I had a pleasant stay at Cinnamon Bay Beruwala. The positive aspects include excellent service, starting from the warm welcome with a towel and juice at check-in, continuing throughout our stay until check-out. All the staff were friendly, kids activity center is a plus and the surroundings were very spacious and pleasant. The rooms were good, and I would definitely recommend their service, giving it a double thumbs up.
On the downside, the reading light was broken, there were no bathroom slippers or robes, and the shampoo, lotion, and conditioner bottles were made of ceramic. If these ceramic bottles break, they could cause injury. I suggest that the hotel switch to safer materials for these items.
Overall, I would rate our stay 3.8 out of 5. We really enjoyed our time there. If you're looking for excellent service in Beruwala, don't hesitate to book this hotel.

The experience was very bad. I booked the hotel early, but when I arrived at the local hotel, I was told that there was no reservation information. A large group of people were waiting at the front desk. It was very bad. The entire communication was back and forth between three parties. What’s even more outrageous is that one of the bookings has no room. I never thought that a platform as big as Ctrip would make this mistake. Beruwala is hot this season and mosquitoes bite in the evening. The final solution is also terrible. I have never dared to do so again. Booked an overseas hotel on Ctrip.
