Just back from a 3 night stay. Clean apartment but some marks in the shower but otherwise no issues. Plenty of space, nice touch with the drinks and water in the fridge on arrival. Beds are slightly hard for our liking but comfortable enough. Good shower, although it ran out of hot water on the last morning. Nice kitchen area - we did not cook but used the coffee machine and kettle. Nice decor and very modern. Liked the blinds on the outside windows made it all snug and dark for relaxing sleep. Easy check on online and access with digital keys were great as no worries about loosing the keys. Good access to local shops and short walk into old town. Overall a very good stay and would visit again.

For the price it’s pretty good for a penthouse apartment on the top floor. The only negative I would say is that despite being a smart home when you need heating on it wouldn’t heat up the room. Overall the host is a lovely person and is helpful and attentive and it’s a location I would recommend if ever in the area.

First of all, I'd like to thank the staff, who were always very friendly and helpful (there's even a WhatsApp messaging service for requesting information or services). The hotel is in a great location and is a new property, with modernly designed rooms that are spacious and equipped with multiple electrical outlets, perfect for charging your devices. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom is a great size; I loved the kettle and the coffee machine with its various options, and I found a fresh bottle of water every day. Honestly, I would have liked to try breakfast at least one morning, but paying 150 euros for the room, spending 60 euros for two seemed a bit excessive. However, I understand that these are market dynamics and the price is probably fair. To be honest, I was kindly suggested to check the app to book it at a lower price (here on Trip, if I remember correctly, it was 23 euros), but after a few attempts, I couldn't find it and gave up, lol. Obviously 10/10. That being said, I thank and greet the staff once again for their helpfulness and kindness.

Stayed for 3 nights in early September 2025. The hotel is located near the old town which is very convenient for sightseeing, as most of the places are within walking distance. It is refurbished from an old bank and retains the charm of the former building including a nice lobby which was previously the banking hall. They also have a vault with a bar within. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities including a safebox. They have USB charger built in as well. Wifi was fast. The hotel also does have a swimming pool in the basement with wet and dry sauna facilities. The old town is right behind the hotel. Staff were professional and I managed to have slightly early check in thanks to a trainee lady (I did not catch the name) who took time to helped look for available room.

This hotel is super nice and a very chic place to stay. Fun to have a drink in the lobby and to have breakfast inside the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious they have like three separate rooms and they have a beautiful balcony overlooking the property. Staff was flawless hotel was very upscale. The only problem I have with this hotel is that the pool is very very small and I like to luxury ate and of huge swimming pool when I am on vacation and the pool here very small maybe only suitable for children or for someone who doesn't like to swim laps. I never took a dip in the pool and I changed hotels because I wanted a spa / swimming pool hot tub amenity for my vacation. If you were not into pools then this is the perfect place to stay. I got this room for $100 a night and that is truly a steal.

The breakfast restaurant staff ADE always had a smile and a very good impression. I found that he spoke well and cared for the guests. Thanks to him, I felt good from the morning. The staff at the breakfast restaurant are like the staff at the restaurant Sharkia next to the reception of this hotel. Other staff are kind and the food is delicious above all, so if you are interested in Sharkia, it seems worth a visit. Izabela in the server kitchen spoke Japanese. I was surprised because there were few people who spoke Japanese. I was happy to come to greet me from the kitchen and speak Japanese. In addition, the security and housekeeper at the entrance were kind. Thanks to the staff, we had a comfortable 3 night stay. Thank you very much.

The room is very nice, the hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are very friendly. But I would never stay here again for two reasons. The first is that it is ridiculously difficult to open your hotel door. And I seriously mean, RIDICULOUSLY difficult. You have to scan your card and then push it really hard. Each time it took me several minutes to work out how to do it. I had to ask a member of staff, who thought it was hilarious but seemed very used to it. The second reason is that the breakfast is terrible. It’s €8 basically for some toast and ham. If you’re like me and you love a good buffet breakfast, do not stay here. I will definitely not stay here again.

After moving, I joined a local tour, so I arrived early and left my luggage, and checked in late at night, but all the staff who helped me were very kind. In particular, a lovely female staff member always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel truly glad I chose this hotel. In any self-respecting hotel, you would expect basic amenities like toothbrush holders in the bathroom. There were none, so we had to place our toothbrushes on the counter by the sink. Even simple items such as a shower cap were not provided. Housekeeping entered every morning without waiting after knocking. During heavy snowfall, the hotel made no effort to clear a path outside, and we had to walk through snow and frozen puddles to reach our taxi, while other hotels had cleared walkways for their guests. On our last morning, my husband went to buy a coffee and was sent to the dining room. When he made a coffee, a staff member immediately questioned whether we had paid for breakfast and called reception to check, without giving him a chance to say he would pay. She then loudly announced, “Sir! You haven’t paid for the coffee!” as if he were trying to steal. He paid immediately and didn’t even take the change.
