First off, the hotel environment is simply stunning. Facing the sea, the gradient blue is absolutely gorgeous! We booked a sea-view room, and the one we got was fantastic, also facing the ocean. We booked an island hopping tour through a travel agency, and it turned out the boarding pier was right next to the hotel, just a 10-minute walk away, which was incredibly convenient. A great feature of this hotel is the public shower rooms with hot water. Even after checking out, you can still use them after returning from your island tour. A special thanks to the hotel manager. I misplaced a valuable item due to my own oversight, and the manager patiently reviewed the surveillance footage the entire time, eventually helping me find it. This really shows how reliable the hotel's security is. Vehicle checks for entry and exit are quite strict, and sometimes the security guards at the main gate even check if passengers have the hotel's wristbands.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the environment was superb, the greenery, pool, and bar were all fantastic, and the sea view was stunning, with some sections resembling the crystal-clear waters of the Maldives. However, there were very few Chinese guests at the hotel. A small number of staff were noticeably more enthusiastic towards Caucasians than towards Chinese guests, but when asked, they were always helpful and there was no obvious discrimination. The hotel is relatively new and offers many activities, making it a great choice.

I believe the Meraki hotel is allegedly the No. 1 party central hotel in Hurghada. They have a great entertainment team who makes sure there are endless parties. The staff is always attentive and offers great help when needed. There’s one special person who I MUST give a special shout out to, and that’s Naglaa from the wellness and spa team, she is always smiling and serving an incredibly welcoming energy and has been the kindest to us. Others incredible staff includes Osama from front desk; Shady from the Munchery buffet; and Dasha from the entertainment team too. My favorite spot in the whole hotel is definitely the shisha tent, all of their staff were extremely nice, polite and efficient. The only side note I have is the Greek restaurant, although the staff there is attentive, the food can also use an upgrade, other than that, I would love to come back to this hotel in the future, perhaps with a bigger group so we could enjoy the parties more.

I asked the Ctrip customer service representative in advance to help me reserve a room with a good view. I stayed in room 740, and the sunrise view was absolutely stunning. The hotel is large, with its own small beach and several restaurants, one of which is a buffet with different dishes every day, and the food is delicious. It's all-inclusive, including meals, drinks, and snacks. The service was excellent. The rooms are large, and although the facilities are a bit old, they were very comfortable. If you don't leave the hotel, you can play sports, sunbathe, swim, and enjoy food and drinks every day, making it perfect for a vacation. It's very close to the port and the mosque, about a 15-minute walk. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

Not recommended! After having to reschedule my trip due to a typhoon, I found the only hotel I could find that was the same price as the one I had seen two months ago, priced between 1,000 and 1,500. The good thing is that it's a Marriott brand, so the overall price is reasonable, and the basics are still up to par. However, The hotel isn't just dated; it's ancient! The gardens are negligible, there's only a small pool, and the beach is also quite crowded. Hotel lovers should choose carefully! The white dishes were terrible; they were simply unpalatable! The buffet, to me, was just a fruit buffet!

We love this hotel. This is our first time in Hurghada and we made a great decision to stay here. The hotel is nice and clean, the room facing a swimming pool, with great AC, the only downside is the water pressure at the bathroom is a bit low. We stayed here for 7 days, during our stay we enjoyed all the hotel facilities. You will never go hungry staying in this hotel 😂 they have many restaurants with a lot of options for food. We will come back here for sure.

The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it. The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good. Thanks sunrise team.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. The twin room I booked is probably sold out, and we were upgraded to a family room. The resort is very big, but friends who are traveling with us feel that it takes too long to walk. This is not the hotel's problem, but the friend's problem. If you are the kind of person who likes to play in the hotel, it is still very comfortable to live in this kind of all-inclusive resort. We didn’t play the other rides much, because our friends thought it was too far away from their dive shop, so we moved to the old hotel on the street after staying for two nights🙄

We had a very pleasant stay at the Bellagio, the hotel is about twenty minutes from the center but with Uber prices it is very accessible! The hotel has everything you could need, a huge swimming pool, as well as others for the little ones. Activities are present every day. The meals are diverse and varied, but still very fatty, it takes a little time for your stomach to get used to it! We had an electrical incident in our bungalow and we were upgraded to a jacuzzi room at no extra cost. Thank you to reception for this gesture! Just one negative point, the manager of the cosmetics shop near the swimming pool is a crook, he never gives the same prices, one time €10 then the next day €25. For a moisturizing cream bought at the small shop near the reception it was €5 and he wanted to sell it to us for €25 even though it was exactly the same! And we had the same experience with him for a bracelet sold for €1 that he wanted to sell us for €5! A piece of advice: don't buy anything from this person who is just dishonest, go instead to the reception shop or the 3 pyramides store next door! A small negative point also on the nuisances committed by the children in the swimming pool, it is horrible, they play with their balls and people get shot in the head, they splash everyone, the lifeguards although very nice do not say absolutely nothing, we are obliged to intervene ourselves to calm the children, we should create a space for ball games that would allow people wanting calm to rest! Otherwise the hotel is great! Everything is there for a great vacation!
