Excellent apartments. The place is quiet. Two wonderful bedrooms and a separate room with sofas, good beds. There are all the necessary accommodation in the apartments. For a long time I was looking for such apartments to make the price small, and there were 2 separate bedrooms as they met with the son's family. The son worked quietly at night in a separate room with a good Internet. I was not lucky with the weather, the rain in Istanbul, I want to thank the hosts for the permission to stay a little longer in the apartment, as the possibility of walking before leaving simply wasn't - came in calculation for dry weather, without jackets, umbrellas and non-wet shoes. Thank you for the hospitality and certainly recommend to the settlement, expectations from the apartments were justified.

The hotel was a decent stop whilenawaiting the new year countdown and as a transit area. It is walking distance to local attractions and the new year countdown parties. Only set back is you need to walk 3 flights up at least. Toilets are clean and the staffs are very helpful. Basic homey feeling.

After we arrived, the service staff was very enthusiastic and strongly recommended us to go to another hotel, saying that the room was bigger and better, and closer to the tourist attractions. The location is indeed super good, but the hotel is very small, the suitcase can't be put in, and the bed is even smaller, about 90 cm. I feel cheated. . . The service staff is very arrogant. There are no other rooms. They won't change us, and we can't change back to the previous hotel. . How to say it, it's terrible to bring leaders out. This place is suitable for young people to come, go back and fall asleep, and go to the Internet celebrity restaurant to punch in and eat in the morning. In short, this hotel is extreme, the location is extremely good, and the room is extremely bad. You can choose it yourself.

The hotel facilities are very old; it's the worst Crowne Plaza I've ever stayed in regarding amenities. The key card was difficult to insert into the power slot, and many parts of the room showed signs of aging. The hotel was quite nice, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel.
Positive sides are a nice room, clean bathroom, amenities and most of all the position between two metro stations. Basically it's about a 10-12 minute walk from each of them. The staff was friendly and they helped me with the luggage. Breakfast was very good, with a large choice of Turkish food. The only thing they missed was Turkish coffee.
Negative sides are that the swimming pool wasn't working in the morning. That was actually the main reason why I chose that hotel, but apparently the pool starts working at 12 o'clock. The other negative is poor sound isolation. I heard my neighbours and everyone walking and talking in the corridor. This is quite simply the best Hotel! it’s in a great location in the heart of the tourist district, but on a quiet street where you won’t be disturbed. The rooms are clean and tidy; the staff speak several languages and are always ready to help you, but the most important thing—the reason I’ll now choose this hotel every time I return to Istanbul—is just how kind, helpful and honest the staff are. I lost my bank card and thought I’d left it on the plane, but it turned out I’d left it in the room, and the staff couldn’t reach me via WhatsApp, so they started looking for me on other messaging apps and found me, told me I’d left my bank card, and kept it safe for me. Not sure why this is a 5-star hotel. The amenities are just okay and the room has more of a 3-star feel. The AC did not work well - we woke up feeling very hot in the middle of the night even though we set the AC to the lowest temperature. On the last night, water was leaking from the ceiling near the AC which just confirmed our experience. We told the concierge and they just put some towels in the ceiling to absorb the water (as a temporary fix?). Hope they permanently fixed it by now.FromRUB 11,684

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views of the Bosphorus and easy access to key areas in the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a stunning view that made the stay even more enjoyable.
The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist, which really enhanced the overall experience. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality options.

The rooms were, as always, very comfortable, and the bathroom system was excellent. The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel.
