It's a bit far from the main street of Vang Vieng, but the facilities and services were the best. Location: China-Laos high-speed rail, get out of Vang Vieng Station, take a TUTU car, LAK 100,000, about 40 RMB, ten minutes by car. By the NamSong River, it is a small courtyard of its own. A small 3-star hotel with a nice view in a good location. The room is considered in good size comes in with a comfortable bed, wifi and all necessities needed. Short walk to Nam Song River, restaurants, tour agencies, massage shops, Sakura Bar, local eatery and mini-marts. I love the rooftop swimming pool and the bar-restaurant with a nice view of Vang Vieng's sunset. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Simple breakfast with fried rice, eggs, toast, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. Great place to stay.

Service is very good. The breakfast is plentiful and the dining environment is very comfortable. The hotel has a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off to the town center for free! There is a swimming pool, the cockroach is relatively small, soak it.

This small boutique hotel gives gives you a very warm welcome. The staff are extremely thoughtful and attentive, The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, well organised bathrooms with excellent showers (or a bath to soak in). Very close to town with a friendly complimentary drop-off and pick-up service, the hotel is a calm place to start your day with a delicious breakfast, or finish with a swim and cool drinks in the garden overlooking the Song river. All parts of the hotel are extremely clean, attractive and well-maintained. The service is delightful!

Great location and friendly staff. We found many insects during our stay, which is understandable given Vang Vieng is pretty much surrounded by jungle and it was a rainy night. However, we were waken up by a GIANT cockroach, and there were no staff or housekeeper to handle the situation in the middle of the night, so we have to handle it ourselves. Breakfast was nice and you get to enjoy it on the river bank is a plus.

Amazing stay in Amari Vang Vieng. The rooms have an amazing view of the mountains and access to most of the convenience down the street.
