Elevators are very creepy. You have to use your room card to make the elevator work and we all know that room keys don’t always work. The door closes and you don’t go anywhere...the parking is creepy under the building and you have to switch elevators to get down to the parking...I would choose a different hotel just because of the parking and elevators
The Chapel Hill Sheraton is the most satisfactory hotel we stayed in during our trip to the United States. The price is similar. The Chapel Hill Sheraton is very new and the room is very large, clean and comfortable. I got up early for the flight and didn't have breakfast.
The hotel address is at the campus of North Carolina Chapel Hill. It is very inconspicuous and it is very satisfying to walk in. The front desk is warm and can help with luggage storage. The decoration style is typical of the southern features, and the corridors are filled with photos and introductions of many well-known university graduates. The hotel is also a good place for weddings and high-end gatherings. The decoration is very detailed and has been around for a long time, but it is still well maintained. Easy parking and a few minutes walk to nearby restaurants. The soundproofing effect of the room is a bit poor, but it does not affect the rest.
The hotel is the conference center of the North Carolina State University Chapel Hill Business School. The lobby is on the second floor and breakfast is on the first floor. Free breakfast, orange juice and coffee were great, the waiter took the initiative and asked how many times there was any need. There is an outdoor swimming pool and it is beautiful. There is a self-service laundry room and a business center, as well as self-cooked soft drinks with popcorn and three types of ice cream. There are walking trails around, and the environment is very good. Within ten minutes by car from the university's main campus. This business school is located in a high-end residential area, near Harris Teeter supermarket and fresh taro.
Everyone was very professional even when I called before checking in they could smile more and act happy to see you in person. Nice establishment. Bed very comfy, bath very nice, room very quiet neighbors, no door slamming or loud talking. Lobby/breakfast area very nice. Breakfast was ok, chef very nice juice watered down. Eat in pool patio would have been nice if the spider webs were knocked down off tables before guest got up.

The location is very good, walking distance from the Meadowmont to go, one side is the fast road on the side of the woods, there is a special walking/riding lane, followed by navigation and culvert crossing the road to a pond and lawn hillside, behind which is the office building to go. There are trails to the business center of Meadowmont, which is convenient for Harris Teeter supermarket, Quickley tea shop, pizza shop, etc. The room and service are normal.
The hotel is clean and the service staff is friendly.
Nearby supermarkets and restaurants can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
Chapel Hill, raleigh and durham are all within half an hour.
Basic breakfast, to meet the needs. Convenient for families, large one bedroom, double bedroom, separate living room sofa, dining table, kitchen. Parking is free. The environment is very good, I heard the bird call, saw the little squirrel, and saw a sika deer just after parking.
The hotel is on the high-speed side, the room is very hygienic, 1.5 meters twin bed, very comfortable, air conditioning sound is not big. Refrigerator, microwave oven, breakfast is not bad. Overall satisfaction.

You won't need to sacrifice your gym routine with our in home gym, while serene walking trails and the community lake offer respite and nature walks close by.With 3 bedrooms, two baths and a separate in law studio with kitchenette and newly renovated bathroom, you'll have plenty of space for everyone. We have two additional spaces for sleeping, one in each of the two living rooms, a projector for watching movies, a great big dining table and home gym with laundry. If this rule is not abided by, there will be a $40 fee per unapproved visitor.-Fire/Smoke: It is a property rule that there are to be no fires, candles, smoking or burning of any kind in the property. Our cleaning company charges a $200 fee if there is any indication of any form of burning/smoke in the house.Fireplaces- All fireplaces are non-working and should not be used.-Excessive mess: If the property is left excessively dirty there will be a $100 fee for extra cleaning.-Late check-out fee: Late check-outs are allowed only if explicitly approved. If approved prior to arrival, you can check-out as late as 11:00 a.m. with no charge. There is a $25 charge per hour if we extend anytime beyond 11:00 a.m. and the latest we can let someone checkout is 1:00 p.m.-Guests must provide a working telephone number. If the telephone number does not work, then the reservation can be canceled without a refund.-We will always go above and beyond for you.
