We stayed Sun-Mon night in May, lodge was busy as usual but not uncomfortably. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room on the 4th floor, kids are older so it was nice to be away from the lobby. Room was clean and spacious. We had the meal plan, dinner was great, breakfast had CRAZY lines so it was very time consuming to get hot food. Lunch was from inside of the water park, tacos and nachos which were very good. The entire place seemed to be understaffed, service in restaurant was not good for either meal we were there. Water pressure in the room is VERY low, we have experienced this on previous trips as well, if you need pressure to wash your hair do it in the change rooms.

The water park is small, so just one night is enough. It is suitable for families with children rather than adults to enjoy the resort facilities. The rooms are relatively clean but the balconies are dirty. There were discarded cigarette butts. In particular, the bathing suits of the families upstairs drip onto the balcony chairs and the floor downstairs. There is no bottled water in the refrigerator. The friendliness of the staff is average.

The ladies were all superb, great staff especially the front desk. the room was supposed to be a falls view room we were placed on the 6th floor, one floor up from the mezzanine, all we saw was trees. also found 3 spiders in the room I was scared ****less as I do not like the creepie crawlies. Over all a great location for the hotel but my view was **** not what they advertised. The wine tasting packages are all in ”niagra-on-the-lake, wego bus takes almost an hour to get there along with transfers to the orange line. Ladies at the on site restaurant are super helpful and warm. Burning spring passes were included but the spa oasis isn't anything to write home about.

This is quite simply a beautiful place to stay. This was our first time here, we've been at many Falls hotels before, and our first in a converted dairy building . Our room was spacious, clean and well designed. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. This is a smaller Inn so not at all like the chains that dot the Falls, much more intimate. Our main floor room had openable windows so plenty of fresh air, a big comfy bed, and great shower. It was very quiet especially considering we were only a few blocks from the 'speedway' and Clifton Hill so were able to leisurely loll about until noon. The croissant plus breakfast was delicious and included in the rate. The Sterling is a block away from the Victoria WEGO stop which is convenient for the car-less. The TV remote took a bit of figuring out even with the detailed guide. Also, the coffee was weak but these are pretty minor in the grand scheme of things. Will definitely be back!

Stayed 3 nights. Location/appearance is a tad ordinary, and there is absolutely no view but property is within easy walking distance of EVERYTHING you’d want to see by the Falls. Our room was lovely. Huge with fireplace, wet bar, steam shower and balcony. I found the bed rock hard but the pillows and linens were comfortable. Bathroom amenities were nice apart from abysmal (seriously!) TP (which was shocking considering this is “spa” hotel). I know this sounds like a petty non issue but I don’t even think it was 1 ply! 😬😂… Steam shower was fabulous! Breakfast tray was a very nice touch. We would definitely come back - with a roll of our own 🧻! Haha!

Going to the water park, the park is not big, but it is suitable for a few years old. The room is general, the surrounding food and shopping is convenient, there is a small Ole.

The location was great as far as being close to the falls & the attractions for kids. There was the most beautiful courtyard/garden right out in front of the hotel that you could enjoy. The elevators have no rhyme or reason. If you’re not wanting to spend an arm & leg on eating out, you can take the wego bus to the local restaurants where they are MUCH more reasonable prices & do not charge a tourist tax fee. We suggest Chuck’s, it was great food & service! If I were to come back, I would stay at the opposite end-closer to the horseshoe falls/table rock area.
- Guest User
Very lovely room view with view of both falls! Very quiet and clean, bed was comfortable as well. Will highly recommend if you’re looking for a hotel from Canada side of the falls as we felt this hotel location was the best one. Also comes with free shuttle bus pass for each hotel customer.

Location is close to the falls providing very good view of the falls. However, the lobby and facilities are a little dated. Was expecting hotel to provide basic amenities like bathrobes and toothbrush, but none of that was provided so that was a little disappointing for Marriott standards.
- Guest User
Overall a decent place to stay. Good location. Parking can be a little tough as it gets busy so there’s no place to park. You have to go across the street to park your car. Valet service is not worth it as the employees do not treat your car right.

If you like being stuck in your room, or in the lobby because it takes 15 minutes for elevators to arrive, and 50% of the time when they do arrive they're already full...then this is the hotel for you! The rooms were...fine. Though priced as if they were better than fine. Parking was SEVENTY DOLLARS per night, as if we were in midtown manhattan...but really we were in a crappy tourist trap town being taken advantage of. Based on Hilton Platinum status, asked for an upgrade that we are supposed to receive when available. There were upgrades available and the woman at the desk gleefully, almost condescendingly, offered to upgrade us for 300 dollars. The restaurant was garbage but still 140 dollars for a family of four (two small children). We asked for extra towels on the 2nd day, and the lady was grumpy about it but agreed to send some up. They never arrived. The TV/remote in the little ”living room” area didn't work. Would not recommend this hotel, or this town at all. Niagara Falls itself is beautiful, but make it a stop on your way somewhere else. And if you do decide that you're rich and want to be taken advantage of in this town, stay at a different hotel.

I never really write reviews but this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had!! We checked in yesterday and as soon as I got into the room I noticed the bed spread was absolutely disgusting!! I could tell right away it was never washed and probably for awhile! When I went to complain to the lady at the front, she basically laughed and said that they don't normally wash it because people don't use it! I was confused! I asked what do you mean you don't wash these??!!! She said they only wash the sheets underneath!! I told her that's absolutely disgusting!! She said people don't use it so why should we wash it! I said of course people sleep on this and God knows what else they do on it and you're telling me you don't wash it for the next guest??!! She also said they don't wash the middle red pillow case that's on the bed!! I was in complete shock! She was being rude and said well what do you expect for a 2* motel?! I said I understand this is a 2* but that leaves no right to have the blankets that you have guests sleeping on to be filthy and used multiple times by past guests without cleaning them! I couldn't believe this! I wanted to leave at this point but the room was already paid for so she offered to bring clean linens. I said okay so I decided to take a shower and as I unfolded the towel it had a disgusting spider on it! I almost wrapped my body with that! I also noticed a few big chunks of hair on the bathroom floor so clearly they didn't sweep it! At this point I had enough and didn't even want to touch anything so I gathered all my stuff and went back to the lady. We basically both yelled at each other and I kept telling her they were disgusting and she told me that I was disgusting LOL huh??!! She told me to leave so I did just that!!! Since this booking was done through a 3rd party we never got a refund but I'd rather lose the money than stay at that filthy place with the audacity to not wash their bed linens!!!!

We did not know what to expect from a hotel so near to busy Clifton Hill, and were so happy with this choice. From the moment we walked in we felt positive. The staff was friendly at check-in and each staff member we encountered was also friendly and helpful. The halls, elevator, breakfast room and most importantly, our room was spotless and comfortable. We met a man who was cleaning during our stay, and he was thorough. Even in the elevator he was aware of fingerprints he quickly removed. The parking lot was adequate and with the hotel parking stub, was free. I noticed while looking for a place, that some hotels charged hefty parking prices. We slept well for our two night stay. Breakfast was adequate, nothing to write home about, but it didn't matter. If I return, I would definitely choose this place.

The Radisson Niagara Falls is not in the country and somewhat more accessible than other inns, while offering a simple breakfast. (Big kids like the free coffee/cookie too in the morning.) We’ve stayed also at the Sheraton before; and for a basic room at Radisson that is half the ballpark price of Great Wolf (with a better, Falls view at about the same age of construction), the Radisson is not bad. Last minute this hotel can have availability, although it may be bustling with military (American) guests crossing Rainbow Bridge nearby. It’s no Super 8 but if you want a working microwave, too, they can accommodate you. Because it was walking distance (by the ******) to Fallsview water park, which has lockers, we could enjoy the fitness/pool here or take teens to a bigger venue on rainy days. It’s possible to avoid busy roads, walking 5 minutes to Clifton Hill shops above the War Memorial of 1812 facing River cruises; or 15 minutes’ walk to Skylon Tower observation deck. Lock up belongings if you’re parking in this area of downtown. It may not have the tranquility of Niagara-on-the-Lake, but the Radisson is fine for a couple days of sightseeing.

We arrived on 19th September after 3 days in times Square. Long journey by amtrak train (8 hours) but very comfortable and didn't seem that long. The seneca is a massive hotel with very little in it. The ****** is very expensive even if you are like us just wanted a little flutter. None of the restaurants were open, bar one, which meant long queues. Our room was huge and was very nice with electric curtains and a hot tub in the room. My daughter and her husband had the same room but on the floor above, but nothing worked in their room sadly. It is well located, but if you are expecting a view of the falls you want get it. We booked a tour using our city passes and met Dan who took us all over and to a bakery...which is a must. It was called niagra falls illuminations. Would I choose it again, for location yes. No for restaurants. No for staff they were not very accommodating. I personally would stay on the train to the Canadian side, that was amazing.

Very nice hotel in Niagara Falls. Exceptional service by Bill (bartender), Sarah at check-in desk, and Tina, our server at dinner. The room was spacious, bed & linens very nice and comfortable. We loved having a couch and ottoman for extra space. Plenty of parking also, but cost $15 a day which seemed an unreasonable extra charge considering our two night stay was $525. Unlike the Hampton Inn next door, breakfast is not included, thus also extra cost and time required. Hotel is not by a highway, so no traffic noise which was nice. Tip: you have to request housekeeping service as it is not automatically done.

The hotel is very close to the scenic spot, a five-minute walk. The check-in aunt came up and deducted nearly 700 US dollars. I said that I had already paid online. She blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Later, I asked Ctrip, and it was indeed canceled by mistake 😑. The parking lot is charged, which is quite large. Overall not bad.

Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe. Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !! Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself. Cleanliness: Great Job !!

The location of the hotel is wonderful, the back of the hotel is situated in the Niagara parc, so the falls are in walking distance. The beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and good. 1, the first floor restaurant breakfast is good, traditional authentic American style, there are more than a dozen to choose; per capita about 20 dollars; 2, we chose Newcastle room, two double beds, each bed is very spacious should be able to sleep 2 people. The hotel room is very spacious, the food in the refrigerator is free and the children are very happy. 3. The hotel is the closest hotel to the Great Falls. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the American section of the Great Falls, and across the road is the bridge to Goat Island. Look at the people in the middle of the sun and come back to rest and play again. 4, must go to the Maid of the Mist, feel the close contact with the gusts of the Great Falls, very good 5, the hotel front desk service is very enthusiastic, is one of the best in the United States, to help us print the cruise ticket, the rain boots forgot to take it, still good for our custody, passionate introduction of attractions information, etc.

The hotel's picture shows a highrise, but the hotel itself only takes fl 1-6. If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.

First, I’d like to say that the staff was courteous and helpful. I’m not expecting the Ritz Carlton but for $250 per night, I’d expect at the very least a couple of bottles of water in the room and perhaps some cheap room slippers. Also, to advertise a swimming pool when it’s 21 feet long is a stretch! That’s more like a wading pool. There were a few times I called ‘0’ to get the front desk and a message comes on requesting that you leave a message! Breakfast was typical for this brand - nothing truly healthy. Bagels, muffins, processed cereals, pre-processed omelets etc just don’t cut it especially for a health conscious vegetarian. The oatmeal with raisins and pumpkin seeds was my breakfast. Also, there are no in-room safes. If I were paying $79 or even $100, I’d say ok, but for $250 per night, the hotel should be showering the guests with amenities. They are being cheap and greedy. Not even any toothbrushes ! Can’t say that Covid caused it anymore. That’s all past us now. I’ve been living in Asia for the past 8 years and those hotels have far surpassed ours by light years when comparing side by side. Howard S. Unfortunately, most of the hotels in this city are way overpriced for the value received.

The location was great and was within walking distance of the shuttle and an easy drive to the park. The complimentary breakfast was great and there was a variety in the menu so one did not have to eat the same thing every morning. We were on the fourth floor. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. It was difficult to rinse off the soap and get the shampoo out. We would stay there again but would like better water pressure. :>)

Breakfast is only bread and juice, not even eggs, the room is large, the air conditioner and the refrigerator sound very noisy, the air conditioner is dirty, other aspects of sanitation are OK, there is a bus to the Great Falls opposite the hotel, but the number of shifts is small because Time is tight, so I still drive by myself. If the time is not tight, I can park my car at the hotel to make a bus trip.
