Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. We booked 3 apartments for a family vacation and all 3 had issues. All 3 apartments had faulty air cons. 1 air con didn’t work at all and also a toilet in that apartment didn’t work either. Also when we arrived, we found one of our carparks had a car parked in it and that 2 other guests were allocated the same Carpark as us. We all contacted the letting company and all guests were told to seek help from the apartment reception who then told us all to contact the letting company as they don’t deal with the private apartments and their carparks. So it was back and forth for hours, we even visited the office twice until the car was finally removed. In terms of the no aircon/ broken toilet room, we were told there was nothing the letting company could do about it as they only have 1 staff member on so we’d have to wait for the next day and that some of our cost would be refunded (We are still waiting). The next day, in the morning the staff member visited and said the aircon is broken and they’ll have to find another room so will get back to us. It was close to the letting company’s closing time and we hadn’t heard back so we followed up only to be told there’s no more rooms available and our family would have to make do with the fans. Our family members in the no aircon room got sick from the heat/ stuffiness even with the doors and windows open. The amenities - lagoon, gym and pool are awesome So it was really unfortunate we did not enjoy our stay due to the lack of upkeep of the apartments and the service.

Suitable for parents and children! It’s perfect for taking care of children! There are many saltwater snorkeling pools. Snorkeling in the hotel is safe! Facilities: Although it is a bit old, it is very clean. Most old hotels in Australia seem to be like this. Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: Very good, relatively quiet area, very close to the beach Service: Very nice and very willing to help

It's our second time stay at the Langham GC hotel,still the same,the room was very tidy and clean,all the stuff who we met were very friendly and helplful.Enjoyed the fresh fruits and nice breakfast,lots of choices to eat,with great coffee and we love the swimming pool,great position to walk on the beach. It's not far away to get tram to travel around,so no complains.

This hotel is spectacular!!! Not enough words can express how beautiful it is. Every staff member made you individually feel welcomed and genuinely looked after. Each person always had a smile and genuinely wanted to help. For example Gina and Alex in the breakfast restaurant Critique were extremely helpful and at your service. Rahul at reception was helpful and explained all the hotel facilities. The maintenance manager was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The lagoon area made you feel as if you were in Bali, Phuket etc. To say it is spectacular is an understatement. For my entire stay, each staff member made my birthday extremely special, memorable and second to none ever experienced before. Thank you all the staff at JW.

This hotel room is very large, the most worth admiring is the room terrace looking down, seeing a very beautiful river and holiday house, I personally think that compared to other hotel rooms to see the beach on the Gold Coast is more beautiful, if you have the opportunity to travel to the Gold Coast again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Great location! Very convenient - close to tram stops and surfers paradise beach. However, depending on the side your room is facing, it can be very noisy. We heard clubbing music till 3am on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. Not recommended for light sleepers.

It was alright, but we got floor level 4 despite request for higher level, and also nobody notified us that the balcony was under maintenance and unaccessible until we found out in our room by ourselves. Room is nice and clean, beds are a bit too soft to our liking though. Washbasin is too small and shallow… doesn’t seem like 5-star hotel standard. Buffet breakfast is great but not enough milk for cereal. Close to beach and public transport, very convenient location. Overall good experience.

We booked last minute because our flight got some issues. So we just need a place to stay for a night. The room is not as big/ new as it seems on pictures but overall it’s enough. We arrived during midnight and initially they gave us a room on 7/F, the bathroom was full of bugs, all over the ceiling and even on the towels. I get that it’s spring / summer season in Australia and bugs are everywhere but at least try to make it clean for your guests, when we saw the bathroom, it felt like the staff didn’t even try to clean up before giving us the room. So we went down to the reception and asked for another room. They gave us another room on 18/F, which was much better, less bugs but not exactly no bugs on towels at all. We were really tired so we thought we could just make it through the night. The carpet is stained and we even found a juice bottle which seems to be left behind by the last guest…. They sent a staff to the 7/F to take pictures of the bathroom tho, so hopefully they will be more aware and careful with the hygiene in the future. The hotel location is really good, close to shopping malls and restaurants, bus stop is right downstairs. Just a 10mins walk to the surfers paradise beach.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place!!! After having a horrible experience at another hotel, I moved myself and my kids here last minute. Arriving early after checking out from the horrible place at 10am, I expected to have to drop our bags and wait until 2pm for check in. The staff at the front counter heard about our previous hotel, and allowed to go to our room when we arrived, over 2 hours before check in!! The resort has EVERYTHING you need. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Suitable for kids of all ages with soooooo much to do. I have already been looking at booking again to stay soon! Thanks so much for our amazing 24 hour stay!!!
