If you like being stuck in your room, or in the lobby because it takes 15 minutes for elevators to arrive, and 50% of the time when they do arrive they're already full...then this is the hotel for you! The rooms were...fine. Though priced as if they were better than fine. Parking was SEVENTY DOLLARS per night, as if we were in midtown manhattan...but really we were in a crappy tourist trap town being taken advantage of. Based on Hilton Platinum status, asked for an upgrade that we are supposed to receive when available. There were upgrades available and the woman at the desk gleefully, almost condescendingly, offered to upgrade us for 300 dollars. The restaurant was garbage but still 140 dollars for a family of four (two small children). We asked for extra towels on the 2nd day, and the lady was grumpy about it but agreed to send some up. They never arrived. The TV/remote in the little ”living room” area didn't work. Would not recommend this hotel, or this town at all. Niagara Falls itself is beautiful, but make it a stop on your way somewhere else. And if you do decide that you're rich and want to be taken advantage of in this town, stay at a different hotel.
