All right, good location, very large and clean space. If you look for views, it is not the best apartment. It is a 10th floor and you don't see the skyline. The pool is always full of people and many children, from where you see Merdeka 118 but the normal in KL. The gym is a small gym to make a basic routine.

My husband honestly thought I planned it myself 😆 A special thank you to Ms Affie and Ms Hema for their excellent service and thoughtful arrangement. It really meant a lot to us. We stayed in the Superior King Room, which was very spacious, comfortable, and gave us the perfect relaxing vibe. It honestly felt like we were reliving our honeymoon all over again 🥹✨ Overall, the service was great, the ambience was calm and elegant, and everything felt truly worth it. When I arrived on the first night, it was late, and the hotel front desk didn't speak Chinese. However, using Doubao and the order, I managed to check in smoothly. But the room was really bad and old. The air conditioning was an old model, giving it a vintage feel, and there were even dirty stains on the bed sheets. At that moment, I just wanted to leave. Being in a foreign place and not speaking English, I endured it. It was severely inconsistent with the pictures. I wanted to book another hotel and contacted Ctrip, staying up all night communicating with them, hoping to get some refund so I could book a different hotel. The communication was difficult for a long time, but then the next day at noon, a front desk staff member who spoke Chinese helped us change rooms, which finally resolved the issue. A higher floor would be a bit better, and if it had been renovated, it would have been more normal. It was worse than hotels costing over 200 yuan in China. I had breakfast for all 3 days, and only ate it once because it was just okay. In short, during the day, having a Chinese-speaking front desk made communication easier, and the room they gave us after we talked to the hotel was acceptable. Everyone, if you're booking a room type, definitely choose a slightly more expensive one. Don't go for the cheap ones, otherwise it will be a nightmare. The location is good though.

Located mainly in the Chinatown area, this hotel is mainly for indian and chinese guests. At my stay there were construction works around the building in two sides, so room was very noisy and had to ask for a room on a different side of the building. The second room was a bit better. Expect a lot of coming and going by chinese guests on the corridor and loud speaking during the night hours. Breakfast is very poor, not worth the money at all. Overall, i am not satisfied with this hotel, not even for their relatively lower prices.

I always say I'm so lucky! I booked the Hilton Garden Inn without doing any research beforehand. My reasoning was: first, it's a global chain, so the service couldn't be bad; second, chains are generally safer; and third, the price seemed like a great deal at the time. With those reasons in mind, I booked five nights without a second thought. And it really turned out to be excellent! The location is fantastic, very close to the Show Kit station. The hotel is also right behind the Chujie Night Market, and if you follow the street behind the hotel, you can even walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. Breakfast was decent; though the selection wasn't huge, it was tasty. The pictures below were taken from my room.

We were attending concert at Megastar Arena in Sungei Wang, booked this hotel for its close proximity to the venue. Best decision ever! We just need to cross a street or take a bridge to reach sungei wang. The view is fantastic, 118 building right infront of our window. Breakfast is decent, not a lot of choice but is okay. Beddings are good, shower amenities good, bathtub is clean. Had a pleasant check out with Ms Noraini at reception. We will definitely come back.

Right next to the hotel, there’s a 7-Eleven and a shopping mall, so getting food and daily essentials is very convenient. For the price per night, the room is incredibly good value. It’s spacious, clean, and suitable for families too. The lobby looks great, and overall the stay feels very worthwhile for what you pay. The hotel also has its own restaurant and a swimming pool, which are nice added perks — although I didn’t get the chance to try them. I would definitely come back again.

However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy, so light sleepers should be aware. There were a lot of Western guests and indeed fewer Chinese guests, but the hotel management and service were quite good; staff always greeted us warmly when we entered and exited. Nearby, there's a fairly large mall with a big supermarket and some restaurants. There's also a less-crowded spot to get a great photo of the Petronas Towers!
