Fantastic hotel, great friendly staff. Always eager to help. The location is about a 3 min walk to all the nightlife and restaurants/ bars. Too bad about all the nasty garbage on the side of the street the hotel is located. That's my only complaint, the nasty stinky garbage along that little street.

I've stayed at Queen's Hotel several times, but this visit left me quite disappointed. I was in Room 201 from August 15th to 18th, which is supposedly one of their most premium rooms. The Wi-Fi this time was absolutely terrible. Despite showing a strong signal, I couldn't get online, or it would constantly lag and freeze. I truly hope this can be improved by my next visit! Otherwise, I might have to consider staying at Central Park Tower instead...

The rooms are clean. I love this hotel because you can truly relax by the pool. The location is also excellent, offering easy access to various places. My only minor complaints are the lack of a bathtub and the weak water pressure in the shower. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Room is decent and clean, but they do not have a room with twin beds or connecting room. Our request for an adjacent room was granted. The toilet has bidet and hot and cold shower, basic bathroom supplies are present - shampoo, soap, and dental kit. Extra supplies are also available but with extra charge. One of the rooms we booked didn't cool enough, they were not able to fix it so we requested to change rooms but the only available room was a smoking room so we just requested for an electric which they gladly provided. Overall it was a peaceful stay

The location is a little difficult to find. The room is small. Is this price acceptable? There is a pool and restaurant. There was live music on Saturday night, and I was able to relax in the restaurant. They also had all-you-can-eat samgyeosal. You are not allowed to bring your own food, but there are no convenience stores nearby, and the prices for cooking beer are cheap and reasonable. I didn't have time to get a massage, so I couldn't do it. It has a pool and seems to be popular with families. Breakfast was plentiful.

My second stay in a month, I love the staff, location, and amenities. With the room....you get what you pay for. My first trip her the room I had was awesome. However, my room on this trip was not good! Tv needs replaced, loose tiles on the floor, sheets, towels all need replaced. The shower head cloged. Loud bar music can be heard while laying in bed... so it pays to upgrade to one of the rooms they actually care about. Over the hotel is awesome! It's not the staffs fault the owner is responsible for the material conditions of the rooms. Yes, I will stay again. Just remember to upgrade away from the basic room.

Location is walking distance around Angeles Walking street which easy to get good foods and entertainment as well. In 10 mins walk you can get whatever you wish for dinner or lunch like jollibee, McD, Mexican foods and locals are everywhere. I love the pool as they're playing a movie at the big screen. The vibes are so peaceful and perfect for holiday. The air condition is quite old style and noisy especially at night.
