll find. Everyone gives of a warm vibe, from the butler service to the pool attendants, and I wish them all the best because that is one of the best staff groupings I’ve encountered at a hotel. The room is fantastic, overwhelmingly spacious (in a good way) and the views are those that are only rivaled by the silver screen. I WILL BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN 5 🌟

Dell boys were very friendly, Room was impeccable, cleaning staff and butler were impeccable. Location is not great, nothing around, promenade was boring. What ruined our stay was the rude behaviour of front desk staff called Marilu. She needs training in customer service. The interaction was very distasteful and dampened our mood. Pool was only outside, and freezing, nothing to do. There isn’t changing rooms for the pool, nor showers. View from pool was boring too. For the price you pay, it’s just the amenities in room to enjoy, which were great but nothing more. It’s been turned in to a tourist attraction with the afternoon tea etc, so very busy downstairs and not exclusive, like other raffles. Not even a jacuzzi or sauna/steam, but private rooms to enjoy to an hour at an extra cost. Which is fine, if you carried out that exclusive service throughout the hotel. Overall, came excited but left deflated.

Too bad things to go to the hotel to relax then there are maintenance works - the room service man opens the door when I was sleeping - all calls transfer directly to the restaurant - There is no sound insulation between rooms -

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Chedi Katara in Doha, Qatar, and I can wholeheartedly say that this resort is a gem of refined luxury and warm hospitality. The relaxed atmosphere instantly put me at ease, and every aspect of my visit—from the immaculate surroundings to the attentive service—exceeded my expectations. Our celebration was memorable. we had initially booked a beach access room and a double room, but thanks to the thoughtful gestures of the staff, we were upgraded to a stunning villa. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Amel and Abdusalem at reception for their exceptional service and for making our special occasion even more remarkable. Additionally, I must commend Azmal for the fantastic house tour, which showcased the exquisite design and thoughtful details of the property. A warm thank you is also due to Dennis and King, who greeted us with their ever-present smiles and friendly demeanour at the door. I also appreciate the efforts of the two staff members on the club cars, whose names I unfortunately cannot recall, and to Richard for his attentive assistance throughout our stay and wonderful conversation and hospitality + tour around Katara village. The culinary experience was equally impressive. I had the opportunity to enjoy an Iftar during Ramadan that featured a seemingly endless array of delicious dishes, and the breakfast spread was equally sumptuous with plenty of choices to suit every palate. The beach house exuded great vibes and added to the overall charm of the resort. In summary, I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire team at The Chedi Katara. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a memorable stay marked by exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and a truly relaxing ambience.

It is high-end and luxurious, very grand, with hygienic environment and excellent service. It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. I highly recommend it and will come back in the future. The sound insulation effect of the room is also very good. All the products are the best. I slept very comfortably. I stayed here for many nights.

The hotel is very good, located in the center of the old city, with convenient transportation. The room is large, and you can add an extra bed for free, which is suitable for family travel. The service is in place and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel manager Niko is very friendly and professional.

Excellent luxury hotel. Superb service. Very spacious rooms and apartments for long stays. Great facilities, include x3 pools, padel courts, gym and spa. Good location on front of Lusail, overlooking sea. Ideal location for the promenade and walking to the world class Place Vendome mall. 4 restaurant options. Chinese very good but on the pricier side. Overall food quality good but not outstanding. Highly recommend.

The hotel arranged for a birthday cake for us even though we didn't request for it. The staff were professional and made every effort to ensure their guests have an enjoyable stay.

A magnificent hotel, with truly 5-star service. The breakfast was fabulous and offered a wide variety. Our room, featuring stunning views of both the city and the sea, was absolutely gorgeous. I wholeheartedly recommend it and would definitely come back.
