The hotel can also be the only dissatisfaction is that the public music in the corridor of the room is too bad and too noisy. Eating is too Indian, nothing can be eaten by Asians.

Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too.. Pro: -Service is super fast and feel like luxury. -Indoor pool was great and very clean. -Gym had trainers in the evening i guess. -Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide. -centre of the city yet so quiet -Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious - iPad with lot of high tech - expresso was had to make but they give help u. - good Wi-Fi - valet parking Con: Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it. Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

It's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

The hotel is nestled in the French town part of Pondicherry which is within walking distance to the promenade and the numerous cafés and restraints scattered around. The staff are cordial, the place neat and spacious. The hotel does neither have a parking no area for cars nor facility for drivers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The location is unbeatable—nestled right in the heart of the French Quarter and just steps away from the beach. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and perfectly maintained, but what really sets this hotel apart is the staff. They are hands-down the best I’ve encountered—attentive, warm, and professional. Pro Tip: You must try the tea here. My unexpected highlight was sitting by the pool in the afternoon, sipping tea and soaking in the atmosphere. The food throughout my stay was also incredible. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We had booked two rooms for two nights stay. The hotel is located near the shopping area and walkable distance to the Aurobindo ashram and the beach. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We could not watch' tv in both the rooms. Problem with the cable connection. Complained about it at the front desk. They tried but couldn't rectify it. veg.restaurant at the ground floor. We did not opt for the complimentary breakfast, so couldn't comment on that. We had lunch and dinner which was good. The property has basement parking for five cars and portico parking for three cars. Plus they have parking facility for twelve cars at a distance of 100 feet from the property. Except for the TV it was a good stay.

The room is clean and well maintained. Size of washroom could have been better. It is located very near to bus stand and omni bus pick up point. Very easy for commute. The hotel staffs are friendly. There was too much noise by the staffs during the cleaning activities and etc, in the adjacent rooms/lobby. You can't have peaceful sleep because of this. Good parking space. The rating could have been excellent if these mentioned issues are nil

But nearby lot of restaurants which serve good food are available They promised us a welcome drink, 20% off on dining, horse ride and local sightseeing during booking However, we had to ask many times for the drink Horse riding was confirmed a day before but the horse did not come on alloted time We did not get 20% off on dining. We were provided a guide for only one monument We also booked a high tea in our booking, only filter coffee was served , no cookies and no snacks
