The best view among all the hotels in Sydney! A truly classic location! A postcard-perfect view! The service was also excellent and attentive! The staff were friendly, professional, and patient! Thank you to the staff for going to the rooftop to retrieve our dropped items. I also recommend sunbathing by the pool!

This place is well worth it for the view of the Opera House alone. The cleanliness of every single facility is exceptional. I was so happy to have had such a worthwhile stay~♡

🌟 Unbeatable Views: From the comfort of your room, you can directly capture photos with the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The views, both day and night, are picture-perfect and incredibly romantic! 🌟 Convenient Transportation: Just a 3-minute walk downstairs to Circular Quay ferry terminal and train station, making it super easy to get anywhere. There are also tons of attractions surrounding the area. 🌟 Attentive Service: The hotel staff are very professional and welcoming, and room service is highly efficient. 💬 A Little Tip: If your budget allows, definitely go for a harbor view room; the experience is truly a world apart!

Sydney Opera House View Room Experience The view from the window was breathtaking; the Sydney Opera House was right there, and every photo I took looked like it was professionally shot! However, the service details were a bit lacking. I was hoping for an experience that matched the stunning view. Have you ever stayed at a hotel with amazing views but subpar service on your travels? #TravelDiary #HotelExperience #SydneyOperaHouse

Overall, everyone was friendly, and I really enjoyed using the pool and sauna! The terrace view from the pool was absolutely amazing! The room had a cooking area and was generally spacious, making it perfect for families. My only minor complaints are that, unlike hotels like Shangri-La, you have to drag your luggage up a hill after taking public transport, and I felt a slight dust allergy from the carpet in the room hallway, which was a bit disappointing.
- 애슐리
The front desk upgraded us to a three-bedroom suite with king-size beds. It was perfect for four children and two adults, with a very spacious layout and a small balcony. The room had a peculiar smell, so I recommend opening the windows for ventilation. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare breakfast. The view from the window was also quite nice.

The room was great and the breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. The deposit for two nights was $290, which was pre-authorized and automatically released after 30 natural days. No need to argue with the front desk about when it would be refunded. If there's no minibar or in-hotel consumption, it's automatically released by default.

I loved this hotel! The first night, the room we stayed in was pretty standard. After talking to the staff, they suggested we upgrade to a higher floor room with a better view for a small additional fee. And wow, what an amazing view we got! It really added a special touch to our Sydney trip.

Nice place to stay. Loved its quaint appearance and decoration. Conveniently located to the tourist spots. Lots of options to eat nearby if you prefer not to eat in their restaurant. Convenience store is close by too. Our Queen heritage room was spacious and clean. However, the heating system was not working properly despite putting it at 32degrees it felt like 18degrees. The room didn’t feel warm enough. Hot water system needs to be checked as on the day we were supposed to leave I went for a shower at 5:30AM but the water never felt hot despite running it for a few minutes. My companion had to skip the hot shower. Highly appreciated the lady receptionist who let us check-in early as we were looking forward to lying down to rest after flying from overseas. Would recommend to friends and family if heater and hot water is not issue to them.

Location was good. View from the roof for vivid was quite nice. Unfortunately, due to rain, some views were obscured by location was fantastic in general There was only a slight issue with the showerhead upon arrival but was fixed promptly within an hour or two They also let us check in a little earlier when we arrived earlier. All in all venue was nice and staff were quite accommodating.

The hotel was a little dated, but it was clean and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The views from the rooftop were AMAZING during the day and night. I loved getting up early to watch our cruise ship come into the international cruise terminal from the roof. Honestly this was the PERFECT location to stay before cruising out of Sydney the next morning. We would definitely stay here again.

I chose this hotel for a short Sydney trip during a transit layover, thinking it would save time if I could see the Opera House from my room. The view was absolutely amazing! The room was also spacious and came with a kitchen, perfect for a longer stay. The facilities are a bit old, and the fixed showerhead might be a little inconvenient for Japanese guests. However, hot water was readily available. The soft services were great; the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was super convenient to walk to the Opera House in about 15 minutes by crossing the road in front of the hotel and taking a small path downhill. While the window view was fantastic, the next morning a large cruise ship docked in the harbor, partially obstructing the Opera House. So, it's best to take photos as soon as you have the chance!
- KIKO_J
An older hotel, the room was clean, except the carpet needed replacing. Our balcony didnt have a very nice view, as we were only on the 2nd floor. The location was brilliant, they had a little sitting area just to the side of the pool which was very handy for us while we waited for late flight.

Friendly Irish Pub and hotel giving home style service next to the Harbour Bridge in the Rocks Area, a short walk from Circular Quay. Family style, friendly and caring service. I arrived very late but the staff waited for me and carried my luggage up the stairs. They upgraded me to an ensuite room with corner spa bath and queen size bed. The room was very clean, with a flat screen TV, stainless steel electric kettle, bar fridge and tea and coffee was provided. The spa jets were powerful and enjoyable, and the warm Irish hospitality much appreciated. I definitely recommend this hotel for a warm and friendly service, makes you feel at home in an excellent location, at a fraction of the price of the many other expensive hotels in the immediate vicinity

The location is good which is near the Center of Melbourne and 5 minutes walking distance to Singapore Opera House and easy access to trams, ferries and trains. When I booked the room, I did not realize that the toilet was shared outside of the room. The room is separated with toilets, the toilet is outside of the room which needs to cross the corridor. As Sydney is in the autumn, which is cool. There is no water bottle provided in the room, and I have no access for water to be filled in the kettle, unless I go to get water from the toilet, I feel unhygienic. I feel cold and thirsty. Then I walked to the mart to buy bottled water. The owner of the hotel is a nice guy, and he tried to provide what I needed, however it is really a bad experience for me to feel cold and thirsty to stay for the 1st night in Sydney.
