All right, good location, very large and clean space. If you look for views, it is not the best apartment. It is a 10th floor and you don't see the skyline. The pool is always full of people and many children, from where you see Merdeka 118 but the normal in KL. The gym is a small gym to make a basic routine.

It's okay hotel but old fashion, I will not recommend this hotel to my friends. I found ants 🐜 on the bathroom, don't know what was going on. It's walking away to Petronas twin tower, perhaps 5 minutes walk. Restaurant in front of hotel, muslim cemetery behind the hotel, parking lot beside the hotel on the left side, on going construction on the right side of the hotel. I will not staying in this hotel anymore. Perhaps it's 5 star 15 years ago, not now.

We stayed at The Face Suites for 3 days and 2 nights with our two kids and overall it was a pleasant experience. The suite was very spacious and family-friendly, giving the kids plenty of room to move around comfortably. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which came with a bathtub that was much larger than those typically found in most hotels. Our booking included breakfast. The breakfast buffet was served in another building, so guests need to walk across to enjoy their meal. However, the spread was good with a variety of choices and it is halal-certified. The rooftop swimming pool and bar were popular and often crowded, mainly because of the stunning city views. From the pool area, you can enjoy views of Merdeka 118 and, from certain angles, the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The location is decent but it may be a bit far if you plan to walk to major attractions such as Suria KLCC or Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Depending on your walking pace, it can take around 20 to 30 minutes on foot. One area that could be improved is the room and bathroom flooring. The floors were quite slippery, so I would recommend using the slippers provided by the hotel instead of walking barefoot. It felt like the floors could have been cleaned or scrubbed more thoroughly. Overall, The Face Suites is a great choice for families looking for a spacious stay with beautiful rooftop views and a good breakfast selection.

However, we encountered issues with Trip.com before our stay when requesting a date change due to a medical check-up. Although the hotel was willing to accommodate it, the booking platform made the process difficult and it could not be arranged. In addition, our special requests (baby cot and anniversary note) were not forwarded to Pullman Hotel, so the hotel was not aware upon arrival. Despite these platform-related issues, we still appreciated the hotel’s hospitality and enjoyed our stay.

The unrivaled location, convenient dining choices combine to create a truly wonderful living experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, and I will definitely choose to stay here again. Room is perfect clean, with a large lobby, good security. Must try!

Loved this hotel! The front desk staff, especially the guy, was super sweet and even reserved my favorite room for me. They offer luggage storage, and someone's always there to open the door for you. The rooms are spacious and offer great value for money. It seemed like most of the guests here were Chinese. The only minor downside was the slow elevator. There's a desk on the second floor where you can write. I'd definitely stay here again! There's a mall nearby where I bought four dresses, and plenty of tailors around who altered them on the spot for just 10 yuan.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Bukit Bintang Station. There's a night market within walking distance and many highly-rated restaurants, so I was excited every day about what to eat. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and with slight menu changes daily, it was something to look forward to. Also, the room was cleaned beautifully every day, which was very pleasant. Despite being a very good hotel, there was a connecting door in the room to the adjacent room. It was quite frightening when the person next door tried to force it open in the middle of the night, rattling and pulling hard. Fortunately, it stopped after about 30 seconds, but I wish there had been a notice like, 'Please do not open this door.' (In fact, upon arrival, I also tried opening that door and found another door behind it, so I figured things out and didn't touch the door on the other side.) The next morning, when I reported this to the staff, they said the door couldn't be opened from the other side. However, as a solo female traveler, it was quite unsettling. It's certainly not the hotel's fault, but two men were staying next door. One of them, perhaps out late, repeatedly rang the doorbell around 1:30 AM. It seemed his friend inside was asleep, because he loudly shouted his friend's name in the hallway, banging on the door and rattling the doorknob for about five minutes. The noise woke me up. Also, perhaps because of that door, the voices from next door carried very clearly. They were talking loudly for a long time, and I could hear almost everything, making it impossible to sleep. I felt terrible the next morning. To make matters worse, the same people were staying for multiple nights, and the exact same thing happened the following night. This was the most difficult stay I've ever experienced. I wonder if I should have reported it to the hotel at the time.

This is the best hotel in all of Kuala Lumpur!!! My husband, baby, and I stayed here, and these were the best accommodations in the entire city. We had already tried 5 different apartments in Kuala Lumpur by then, and nothing felt right. The cleanliness was perfect, and the views were magnificent – the best I've ever seen in my life. The staff was top-notch. They very quickly helped resolve an issue with the induction hob (the large burner wasn't working) and even provided a brand new small saucepan so I could cook for my baby. The hotel is considered clean and well equipped with what is needed in a room. However, one of our room was smelly. It maybe caused by someone smoking next door or previous guest has been smoking in the room. We got both rooms for non-smoking but yet one of it was a smelly room. 10 mins drive to the shopping area. Fast and hassle free check in & out. However, room wasn’t housekept when we have put the tag outside the room to indicate housekeeping required. So we came back to a room with our previous day rubbish whatnots. But thankfully, the reception was there and we had requested for clean towels and amenities. Do note that no toothbrush is provided.
